We have purchased cars in the past from Hiday because of their small town, friendly, no-pressure style of selling automobiles. We test drove a vehicle that was almost what we were looking for but not in the right color. Brooks and the Hiday staff wasted no time going online to find us the exact vehicle we wanted. Arlin was my sales associate and he did an amazing job and really helped me out with everything i needed! all of the sales staff were so friendly and really helped me get what i needed in the time crunch i was in. the vehicle did have a couple minor issues i noticed after i took it home and even though with my contract i should have paid a $100 deductible, the sales staff took care of it and got everything fixed at their expensive. would definitely recommend Hiday motors and Arlin to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle, they have definitely taken care of me and i know they do all their customers.

The service manager Barry and all the guys in the service department are very good. They help fix a slight Miss in my family van that was very tricky to track down. They did not throw Parts at it but instead took the time to diagnose it properly and relearn a sensor. I appreciate your honesty and tenacity in fixing the problem

I have bought several vehicles over the years and have had great success. You cant find a more fair and honest care dealership. Staff have been more than helpful when it comes to buying a new care, trading my old one in. I have even been told to not trade yet due to what I owed vs what it was worth in trade. Service has always been fair and honest. Bluffton is very fortunate to have such a great place to buy a vehicle.

Stopped in about three weeks ago looking for a truck within my price range. Nick helped me look at my options, and my wife and I decided to wait and look at vans this past weekend.We went in to look at vans and left with a truck! After being to a few of their competitors over the last few days, we decided that we needed to venture past Fort Wayne and took a trip to Hiday in Bluffton. I could not have been my ore pleased with the whole team there that helped us out. Both Eric and Brooks were eager to put my family into a vehicle that we wanted and not something that was convenient for them. Even though I was pleased with their available selection, Eric and Brooks went the extra mile to seek out inventory, that they had en route from Detroit that was purchased early that day, to see if I wanted to see one of those vehicles before I made my decision. We live by Leo, but we will now only purchase from Hiday. The hour drive is worth it, we couldn’t have been more thrilled! We need more sales people in that industry like Brooks and Eric that go the extra mile, while not pressuring, to ensure customer satisfaction is met and expectations are exceeded.

I was having some trouble locating a seal for a Chevy truck. Larry the parts guy found that GM doesnt service that part separately and to look at aftermarket parts. Ft. Wayne Clutch had it.

After seeing the make and model of the used van we wanted on-line with low mileage and a pretty good price at Hiday, we called and talked with Brian and ended up setting up an appointment. Local dealerships were unable to find a comparable vehicle in our area so we drove 2 hours to see the van. Brian was terrific! He was knowledgeable about the features of the van & explained the Chrysler certified pre-owned process and its benefits. He and his manager worked with us to get a great price. Brian and Brooks then stayed past closing to finish up all of the paperwork. Weve always hated the whole car-buying process, but were very pleased with the treatment we received that day and the following days when we had questions. Brian promptly replied with calls/texts. Well make the 2-hr drive again when were next in the market for a vehicle.

Ive been a faithful customer for 17 years and the staff has always been helpful and courteous. The Service Department has been great and I love being able to drop my car off for service and then they drop me off at work. When I leave work at the end of the day, theres my car. Its great. Ive been told they would pick my car up from work but Ive got the routine down now.Arlin just sold me the 2017 Cruze and explained how things work. He was very patient with my questions and willing to review or show me again how something works.Brooks was very kind in explaining the paperwork and advising me on what options would serve me best for my situation.Several of my coworkers have vehicles from Hidays.

Hiday is the only place I go for my repairs/maintenance. Super clean and new facility. Waiting room is nice and has a tv, magazines, toy area and complimentary cookies/coffee/water. Bathrooms are very nice! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I have had a couple small issues that have required me to come back for additional work. Like not filling oil to max after an oil change and breaking my glovebox after taking it out to do something behind it. The good thing is, they do stand by their word and if it’s their fault they 100% cover it. I think the mechanics just may be rushing at times to get cars in and out quickly.

My fiancé was looking for a truck and the sales guy would not listen to anything he wanted. The sales guy also told my fiance that he was better off looking for anything under $10,000, and proceeded to inform my fiance that he could no longer help him. I also took a friends vehicle in to see if they could fix something on her car and the guy told me that I didnt know what I was talking about because Im a silly young lady. Will never go back. My family had been part of this community for years and they have always treated me and my family like this.

Its a family owned business, which means family members are around to provide a built-in support system that ensures teamwork and solidarity. The Finance Dept is friendly and does a great job in doing the right thing right - only approving customers when they are qualified. And this is just good business. My vehicle was totaled on Christmas Eve and i was in desperate need of a vehicle for my family. A friend of mine had told me to talk to Brian and he could help us out. Previously, I had gone to Glenbrook Dodge in Fort Wayne to test drive. That experience was horrible and slightly traumatic. They were very pushy and asked way too much for an incredibly basic, higher mileage vehicle. I was a little timid and nervous coming into Hiday’s, and I was afraid of being taken advantage of again as a young, first time buyer. I met Brian, and he helped me through every step of the process, explaining every feature on the vehicle, what it meant to be certified pre-owned, and compared pricing with KBB and NADA. He made sure he understood what I wanted and why, and he kept the entire experience low-pressure. I felt very comfortable and heard here.
