Exceptional and true are the first things that come to mind when you think of Napleton Lincoln. I called to see if I could set an appointment I was told there was one open within 20 minutes of my call and right away as soon as I arrived my car was brought in for service. I was greeted I was offered refreshments. I was getting a oil change, tire rotation and one tire had to be service due to a nail. A vehicle was offered to me but there was no need for it I waited for the service and before I knew it my car was ready. Quick friendly service, car was washed and I was ready to go again greatly appreciate all of the service from Dennis Murdock and the rest of his crew I look forward to having future business with them....

Purchased a 2015 Dodge Ram February 2021. An investment of $30k+. Extremely satisfied with the vehicle, however not so satisfied with my most recent experience. Had a flat on the vehicle approximately 2 weeks ago and noticed that there was NO jack or spare tire tool to lower the spare tire from under the vehicle. This discovery cost me 3 hours of waiting by the side of the road for Roadside assistance because not all tow truck companies carry that specific spare tire tool. I contacted Nick and he all but stated that there was nothing they could do, especially because they were not a Ram dealership and they didnt carry that part. He said he would check for a used one in their service department and call me, but I never heard back from him. I gave 2 stars because I take some of the blame for not checking the vehicle before purchasing it. However, I assumed that a jack is considered part of the Safety Equipment for all vehicles and should either be included, or disclosed to the buyer that it is not included. In the past 30 years that Ive purchased vehicles Ive NEVER had a missing spare or jack. Lesson learned.

I was told that everything was replaced on my used vehicle before I purchased it in November 2019. I was crystal clear that buying an 8 year old Lexus RX350 was something I wasn’t comfortable with because of the age of the car. But, I was told by SCOTT time and time again the car is pretty much brand new including tires, battery, brakes and anything that could go bad and that the car was immaculate and taken care of by an elderly couple. MOST OF THAT WERE LIES. Within LESS than one week the tire light was on and the oil light. They agreed to change the oil and said it was an oversight and said that they were sorry. So, they never changed the oil before I left the lot and said the tire was because of the cold weather air. More lies. When I took the car in for the oil change the service man assured me that everything was in tip top shape and replaced because I asked him. He said he generated whatever multiple page report that he has to when he plugs the computer part of the car in and there were NO issues. So basically, I was happy because they did fix the oil issue and filled the tire. For 5 months now I’ve been dealing with a leaky tire. That I can manage. Today when trying to help my elderly parents during these crazy pandemic times, my car would not start after errands with one of my parents in the vehicle. It was the battery. Got the vehicle jumped and made calls to Napleton and was told the day the car drove off the lot, it was my responsibility and because there is nothing in writing for replacement of parts. OF COURSE THERE IS NO BECAUSE I WAS TOLD EVERYTHING WAS REPLACED AND UNDER WARRANTY FROM THE PART MANUFACTURER. I’m at NTB now as I write this to the tune of $248 for a tire repair and new battery. This is not a new battery. It’s decayed. Old. And from Auto Zone. Now I’ve been told the brakes are going to need to be replaced. Front and rear. I’ve put less than 2,000 miles on this vehicle in 5 months.I sent two people there to purchase cars.This is disheartening. Hopefully karma does the salesman Scott well who openly admitted he said things to make the sale.

They lied to me about my warranty on my vehicle and then when i caught bob in his lie he tried to clean it up with more problems with my car i was told my front and back tire rods was fixed on 1/29/2021 and when i came in today they said only the back got done the gentleman bob told me the cost of the inspection was $283.00 but but after showing him the price of the last time he said he will wave the fees im not sure why he lied but i see a repeat of it and im fine with this establishment.

Maybe napleton lincoln blue island is good for lincolns. They sold me a dodge caravan and the engine light came on days later, it has not been a month yet. They could not service my vehicle because it was not a Lincoln but I purchased my vehicle from them. They sent me to Napleton Dodge chrysler on 172nd and Torrance ave. I made an appointment there, my vehicle was there 7 hours waiting even though I had an appt. They wanted to keep my vehicle over night, diagnose the issue which was suppose to be some electrical malfunctions or misfires and charged me 500.00 . This service was done march 26th and my engine light is still on. I cant speak with anyone at Napleton Dodge , cant get a hold of anyone. I purchased my vehicle from Napleton Lincoln March 10 and my engine light came on a few days later. I am very dissatisfied with Napleton Lincoln and Napleton dodge. Maybe somebody will actually reach out when they see this review. They know my number. I have called several times. I gave 2 stars because Juan was nice and came to pick me up and bring me to the dealership. I have to acknowledge the hospitality but outside of that im dissatisfied.

I took my Mercury Milan to Napleton Lincoln for a recall on the air bag. Making the appointment was easy; I was able to schedule during the time frame I requested. Upon arrival the service representative checked me in quickly, inquired about my need for a loaner car, and I was on my way. I was told I would get a call when my car was ready, possibly that afternoon. My car was finished that same day. Picking up my car was easy as dropping it off. When I arrived the car was parked outside and sparkling clean. I got my invoice for the work done and left within minutes. I will be using Napleton Lincoln for repairs in the future.

Ive been taking my F-150 to Napelton in Blue Island since I purchased it from them. Dennis is my main contact in service. He is professional, thorough and responsive as is his crew. The mechanics have an excellent job of assessment and completion on all the work Ive requested. Equally as important is the hours billed for labor are always fair.Finally, 99% of the time Napelton has provided a loaner, a big plus if only for a few hours a few days!

Scott and Napleton Lincoln were a huge help to me. I recently moved up to Chicago from the south and unfortunately my car could not handle the weather. A family member referred me to Scott and he was able to get me a fantastic vehicle even though I just began my first job out of college. Scott was very understanding of my circumstances. Not only did he assure me that I could drive a car off the lot on the same day, but he also made sure it was car I would love. For a used car, it was immaculate with fantastic service history and more features that I could ever imagine. I never thought about owning a Lincoln in the past, but I am sure glad I own one now. I would recommend Scott and the rest of the Napleton team to anybody that is looking for an enjoyable experience purchasing a used or new vehicle.

I have purchased at least 6 Town Cars from Napleton of Blue Island, The entire staff is awesome. They are so gracious in wanting to satisfy and assist you with any and everything, including taking the suggestion of replacing the waiting room chairs for higher seating chairs to accommodate seniors with knee problems. Cudos to the GM, Gene. Kennedy. There is a genuine warmth when they greet you. The service department representatives, Mike, Dennis and Bob, and not to leave out the mechanics who are all extremely knowledgeable and polite. The entire facility is always clean. I love Napleton of Blue because they have excellent customer service. and I will continue to purchase my automobiles there....even though the do not clean the inside front windshield when they wash my care (smile) I will have to suggest that to management.

Once again I had excellent service from the service department at Napleton. I took my 2012 MKS in because I heard a noise when I was steering my car. As usual, the service team greeted me as soon as I got to the desk, and were anxious to get started on my vehicle. Dennis listened to my problem, and checked out the mileage and reviewed any pending maintenance.After about 20 minutes Dennis found me in the waiting area and assured me there was no problem with my steering, and my car was in the car wash. They also did my 45K maintenance. All within an hour. Outstanding service and timeliness. Im quite a distance from Napleton in Blue Island, but I purchased my car there and I will continue to take all my service issues to this dealership. Thank you.

My visit to Napleton in Blue Island on July 09, 2019 was a joy to be greeted by the salesman Scott Burdelik. I told Scott that I was interest in a SUV, he let me test drive the MKC which was ok but then I test drove the Nautilus. Scott test drove the Nautilus with me and explain all the gadgets, after returning back and Scott continue explaining all about the Nautilus, I was ready to buy. To put the galaxy in order lets just say that Napleton Lincoln is always there when we need or want something done. Weve been happy with cars weve bought from them over the years. We go all the way back to the 1980s with Napleton in Blue Island. The sales people are great, especially Scott. The service dept is always there when we need them. Its a business that you can trust. My initial visit was not good because I was told by Mike in service that he had to take care of his guys! Meaning its getting late in the day! For a oil change! Thats unacceptable! When you pay the amount of money that I have purchased for two Lincoln vehicles a MKS and MKX the last thing the customer wants to hear is what I heard! Ultimately my needs were met by Dennis and I was satisfied. The next day I came back I was greeted and taken care of late in the day by Dennis and the experience was excellent just like my first visit months ago. I will continue to visit the shop for service because I truly believe everyone has an off day. 4 stars guys... Thank you Dennis for making things right........ (This is a follow-up review that I posted several months ago now from yesterday)..... October 23rd, 2017.... I told you people everyone has an off day but not yesterday! Very Poor Customer Service and ResolutionI normally dont write reviews unfortunately, based on my aunts experience I felt necessary on her behalf.My aunt ( being a senior) originally requested her key to electronically work when entering and exiting her vehicle.My aunt took her vehicle to this dealership, explained her request and also explained where she normally took her car for work at another location whom advise her due to recent changes they no longer do her request in shop anymore. She advised Denniswho was fully explained and she was advised no problem we can take care of it here. After driving her car there she was confident her simple request would be cared for; which now has been almost a month ago.Frustrated, my aunt called me I went with her, to visually see and hear the explanation as to now why her car wont start at all. Entering this dealership to the Service Department; Dennis First was not very pleasant to my aunt, Secondly talked to my aunt very unprofessionally, and third now that the car wont start, attempted to shift blame on everyone accept taking ownership professionally which is what he advised her which is totally unprofessional.Others were in the waiting room and mouths dropped witnessing his demeanor. Ive worked in the field of Customer Service for over 35 years and I was speechless. No emphathy, No apology, no resolution. My aunts programming on the car is reading correctly internally however it wont start. Parts were ordered and taking back..a loaner car was not available and the one that most recently became available ( after weeks of not having a loaner car) is too advanced for a senior to operate its all digital. My aunt by the way has multiple degrees in education and still is working, a two time Author with many achievments.Ive spoken to Scott, Dan and frankly after speaking to Mr. Kennedy advised that based on previous unprofessional experiences with Dennis choose not to speak to him any further. Promised call backs never received. We still have not received a call after commitments to keep us informed......Is that professional?Just because you run into a problem which happens sometimes, doesnt mean you professionally have to handle it this way.The situation is frustrating on both ends however we are not angry just want results and proper follow up which has NOT taken place.Ive spoken to others mechanically in the field who have advised that two keys have to be present to properly program her request. Now her car wont start at all, she has no transportation, and no results.....Not a good way to handle a customer who has been a loyal customer to Lincoln for over two decades.You dont make promises without FIRST accessing what you can and cannot do SHAME on YOU!

My experience at the Napleton Lincoln was beyond wonderful. From the moment you step through the door, til you have keys in hand, and your walking out, they do their best to make you feel at home. I was greeted and assisted by Mike B (who happens to be one of the coolest guys on the planet) and although I had no clue what I was looking for, he was patient and really helped me find a car that I feel is my perfect match...so Ill be back Saturday to finalize my deal with Mr. Mike B on a used Mazda Mazda3, black on black (just the way I like it lol) and only 34,000 miles. You can say as of Saturday ill be an extremely happy man! So Id suggest those of you who are looking for great atmosphere, amazing people, and wonderful deals, better get to Napleton Lincoln!

Recently on 8/8/2016 I had inquired on a vehicle that this dealership had listed on their website. A polite young lady emailed, called & sent a text message regarding said vehicle. (Over kill a little but I chalked it up as eager to please) Upon reaching out to her and explaining my recent situation of credit (I had just been discharged from my Chapter 13 BK on 7/19/2016) she directed me to a young man who specializes in my situations. He was very polite and quick to answer any questions I had regarding the vehicle.On said vehicle it listed that you must Verify Car Fax report which I did and it had listed every service, I did not see any issues.I was then advised due to the distance I lived from the dealership that they suggest I do a “soft” inquiry to see my Credit Score to give them an idea of what I might be able to purchase, I understand that this portion is going to happen no matter what so I agreed. Upon returning my call with their “results” I was disappointed to be told I would need upwards of $3k to $4k in a down payment and possibly a “co-signer.”It took 3 phone calls back and forth before I was finally informed that the car I was inquiring on had a “Salvaged Title” for those who do not know what they are, it is a vehicle deemed “totaled” by an insurance company that is than in return repaired by someone else and retitled. I was slightly disappointed that I was not advised of this immediately nor did the Car Fax not state this.Unfortunately Salvaged Titles are very rarely picked up by a loan provider, there for they asked if there would be any interest in any other vehicle they had “in my price range”. I stated I had been interested in a specific type and was looking to keep my purchase cost around X amount of money, but would like to further review what they had to offer before I agreed on having my information ran. Unlucky for me the man I was speaking with at this point was ending his shift and asked if I would mind picking up our conversation the next day. I agreed and ended the call. To my surprise at 9 am as soon as the dealership opened I started receiving emails from my monitoring site that my credit was being pinged for not 1, not 2 but 9 different loan companies. This was done WITHOUT my permission, shame on them for not calling me prior to doing this. Two months later I now have 12 letters from different locations stating this dealership sent inquires out for double even triple the amount of money that I had been even remotely interested in.I am very sad to say that I felt scammed by this dealership and their quick to make a sale vibe I was given. I am a firm believer in reviews and do a lot of my research based just on that. This one had quite a few good ones on different search engines.Word to the wise, never take what they say as the, be all end all. Because later on that evening (8/8), I went to my local Ford Dealership to just test drive a car, and walked out with the vehicle I had wanted in the price range I was shopping for, with a quarter of the down-payment and all by myself. I am hoping that they will cooperate with the Disputes I have written to the credit agencies.

My first impression was POOR! I stopped by the lot to inquire about a vehicle and no one came out to ask if I needed assistance until I was getting back into my car. I was approached by a very dismissive salesman who waved me off after I told him no I didnt assistance now. I watched staff wipe off cars inside, laughing and talking.

These guys were total rockstars and had us in and out of the dealership faster than we could have imagined. We all appreciated the no bullshit mentality that is missing from most other car dealerships. Although an 2016 MKX was decided upon, all other midsize luxury/whatever crossovers were considered. Each dealership had somewhat of a nose in the air attitude. The only dealership we found that didnt do this was Napleton Lincoln. Thanks guys.
