This place was super clean and the people was nice BUT I got my lashes done. I left an went to the mall and all the lashes in the corner fell out, I called the lady she fixed them but when I went to sleep and woke up over half my lashes was gone on both eyes it was a $175 WASTED

My sister and I both booked a special package day there. Including manicures, pedicures, and an hour massage/facial with makayla. We booked over the phone and put 40$ down to secure the appointment. Our massage and facial was wonderful. However both of our nails after our so called “manicure” were TERRIBLE. She didn’t cut them, file them, buff them, take off the polish I still had on the corners of my nails. Then she tried to file them after she finished painting. We then decided there was no need to get a pedicure there since the manicures were so terrible. We agreed to pay for the massage and facial but didn’t want to pay for the terrible manicures. They took my 40$ deposit to pay for my manicure saying that they could redo it. Sorry but the girl wasn’t suddenly going to get better at nails as you can see in the picture below. I wanted a refund and was denied. This place is terrible and we urge others not to waste your time and money unless your seeing makayla.

My sister-in-law and myself had a girls day- Sharon gave us both a really relaxing massage (we were both ready for a nap by the end of it!), Courtney did an amazing gel manicure for me and answered some nail-related questions I had, and Mckenzie was very personable with us during our pedicures. Time and money well-spent! If we were locals I can guarantee we would be regulars!We feel clean, refreshed, and relaxed, thank you ladies! 💕

I got a massage from Sharon yesterday. It was a gift and my first time coming to Beauty Concepts but I will definitely be back. Very clean and relaxing environment, and she did a wonderful job!

I went to beauty concepts for a spray tan today. Ive had spray tans at beauty concepts in the past but todays was by far the best! Kelli was awesome!! She was super nice and made you feel very comfortable and did a great job. I would recommend her to anyone! Will definitely be back!

Owner is very rude and doesnt handle matters professionally if you are not happy. I have been to many salons locally that I think are much more professional & has better pricing for the quality that you receive. This place is an overpriced/overrated joke. Dont waste your time or money!

Best place in town. When you step into this salon you feel as if you have entered a high end salon. The prices are very competitive to other salons in town. The staff is friendly and the owner is always around helping her girls. They will forever have my business.

First haircut Ive had in 6 months. They did AMAZING! They were so busy and I was about 20 minutes early to my appointment. And they atill didnt have me wait long. Ill definitely be back!

My pedicure was not as good as I thought it was going to be. Very dry feet need extra attention and moisturizer which I didnt get. Also I noticed that fingernail polish remover was added to the polish to stretch it out. Which is why I believe my polish dulled out when I put socks and shoes on to walk the dog. I will say that they were very nice and personable and the foot massage was good. Would I go back again....no

I am not one to leave places with a bad review but my spray tan experience was not a very good one. While in the room I became very hot. The person finally plugged in a fan but it didnt work. She redone my back several times because it kept running. She finally got a new fan to try to dry the product that was applied. After a few minutes she say I could get dresses. I questioned be I could tell it was not dry at all. She told me that I would be fine. So I got dresses and left. When I got home and changes clothes 50% of the tan had came off on my clothes and I was splotchy. After waiting the 10 hours I showered and the tan ran very bad. Now not only am I splotchy but I have run lines. This experience was so bad I dont think I will be getting another spray tan again.

Very disappointing pedicure. The high price of $50 became a problem when the manicurist was on and off her cell phone throughout the entire service . More time was spent talking to her coworker than taking care of what she was being paid to do. City prices are fine, but in return I expect city service and professionalism.

Will not ever be back. Save your money.

This place does great hair but stay far away when it comes to nails... only 2 weeks after they were chipping and just falling apart! I spent 40 to have them put on and they want 50 TO HAVE THEM TAKEN OFF!!!! Nope never again

Had a pedicure and manicure on a Saturday. She didnt even trim my cuticles, just pushed them back and only applied one coat of clear polish, nothing else. By Monday, my nails looked worse than ever. What a waste of money!
