The washing machine was good the dryer do not dry your clothes they give you 15 minutes how will you dry Your clothes in 15 minutes

Since I started coming to this place it has always been clean and great! The employees are very helpful and kind. I really love how they updated a couple of their machines & the fact you pay using the dryers & washers with a card loaded with money. You can even register your card to you, it also tells you the washes you have done in the past. The more to love it , they recently updated their system where, when you want to reload or get a new card. You have the option to pay in cash or using your debit/credit card & they accept Apple Pay , as well tap. They also have an atm machine inside. It’s a $2 fee to use it. I never had problems since coming here, and my clothes are always washed well & dry. I been to a couple of other ones, but this one tops it off.

Place clean as usual, worker nice, HOWEVER, there were quite a few customers that DID NOT have on mask...not really comfortable about that...

The machine ripped me off. When I told the worker she snagged my card from my hand and scanned it. And was like it works, you only put $25 on the card and used it on 6 machines. I told her where do you see that and her response was you must be confused! I told her you must be blind because nowhere does it show I put $25, it shows I put $35 on the card and only had 4 machines. Then she wouldn’t give me my card back. I had to snag it from her. Then other people were having issues with there machines not working or taking their money. I’m new to Blue Island and wanted to check them out because of the good reviews. It was my first time and my last time there.

I would say this is one of the better laundry places to attend. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The staff is constantly working to ensure that the facility is clean and looking good. Its always pleasant to come here and do laundry. You can watch television while your clothes wash, or dry. I would recommend that if you have to wash clothes and you are near blue island, this is the laundry you should be washing your clothes.

This is a terrific laundromat. Its clean and conveniently located. The machines are always in good working order and if by chance one fails, the management is quick to repair it. My only request is that it would be air conditioned. If you go at any time other than early morning, it gets uncomfortably warm in there. The fans are going but theres really no relief.

I love this location and have been going for years. It stays clean and customer service is wonderful. If your looking for a location where you can wash and fold in peace...youve found it.

Ive been coming here for 2 years and have recommended other neighbors, but after my experience today theres ABSOLUTELY NO INTEGRITY working here at all. THE DRYERS ARENT HOT AFTER 3 ATTEMPTS. THERES NO HOT WATER IN THIS PLACE, AND THE WASHEOOM IS NASTY, SHE QOULD CLEAN IT ,INFACT NONE OF THE EMPLOEES CLEAN IT. THE ATTENDANT SAID SHE DOESNT CARE AND DID NOT CREDIT ME FOR, I NEED TO PAY AGAIN!!!!!I NOW WILL RETURN START USING THE MARIONETTE LAUNDROMAT ON 115th NEXT TO BOURBON STREET BAR. COST LESS AND VERY CKEAN, HAS HOT WATER, AND EMPLOEES ARE FRIENDLY AND PLEASANTPs. 4 customers were complaining at the same time with the same complaintsIll.keep.my $700 yearly away from hereBYE FELECIA!!!

Very clean. Plenty washers and dryers. Dryer fee included in price of washer use. Off-street parking is very convenient. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because Im not sure how I feel about the cashless system. Im sure they make profit off the unused money left on cards. To the user, this may seem like nothing (Its only $1.12, or whatever small amount) but for the owners, it adds up. Other than that, Im very satisfied with my experience there.

Always clean, but carts go fast. You might have to carry laundry if its more than 10 people washing.

UPDATE: New washing machines, you can use your debit card to add money to your laundry card so no atm fee. Most of the ladies who work there are friendly. They are always cleaning, so the places always looks clean. Only complaint is i always have to dry my things for a minimum of an hour or else they come out damp. But other than that Id highly recommend this place to do your laundry. && I wouldnt recommend leaving your clothes in the dryer and leaving because you have people who will try and take them. Happened once to me, luckily I walked in with the old man folding my husbands work clothes and he said I didnt think these were mine but I wasnt sure. 🤦‍♀️ & recently a lady said she was missing clothes, so watch your things.I would give them 5 stars if the blonde friendly lady still worked nights here. But ever since she had her baby and now works days, they have this very unfriendly lady who works the nights and have nothing but issues. Weve been coming here for almost 4 years and ever since this lady started they close and lock the doors early, get dirty looks when coming to do laundry. Shed rather be on her phone or trying to pick up a guy. One night i heard her telling a customer she needs a vacation and asked for his number and telling him about her husband sleeping on the couch. Then tonight the dryers were not working on the long wall after it charged us for 3 dries, so we moved it to the other dryers and told her it took off money and now i didnt have enough to dry. Instead of just giving us the 3 dries it charged she kept arguing about it and how she doesnt think it would charge the card even though another lady was having the same issue. So i ended up adding more money to finish. I hate to complain but this lady makes me want to go do laundry elsewhere like the Blue Kangaroo. Please get rid of this lady before you lose another valued customer! Im sure your numbers went down since she started, Ive heard multiple people complain about her. If I could come during the day to avoid her I would.

This laundromat uses preload cards so no need for quarters. Add $20 get $22 in value, plus free dryer per washer that you use. They use energy efficient washers so the more soap you use the longer the wash cycle. Very clean. Functioning machines!! Rarely a machine out of order. Kids do run around, but, honestly, thats at every laundromat.

Washers are pricey & the use of the reloadable cards is tedious. Detergent or any other wash liquid can not be added once machines start, which is extremely inconvenient. The way the dryers are priced is also very confusing. Went once & will not be returning.

Ive been goin here for a min sometimes it can be crowded but i can put all my stuff in the big washer throw em in the dryer go run and do some errands comeback and fold my clothes i usually have alot of laundry but i can have it all done in an hr more places need to use the card instead of quarters.
