Not very polite, and there appears to not be an order to which it goes. We had to change into another bay over five times just to check a tire, after we just let them move it where they wanted, after that one guy went over to each person and told them what we said, I assume he was being rude about it by the way they were looking at us. And even after all that we did get the tire back, they said it was rotten and put it in the back of the van. We thought they ruined the tire and we were about to leave, then we had an idea to check the back, they tried to steal the $80 hubcap! I would recommend just driving somewhere else, it’s not worth the hassle for terrible service, and them potentially stealing from you.

One of my front tires had completely shredded and I needed new tires before driving back home (3.5 hours away, I was up visiting family.) It being Saturday and closing in on noon, Walmart was the option besides Sams (who sit the phone down and walk away when you call, but thats another story.) Several really obnoxious things happened at this visit to get a new pair of tires:1. After going in and putting in the request for service at the desk, I was given a paper and told to wait at the bay. A technician curtly told me that I needed to move... when I asked why, he said that the woman in the other vehicle had an appointment. Come to find out, she really didnt. But, she has been waiting over an hour for service and was finally being helped after finding a boss in-store and complaining.2. Our vehicle was finished with no notification that it was ready... is that not the point of providing your cell phone number? I have used other Walmart Auto Care Centers, and that was the case. My husband even went to ask if was ready and was told no when it actually was. We wasted an hour waiting when we didnt have to.3. We requested that the tires be rotated... new tires on the back, old to the front. Ok, no problem. Did not happen.4. We requested to keep the old tire that was still ok when the attendant asked. Not only was it not returned, but when we asked for it back, we were given a tire that I can confidently say was not the right one. Please do yourself a favor and go to another tire shop if given the option- the experience here was ludicrous. Are the tires cheap? Yes, but the service is awful.
