Austin and his brother arrived on time, assessed my dryer and got right to work. They took pictures of the exhaust vent on my roof to show just how dirty it was from all the lint. It was a miracle that I did not have a dryer fire long ago. These guys did an excellent job of cleaning the dryer and vent and they also explained to me every step that was taken. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

We are very happy with the service we received. They were very quick to respond, worked around my schedule, were on time, professional, and very thorough. This is one of the best service calls ive ever had, with ANYONE! All the guys were extremely nice and knowledgeable. They thoroughly explained everything that was wrong, how to prevent it in the future and tips on what to look for throughout the year so it stays working at tip top shape. Prices were more than fair, especially for the service you get. I am a Lint Fighter fan for life! I am working with my condo association to have them do all the units. I advice you to do the same if you dont have a company to do yearly cleaning in your condo. So they showed up 2 hours late. I scheduled appointment letting them pick a time as I had some wiggle room between two days. They scheduled for 830. Didnt show up till 1045ish. Called them after 30 min of no show. Went to voice mail left a message never got a call back they just showed up. Took them about 5 min to do the job. The only reason its not a 1 star is because the people who did it were nice. When did you become a cable company?
