I took my mother in to southwestern hearing and had almost instantaneous service! Lucky Ritchey was an absolute delight and she made everything easier for me and my mother and we were in and out of there fast. Best. Service. Ever. PERIOD.

My 87 year old father had an appointment at this office. Hes in a manual wheelchair which is very difficult for me to get him in and out of the car. He lives in assisted living, so when I went to pick him up for the appointment he was not ready. By the time I got him in the door at the office he was about 8 minutes late. There was not a soul waiting in the lobby, and Lucy Richie was sitting in her office. I was appalled when I was told that we would have to reschedule because it would put her 10 minutes behind with her other patients. The struggle and the trouble I went through to get him there, and she would not see him. I even bypassed the receptionist and went straight back to her office and she still would not see him. Due to her lack of empathy and caring, we will not be rescheduling with her. Very disappointed in this place.
