We used Kline Vans for our family vacation trips and are using them again for an upcoming wedding trip as well. I have recommended them highly to my friends multiple times. The Van was clean and perfect and just what we needed.

A group of friends and I rented a van from Kline to use for returning from a bike ride on the Katy trail.We rented a 12 passenger mid height van and had Kline remove the back seat. We were able to get five bikes and gear along with six people comfortably in the van for the return trip from St. Charles.The staff at Kline was friendly and extremely helpful in getting the van ready for our use. The van was like new condition. We will definitely use them for any future trips.

A good company to rent a Passenger Van from overall. Have rented from them multiple times in the past and as long as you understand the cleaning policy you are just like their rental rates, good. Minus one star because thos time, our van had an odd smell ultimately had to liberally fabreeze the entire vehicle...twice.

We rented a 10 passenger van from Kline for a quick trip to Niagara-on-the-Lake. There were 8 of us. The people at Kline were very courteous, very helpful, and went an extra mile to accommodate us. The van was clean, comfortable, and we had no trouble with it. Wed rent from them again!On December 20, we rented an 8 passenger van from Kline to take the family to Branson. Everyone was very pleased. Curt made the process of renting quite easy. The prices are the best weve found, the equipment is top notch, and the service is excellent! We highly recommend Kline Van.

I rented a 15 and then a 10 passenger van from Kline for a couple trips weve taken. The process was easy and the vehicles were great quality and smooth rides. No issues with the vehicles at all. The only complaint I have is how small the backup screen is. But thats a Ford issue, not Kline.Oh and its great to roll up to a family reunion in one. Everyone thought we had a lot of boys! Which, btw, it was very easy to load and upload adults without any problems.

We had a terrible experience with Kline Van. The vehicle was not inspected well by them prior to renting us the Van, bald tires on the front, needed some fluids, was not clean at the time of pick up. called and spoke to the rental manager and she did not seem to care about our call in regards to these items. When we returned the van, they informed me that early turn in did not allow for a reduced rate and pointed to the sign on the desk. Since I made the reservations over the phone I was not aware of that policy and was not informed during my phone reservation.Lastly, on our turn in and informing them of our disappointment in the service we had received the customer service lady offered smart remarks as I was leaving. We will not be doing future business with this company.

Best price I could find for a cargo van. I rented a dodge 2500 van with less than 25k miles on it and everything went as smoothly as possible. according to the odometer, it got about 18mpg, so everything cost less than it would have anywhere else.dont even bother with the others, just call

I have rented vans for many years for a travelling basketball team coast to coast and Kline Van is the best option. Kelley is wonderful to work with and care about your renting experience and the vans are new and clean. Vans are perfect for sports teams, church missions, family vacations, etc.

Initial reservation was made and conversation was very positive. Helped in deciding what vehicle should be chosen based on my needs.Called in later in the day to confirm information regarding insurance and never got call back.Called in again, and was consistently interrupted about policy. Not at all helpful about understanding what was required.I ended up cancelling reservation.

I experienced some of the best customer service I have ever received at this place! They go above and beyond to work with you and your schedule. If you pick your rental up after 3pm, they dont charge for that day! AND if you have the rental back by 10am, your not charged for that day EITHER!!! Good luck trying to find that anywhere else....needless to say, I will definitely be a returning customer!!!!

Rented 10 passenger van to drive to Colorado for ski trip. No problems, easy pickup/return. We picked it up after 3pm the day before our trip and was not charged for that day.

I had a reservation with this company for late Aug . I needed to rent a cargo van for my daughter moving in her apt and going to college. I called around and remembered them and by far they had such a low rate the UNLIMITED MILEAGE is God sent . I called about her furniture fitting cause of the pics online and I was assured that it would all fit .I got the rental and yes IT ALL FIT. The staff was very nice before and after pick-up. You do a damage check and I found damage after I left the lot .I called and she took the info with no issues and all was good . The cargo van was a pretty smooth ride idk if it was me but rounding curves on the highway and the speed indicated still felt like it was gonna tip over so I went even slower .Didnt guzzle gas like I thought it would.I even called to ask which type of gas and they were available .Which to me is important. Overall good experience as I stated I have another reservation with them already and glad I found and chose them . Plus for doing a review u get a $20 gas card soooo look at that #perks The gas card did not effect my good rating lol.

July 19-24th, 2018. Very bad experience. These vans are purchased from auction. Those are the words of the rental specialist/sales.My first mistake was to send a family member to pick the van up. It had a crack from top to bottom in the windshield. As I continued to look over the vehicle, I noticed the front tires are worn tread, big dent on top over drivers side. Red 12 passenger. I had to fill the washer fluid reservoir because it was empty. These problems were of no concern to either Kelly or Brian. In their opinion, the van was safe. Well in MY OPINION,,, it was not safe.Both Kelley Patience and Brian Westphal both considered SPECIALISTS said that the windshield was safe because it was not in the view of the Driver??? The crack is from top to bottom. No one considers that safe. I am sure that they are just sales people, not experts in safety. I am waiting on a call from General Manager jared Mccauslin. Its been 2 days now.Kelley told me when I called to tell my concerns, she sarcastically answered you can bring it back. We will give you a full refund. Her last van and that they were all booked. Folks, I planned this trip for months only to get the left over van. Hotels were booked, Money spent.I will not rent from there again. With the negligence of the management, my family could have been hurt or killed had the windshield busted by an object hitting it.Lesson learned on vehicle rentals. And there was no discount offered to me for their bad product.

I love renting my cargo and passenger vans from Kline Van in Lees Summit, MO. They render a service that is second to none! Earlier this year my husband and I took our grandkids on our first grandparent summer trip and we rented a 12 passenger van from Klinevan. The rental process was smooth and easy and very affordable. Also, on yesterday we were purchasing some gently used barber chairs for our shop and needed a cargo van at the last minute. The KineVan staff went the extra mile to accomodate us the same day without giving us an upcharge. Mr. Brian, Ms. Kelly and Kurt are all extremely wonderful. They have forever customers in us.
