Jason came out on a same-day emergency service call. He listened to what we said about the issue and then was able to quickly confirm exactly what the problem was. Very knowledgeable and articulate - he was able to explain what it would take to make things safe again to me in a way I could understand. Job was exactly as quoted and repaired quickly. Definitely recommend and will 100% use them again!

I contacted Jason late on Friday evening when we realized we were having power issues in our garage and other areas on the same circuit. He responded almost immediately (at 9pm!) and gave me ballpark estimate. He was able to come out on Sunday afternoon to look at the issue. Come to find out one of our ceiling fans was wired incorrectly, which was not only dangerous but also causing the issues of outlets and switches not receiving power. He fixed the issue, replaced all the switches and outlets he touched and it was only a slight increase of what he originally quoted me (due to it being a different issue than originally thought). He is very respectful, polite and finished the job quickly. I definitely recommend Jason with Absolute Electric!

Jason and Absolute Electric are the best. I was with air and my house was completely without power on a Saturday afternoon. Had been since the night before. I called Saturday afternoon. He was there by 5. And I had power by 11:30. Panel was completely replaced. He came back in the morning and finished up. I have power and air and I am the most satisfied customer. I recommend him highly. Theres no one better. Hes fair and his work is meticulous and extremely good. Youll never regret hiring Absolute Electrical.

They never answer the phone or call you back. I called at least 8 times last week, left a message, text with no response. They called my phone today and when I answered no one said anything, so I called right back and no one answered. So, Im over it...I shouldnt have to try this hard to GIVE a company business.

We bought new appliances, unaware that our old stove was hard wired to the wall when the house was built. I called about 2pm. Jason said if I could be flexible on the time, he could put in an outlet by the evening. As promised, it was completed by 8:30. He did great. Was quick and courteous. Would definitely use again.

We hired Absolute Electric to Install a full Lighting system for our warehouse last month. They not only stayed within our budget but designed the system in house and they finished the project ahead of schedule. These days it is rare to find a construction company that not only works hard but smart as well. This is the only electrical contractor that I will personally use the rest of my life, I definitely found my electrician!

I contacted Jason on a Sunday and set an appointment for Monday morning. When he didn’t show, I contacted him to ask for an ETA. He explained that his phone had broken and he lost my info. I sent him the info and he agreed to come out later that day. Again, didn’t hear from him and had to contact him to reschedule for Tuesday morning. By 1:00 Tuesday I was growing irritated and again contacted Jason. He said he had me for the afternoon even though he had told me 11 am. I informed him that I couldn’t just stay home all day, everyday waiting and he had until 2:30 to get here or I would go with another company. Jason showed up at 2:22 and spent about 10 minutes assessing the job. He then told me he would promptly e-mail me an estimate. That was 2 days ago and I haven’t heard a word. Just called Mr. Electric and they will be out tomorrow morning to take care of my issue.If you are looking for a reliable electrician, this isn’t it. Not very professional.

Jason came out to my house at 8:00 pm, because I had no lights in my kitchen or dining room! He came out and quickly fixed my issue. He is professional and truly cares about his service. I will DEFINITELY use him again!

Work completed was excellent. Very reasonably priced, and he explained everything very well. Everything was done as promised. My only complaint is time. Make sure you’re flexible, or you might be disappointed there. Would definitely use again and recommend to people I know.

Jason is awsome, he has taken care of several of my family members electrical needs. He is professional and timely. Had a main breaker go out, called Jason and he squeezed us in to his schedule same day and had the breaker replaced within a couple hours of our call. We have a rental house in Independence. The electric company removed the meter because of vandalism. He got the permit, rewired the outside house and passed inspection from the city. The house is up and running again. I could not be more grateful. He made something so disconcerting an easy fix.

I hired Jason to do some electrical work last month. He was courteous, on time and did a great job.

He was late for our appointment by 3 hours. Showed up said he could fix the problem which he did. But it was done in away that caused a fire hazard in my house. Didnt realize it was done wrong until I received 2 very high electric bills . Then I looked into the outlet and was floored by what he did. should have asked for references.

Unfortunately Im having the same terrible experience as one of the other commenters on here. I contacted Absolute Electric over the weekend and left a voicemail asking to set up a quote. I received a call back on Monday and we agreed to meet on Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. I left work early on Tuesday just to get the quote but he didnt show up. I called and left a voicemail reminding him of the appointment and asking if he still planned on coming over to give me a quote. Wednesday (today) morning he texted me and said he was so sorry for the inconvenience and that he thought the appointment was set for Thursday and that his phone broke right after we set the original appointment and so thats why he didnt call back on Tuesday night. He said we could reschedule for whatever time was convenient for me so I asked him if he could come at 6:00 this evening. He said of course and I texted him that I would see him at 6:00. Again, I left work early and again he hasnt shown up. I texted him forty minutes ago asking if he is coming but he hasnt bothered to respond. I dont know what this guys problem is but he is not at all reliable. Im calling the Mr. Electric company the other commenters wrote about. This guy doesnt seem to care about building a business or treating people with respect.
