Theyll tell u one price, u look on the chart then when its time to ring it up they add on $25 more. Just tipping themselves and making up prices. Seem to always be rushing even if not crowded and then keep pressuring u to get NO CHIP polish saying that it dries faster but they only do that to get u to pay $10 more. Plus when they paint it never matches what u picked and when u ask politely to have it exactly like the color thats ON THEIR acrylic example theyll get an attitude and play like its a language barrier issue. Way too overpriced.

Henry is my go-to person every time I need my toes and nails done period. He takes his time fixing your nails to perfection.

Called ahead of time and made an appointment, no issue with wait time, careful but fast service, I got no chip manicure and pedicure, and eyebrows waxed. Happy with everything. 😊 it’s not a fancy looking place inside if thats something that matters to you though.

Loved my pedicure and overlay gel manicure, very sanitary.

I recently tried this location because it’s close to my job and I was impressed. Amazing service and care. I got an overlay and eyebrow wax. Definitely returning regularly and trying other services.

This Nail shop has prices listed but will give you a completely different price than what you discussed when the service is completed!!! I went in to originally get a pedi but the nail tech continued to ask me if I wanted a fill in. After being asked over and over I finally gave in.. he then charged me the full amount of my pedi and fill in but never did my nails!!! In fact when I questioned was he doing my fill in he lied and told the manager that I never asked for a fill in and that I was only being charged for a pedi!! A regular gel pedi with no chip is not $80 and still refused to do my fill in!!!

Didn’t realize at the salon because I had to leave so quickly but came home and realized about a inch is missing where my eyebrow starts. DO NOT COME HERE horrible and very upset.

Very nice it’s bigger then it looks.Took off one star because of how long it took but it was the day before New Year’s Eve so I’m their defense they were busy with all the walk ins like me. David was great and did a beautiful and quick fill in. I had stilettos with pink tips

Not sure if its because of covid but they are usually attentive to their customers but now they seem to be rushing with services.

I see why ppl always ask for Jenny. Unfortunately for my first time I didnt get her. I went in for the Dip powder service. I was seated to get a soak off while I chose my colors. Chose the colors, a guy comes back with no chip polish. Now said three times I wanted dip powder. He apologized and said he didnt do that and someone else would have to service me. Ok. Cool. Now my hands are soaking in the acetone and I noticed it was getting a little hot. So I asked the man how much longer he said 5 more min. Just when I was about to go off because at this point my hands are burning, someone else steps in to service me. I cant recall names. So I repeat for the 5th time my colors and he seats me at his station. He was really nice, pleasant, and had good convo. That is where it ended. I was not pleased with my nails at all. They were filed to death, and the application was uneven and splotchy. Then I noticed he used a uv top coat and had me cure my nails under the lamp. That is a NO NO for dip nails. The whole point of me switching to dip nails was to avoid the harmful uv lamp. I should have said something them but I was pressed for time and was ready to just go. I have a friend that only goes to Jenny. Ive seen her work on my friend so I know she does a great job. My experience was a bust and I will not be returning. Dip powder is supposed to last 3to 4 weeks. Its been exactly one week and Im taking this off asap. The middle nail top coat has completely come off. This has NEVER happened to me. Dip or no chip, this is the worst manicure I have ever gotten. Nice ppl, but bad service.

We both left there completely satisfied. They were closing and her focus was more on us and not the hands on the clock. I been there a couple of times but now I have a favorite. 0 Stars tbh! If you love your long nails DO NOT go here, they will CUT your nails to make their job easier. Not only was my poor nail completely broken off, my skin was cut too! They also do not open on time EVERTerrible service. I live nearby, but I wont be back

How does a fantastic job

Due to Covid I had to find another nail salon. I stumbled upon Lucky Nails and I’m glad I did. Jenny was the best. They were closing and she took her time and did my nails as though I was her first customer of the day. I don’t live nearby but will take the drive.

They over charged me for some simple nails and they lasted for only a week and a half and started to break off and where super thick. They also cut me not recommend at all

First time going there they did an amazing jobThe prices do go up very fast depending on what you get done SuperCom very clean very professional definitely will be going there again this is gonna be my one and only place I’m gonna go to from now on

Awesome technician name Dee Dee did my pedicure, she was very professional, offered me something to drink and most importantly she took her time and didnt rush on my feet. I left and accidentally messed up two nails, I came back and she asked me to wait 10 minutes and she repolished my nails. I will for sure be going back in two weeks.

I’ve been coming here for 4 years & I love the service I receive from Jenny. She is fast & my nails always turn out perfect. She also is really good at eyebrows.

The older lady there that normally does pedicures had a fit because I asked her to put White polish on first before she puts on the peach color that I wanted. She was so upset that she didnt do my pedicure. She just made them lose a customer, which is really messed up, cause I finally thought I found a nail shop where everyone was nice and courteous. If Im paying my money I should be able to get things the way I like it, and not how you think I should do it. Her customer service was horrible, so I wont be back.

This place used to be excellent i used to be a regular customer and refused to go anywhere else....sat for an hour waiting and was the next in line but because a big mouth customer thought the red carpet needed to be rolled out for her i was pushed to the side to keep waiting. I will not be back all the old staff are pretty much gone thats when the place used to be GREAT!

Terrible experience. Was charged extra for a service I didn’t even ask for. Poor management. Refused to give me a refund or at least some of my money back. Won’t be going back.

I come here all the time and have never had a problem until this last time. I got a fill in and a nail cut down. I noticed while Jenny was doing them a couple were crooked so I asked for them to be fixed which was slightly done but I was in a rush so I didn’t really look at my nails when they were done. Once I was at work I looked at my nails and MOST of them were crooked . I came Back in for them to be fixed and she acted like she couldn’t see a problem and she had an attitude because she was mad that I noticed her mistakes. I’m not coming back anymore

Went there because of there online prices. Got there had a pedicure and manicure and they charged me almost twice of the price that they had online. The owner did not honor the prices that are online. She said that was an old price and that the people that did the website has not fixed them.

I was on a rush to get my eyebrows done, and lucky nails is the closest to me so I decided to give it a try. I have heard complaints about it from my friends but I still decided to give them a chance. WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. I asked the lady to clean up my eyebrows and she left them really thin, half of my left eyebrow was missing! I also saw that the lady did not clean any of her utensils and I was DISGUSTED. Worst of all I saw A ROACH in the corner of the room. I will NOT be going back. 0 stars

This salon is okay to go to if youre in desperate need of nail repair or service. I wouldnt go here on a regular bases, I asked for a gel manicure with a no chip. The technician did not know what a squoval shape. I had to wait almost an hour, there were customers coming for repairs which make you wonder. Overall for me Lucky Nails II was not lucky at all.

Not a lot of consistency. Need to work on how they do eyebrows. My tint was gone the next day & was supposed to last at least a week. Its usually hit or miss. Sometimes they do it right sometimes they dont. But they always charge for the work shoddy or not.

For starters ever since their best nail tech and eyebrow lady VIVIAN left to Texas this place has been h-o-r-r-i-b-l-e !!! Their prices are so expensive and I dont know why when they barely do a nice job on their work its always a long wait they sometimes put people before you & they dont know how to multi task I used to come here every 2 weeks for nails and eyebrows and now I barely even come seriously they need to do better and act like they care about their customers..:/

Worst service ever!!!! I came for a pedicure and they had me waiting for 20 mins maybe even longer in the water, my toes were Wrinkly ... & when the girl FINALLY came she then sat down & didnt even bother to say hi or Im sorry about the wait, she instantly got on her phone and had me waiting for at least 5 min just so she can respond to a txt message!!!! WORST customer service ever!!!! She rushed on my pedicure too! I definitely do NOT recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!

THE WORST SERVICE. A nail tech cut my daughters skin on 3 toes by scrubbing too hard, cut my finger nails all crooked and DID NOT put a file to even 1 finger. A different girl left my toes all different lengths. AND I witnessed a customer refuse service from the girl who did my daughter. I noticed the drop of clientele and workers who have left.
