I rented a vehicle a few days ago the staff is friendly and the vehicle was clean....What I Love the most is that they dont except any smoking in the vehicles 👍👍 because thats what I didnt like in the past when they did allowed it

Well, personally, I did not have any problems with this rental place. The staff is personable and okay professional. Now, I will say that vehicles they say would be available during reservations may not necessarily be the vehicle you receive. They initially projected a Jeep Patriot for my car, but it ended up being my choice between a Nissan Rogue or Chevy Trax which are similar tier vehicles. The inspection was thorough, and I always recommend taking pictures yourself before and after. We didnt have any problems and drop off was pretty seamless. Now, if you want set in stone arrangements, I would not recommend this place. But if you are okay with a little fluidity with vehicles, then there shouldnt be too many problems.

The Hertz staff on Western in Blue Island was accommodating and MUCH MORE EFFICIENT than my previous experience with the staff on Stony Island in Chicago. I did not have to wait a long time to be acknowledged and served. The auto was clean and ready when requested.

Dont waste your time. Unprofessional in every sense of the word. Its barely an operation. If the cost savings is attractive, enjoy showing up to find that your car is not available and the ill preparedness of their staff to solve any problems with critical thought.

They take for ever to get you in your rental. Mine was to be picked up at noon and we didnt leave there until 1:30pm. They need a car courier.

From the time I walked in until I walked out Herman had a smile on his face he really know how to treat a customer not just a customer a person .He made me feel as if I had been coming to this location for years.I feel like the company need to send him too the location in southholland IL to train the manger at that location about customer service and how to treat people in general. I had been going there for years when she came I jetted fast would not recommend people to go t[ southholland location take your business too blue island if you like to be treated friendly. And please make sure you ask for Herman.

Needs more help with customer service. Make sure that your vehicle is clean because they dont clean cars well. Also, called the day before to make sure your car is available. I have been here many times and when I went to pick up my vehicle it wasnt available.

They need a new management (crew,team, leader), very poor quality overall.cant really conplain its was insurance choice,and money ,if it was up to me i would steer away.. (keep the garage remote too.) U can read the bs in managers smile a block away
