Recommend for wedding block! The Courtyard Marriott in Blue Ash went above and beyond for my wedding weekend. Michelle, the assistant GM, was downright incredible. She sent me lists of those who booked in our block often, was very flexible with the room block open window, and made the weekend fantastic. She left flowers in our room the day of the wedding, and when my getting ready venue lost power she jumped in to prep the most perfect room for me. She brought calm to my chaotic day. The staff kept my flowers safe at the end of the night.The rooms are nice enough, the common space held my guest, and the staff was very kind an accommodating. Very affordable rates. They do a great job of patrolling the hallways to make sure no one is being loud, but gave my family grace when they wanted to keep celebrating in the lobby after the wedding. Thank you so much!

Wow. A hidden gem in Blue Ash. Perfect hotel on variety of levels! Family gathered here for a family funeral and were greeted by a great experience in difficult time ..

Very nice clean hotel but it was a Saturday night and it was 10:45 pm and I’m on vacation with my family and we were only talking and we got a knock on the door telling us that we were talking too loud that somebody was trying to sleep I said really give me a break. OK cool so we calm the noise down which we weren’t making a lot of the beds were not firm enough the mattress was way too soft for me the toilet was so loud I couldn’t believe how low it was other than that I had a good time but I will not be going back to this hotel ever again

Updated older hotel. Booked room with double queen for family of 3. Plenty of space. Nice closet area. Bathroom updated, clean, great water pressure. Typical amenities. Slider door in room with screen door opens to courtyard. Our screen door is broken, but we are making it work to enjoy spring air. Beds comfortable.

Very annoying to book a room for a business associate and have the room put in our guests name. Hotel employees are confused and they could not make modifications to the reservation. We always used Hilton across the street from them, and had seamless experiences. I thought I would try Courtyard by Marriott, so we would have two choices when business associates come into town, but we will still with Hilton moving forward.

I needed a block for my team here, and the GM Michelle Nicht never even responded to my email. We had to pay $500 extra to stay elsewhere because all others were booked. Incredibly frustrating. This hotel will not be recommended by me to anyone at all.

The renovations they just did are very nice. My wife have been trying several locations in Cincinnati while I travel for work and this will be our new go-to. Andy at the front desk was very helpful and even though they have to do grab-and-go breakfast because of COVID, they still have a better selection than other locations.

The front desk clerk Adam was horrible. He was more into doing his homework. He would 1/2 answer questions if he even answered them at all. There was a lot of misinformation given from the time I walked in until the time I left

The staff here not greatest, they blame stuff on Covid for fact of being cheap and lazy. Hyatt down street has full hot breakfast friendlier staff and better location. Sadly the staff here where we stayed offer breakfast bags but proceeded to tell us that our rate didnt include anything and to be happy. The lady up front said we couldnt use a toaster for bagel or have any condiments to eat with them. Not much of a reason to come to Cincinnati tourist wise and with sevice like this its not worth it. Our friends stayed at Hyatt down road we stayed their until we had to sleep. Hyatt staff was amazing and even though we didnt stay there offered us to eat with our friends. Stay away from this courtyard until staff gets a hospitality check.

The lobby is beautiful as well as the grounds. The room could use a microwave and a really good cleaning.

Positive: Wonderful staff. Nice quiet location. The room I was ion had horrible service connectivity. Negative: Internet and cell connectivity was very poor. My room was in the center of a very long hallway so I am not sure if maybe they did not have routers appropriate for the location. This was a business trip so it effected my time sending reports.

The staff here is super nice. I wish there were more options for breakfast. My room was clean but the conditioner was out and so I received extra small bottles. Its in a nice location and traffic noise does get blocked out.

The second we stepped inside i can feel the tension..the front desk agent didnt greet us. Wasnt helpful or suggestive. Felt like she was tired of inforcing every rule written about Covid policies and such. Didnt try to go out of her way, or come close to going above and beyond to help us. The General Manager wasnt too far behind. Almost annoyed that we had used our employee discount. He wouldnt honor it, sighting that it was a bogus form used. Confronting me in front of the staff at the front desk. Long story short, the attitudes and lack of hospitality will force me to boycot all Marriotts until I get a formal apology for the rudeness.

Ive stayed here a few times recently for work. Its in a quiet area with easy access to the highway. You can get anywhere around Cincinnati pretty quick from here. The hotel looks like it was recently remodeled and it is pretty clean. The staff is also very friendly.

The stay was fabulous!! The environment of the Courtyard was safe, clean and welcoming. Laura H. And Dorian were fabulous. The service they provided was exceptional. They went out of thier way to welcome us with open arms. They showed us where things were in the area because of them I will be back.

The mattress was like a pillow, which some people like .. Im not a fan and prefer something much firmer. Our toilet (Room 110) squealed after flushing resembling a cross between a train whistle and an electric razor. Finally, there was a party in the courtyard until 1:30 am., despite clear posting that the area was to close at 10 pm. It took several calls after midnight for the staff to move the party. Microwaves would be a welcome addition to the rooms given the lack of hot breakfast (which the website STILL touts despite its elimination in the face of pandemic).

Stayed two days at the Courtyard Cincinnati Blue Ash for a business meeting. Great location just off the interstate. Near restaurants and other entertainment options. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was included in our rate and was a great way to start the day. Did not get the opportunity for the pool or fitness center but both areas looked clean and appealing. Would recommend for other business travelers and those interested in going to nearby Kings Island.

Room was nice and clean, but we didnt have any shampoo or conditioner in the giant bottles hanging in the shower. You could tell they didnt even check, because they were bone dry. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay - we walk to and from Red White and Blue Ash every year, and are trying to.work our way around the area to.find the best hotel for that. I do recommend this one for the pool and the nice staff, and decent price.

From the moment I walked into the bright and cheery lobby I felt welcomed. Stephen H. and Michelle N. made me feel comfortable even though I was under stress due to the nature of my last minute trip. The hotel is beautiful. The room was clean and bright and comfortable and private. The courtyard is well kept and beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel because of the wonderful staff and comfortable accommodations.

What a great hotel that Marriott has in Blue Ash. Everyone from GM to room attendant was wonderful. We had several rooms and one them AC did not come work. They were down quickly to fix the issue. Rooms were nice and exactly what we needed even had a sofa bed if we had a 3rd person. Pool was nice and they had a really cool fire pit and chairs in the courtyard area of hotel. Great place to hang out with family.Thanks for the wonderful accommodations!

$130. No continental breakfast. But they serve avacado toast its $10. No microwave in room. Refrigerator wasnt cold. No bathroom fan. Tried to take a hot bath( as 20 kids were in the pool) the non slip was like sitting on sandpaper. They also left water in the room with a $5 price tag! Maybe because the tap never got cold. Pillows were stained, mascara? Not even a bag for your dirty clothes. Definitely not worth the price. Disappointed.

While a lot of hotels in their price range offer a complimentary breakfast, they not offering this amenity was very disappointing. The rooms are clean and generally in good working order. The coffee is good and old fashion single serve drip type, NOT a classy Keurig or Nespresso. The room is pretty dated. The good: The bed was comfortable, the sink fixture was new a shiny, the shower head was mostly clean and free flowing, and the A/C works pretty well. The location is a little off of the beaten path, so it is very quite at night. There is a drive involved to eat.

We changed our reservation at the last minute to stay here to be closer to baseball fields and so glad we did. The hotel was clean, the staff efficient and super friendly. Loved the Bistro and the service!!Only issue is occasional smell in female lobby bathroom.

I am pleased with everything so far. I love the court yard, and the pool is nice. The room is a little small compared to what I am use to but over all it was very comfortable. I have one more night for this stay and I believe it will be as pleasant as the first.

I had a good stay here. My room was clean, and was happy to see I could get a full breakfast in the morning. Also, for the evening the bar had a better than expected slection of spirits, beer and wine. As far as Courtyards go, this is one of the better ones. Also TC was great in the morning serving breakfast. Happy people in the morning can make your whole day better.

Our experience was excellent overall. The hotel offered accommodations that were suitable during our stay there. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and dining areas in the northern Cincinnati area. The dining availability at the hotel itself is very good. Staff members are very pleasant and professional. The stay at this hotel is well worth the value.

I love the staff at this hotel. They are highly accommodating, interactive, friendly and very polite. They truly want you to enjoy staying at their hotel and go the extra mile to make that happen. My suite was quiet, comfortable and clean. The food and beverages in bistro were very good and the staff was highly attentive. I highly recommend this hotel especially because of the great staff.

Our construction crews travel the country and spend a lot of time in hotels. The staff was friendly and attentive. The service and food were top notch. We enjoyed our stay at this property and would highly recommend.

Great hotel! Super clean room and bathroom! Staff was very nice- even when we arrived at midnight! Close to an amazing restaurant called Sammys Burgers. Literally right next to the airport. Nice and quiet. And great price!

The room was big with a pull out desk that had wheels, essentially creating another work station. We both work while traveling and the space was perfect. Large room with two work stations is uncommon. We also enjoyed the indoor heated pool while it was 3 degrees outside... LolStaff was friendly and helpful. Overall awesome stay!

A best kept secret!! Spent two nights here after making a reservation on Marriott.com. Had no idea of the beautiful balcony all of the rooms have. Property is surrounded by industrial park and businesses. Right now, everything was silent. We had the pleasure of relaxing in our room with coffee, even at 3pm, and hearing nothing but a House Finch singing in one of the trees virtually on our balcony. Ok, so you probably want to know details of the room, not the joy and rejuvenation this place supplied in only 2 nights! Dorian greeted us upon arrival. Eager to help, very thoughtful and conscientious. He made sure to check my pillows and remove any feather pillows, as Im allergic. He explained the grab and go breakfast bag, thanks to Covid. It wasnt bad... a microwaveable sandwich, fruit, juice, or bagel and cream cheese or peanut butter, or yogurt, fruit and juice, water or coffee. Ive never been to a Courtyard with a complimentary breakfast, so this was amazing. He also loaned us a corkscrew and bottle opener, since we forgot to bring our own. Room mini fridge and microwave were great. Cold fridge! The slide out desk worked great as a dining table. AC was nice and cold too, but we had a cool spell and just had the sliding door open for a whole afternoon. TV lineup was decent, watched Casino while having drinks and just relaxing. The bed was plush. Not too soft and not firm. PERFECT! Room smelled clean. Extra towels and pillows as requested. Interesting lemon sage shower gel, husband seemed to like it. Rooms, at least ours, had been redone in the grays and blues of the modern Courtyard colors. Tranquil. Artwork in every room, even the shower room. Loved the wallpaper, carpet, everything. Setting was just fantastic. We heard 2 ambulance sirens and 1 small personal airplane all weekend. No other noise. The outdoor courtyards fire pit twas beautiful to watch. Lobby renovated. Would love to see this with people and when bistro and bar are open again. We shopped nearby at jungle Jims, walked 3 miles around the lake at Sharon Woods and got take out from LaRosas Blue Ash. The calzone is delicious as well as the salads. Dorian also personally got our Chromebook connected to the WiFi. We werent familiar with it. Had no problem with our phone or tablet, and the Chromebook issue was on our end. The free WiFi worked great. Cant say enough about this hardworking gentleman! Maintenance was also instant with a lightbulb that went out overnight. We walked the property. Clean parking lot, absolutely safe as well. The pool and gym, I also look forward to seeing and using these facilities in better times. (Non-Covid) Even with what was closed or altered, this was still a bargain and a splendid retreat. My wife do not travel well together yet our stay at the Courtyard Blue Ash went beyond our expectations. My wife really enjoyed the BeautyRest King size bed and Night Shade curtains. The breakfast was excellent. A very nice location and very friendly staff. Tell Lisa and Laura thank you for their wonderful help.

This was a wonderful hotel. There was a nice park to walk in about a half mile away. The staff was wonderful,the bed was comfortable and the room is very clean. We stayed at Thanksgiving and they provided restaurants nearby that were open on Thanksgiving day as well as things to do around Cincinnati.

Id just like to say the staff and management at this hotel were fantastic. They really cared about our stay and comfort and service. Management and all staff were very friendly, helpful, and very accommadating. We were there with a group of 12 other parents and boys as part of a baseball team. ALL the parents mentioned how wonderful their stay was and the service we received. It was the best stay I have ever had at a hotel. Thank you to the management and staff for making our weekend stay so enjoyable.

This hotel was awesome. My boyfriend and I stayed here to get ourselves outside of the city after the playoff football game, and it was the best choice. We were Steelers fans, and with all of the mayhem going on we felt very safe at this hotel. Also, the staff was extremely friendly, we had to check in at 1am and the gentleman was most chipper at this hour. I love this place. It was extremely affordable and wonderful.

Very nice Courtyard by Marriott, in a nice and quiet area. A lot of restaurant options around very close. The amenities are what you will find in a Courtyard. There was no elevator to the second floor and it was not a problem for me but could be for others. I did not use the gym or pool, so I cant comment. I will go back there if I had too.

The hotel was just as expected from Marriott. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the bathrooms were very clean and everything worked just as expected. The shower had great pressure and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and polite. We bought coffee every morning from the lobby bar. It was Starbucks brand, so it was good. The only down side I could point out is there were no continental breakfast, only food to order at an extra cost. That is all, it is a wonderful hotel and I will definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay back in September 2018, and I should have done my review then. I would highly recommend this hotel. The only down side was breakfast wasnt included the hall ways are dark and had a strange odor, and we kept getting lost because the hotel is so big. But the room was clean plenty of space and looked even nicer in person,and my kids loved the pool. And even with the very minor negatives I would definitely bring my family and friends here again.

Stayed at the Courtyard 3-nights while we visited Kings Island and the Zoo. Check-in was easy since we got to the hotel late at night. Room was clean and well kept. Front desk was very courteous and helpful.

Really friendly staff. I have stayed there multiple times and they always seem to find a way to surprise me with their thoughtfulness. The café there also makes some very good food. I visit the areas for business and I will continue to stay there for these reasons.

Stayed overnight for a nearby interview. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. My room rate included breakfast and the breakfast burrito was hot and filled with good stuff. No complaints.

I requested access to freezer space to store breast milk that I pump while traveling away from my child. The in-room fridge did not have a freezer compartment, and I was not permitted to store my discretely packaged milk in any other freezer on the property. This put at risk several days worth of milk.

This hotel was very clean and tidy, both inside and outside. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and checking in and out was a breeze. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Wonderful hotel in a great location.Just down the road are small shops in which you can find interesting items. It is close to restaurants also. We love the balcony overlooking the courtyard. We have found not many hotels offer this amenity.You can book with confidence. Take my word for it.

The only downside about his hotel are that the rooms are probably due for a refurbishing/remodeling, but theyre not too bad, and can probably go another year without refurbishing. The bedding is excellent. Any downside issue is dwarfed by the presence of an exceptional staff! Im a frequent traveler, have stayed in many different hotel chains over my 25+ year career and have been Platinum with Marriott for years. This specific Courtyard in Blue Ash is unique. From their GM, Rick, to the folks that work in their Bistro, to the janitorial and maid staff, every one of these folks are special. They remember my name, they will go out of their way to exchange pleasantries; their positive attitudes are contagious and it creates a good vibe about the whole place. There is no thats not my job mentality; these folks will do whatever they can to help. And theyre sincere and genuine about it! Again, Ive stayed in many other Marriotts (all brands) and have encountered an incredibly slow Bistro experience, unhelpful staff, shoddy maid service, but Ive never experienced this at the Blue Ash Courtyard. The folks there hustle!! Ive been traveling to the Cincinnati area for almost 4 years and I will always stay at this hotel.

This hotel is not bad and not great.. this is the only Marriott close enough to blue Ash office centers.. the service is really good.. there is no elevator to second floor, so dont choose high floors as an option.. the breakfast is good, I like the morning omlet for breakfast.. they have small bar, service is good..

We love Marriott! We know we will always have a restful stay in a beautifuk space. Staff at the Marriott Courtyard Blue Ash are truly guest-centered. All staff are welcoming and attentive, as well as kind and professional to one another. Everyone looks genuinely happy to assist guests and work with a servants heart. Simply put: a lovely hotel with exceptional staff!

Everything eceeded our expectations except morning coffee service. Room coffee is, well,room coffee.I had to beg the front desk for fresh coffee. They provided it by going behind the Starbucks station. You need to have a free fresh coffee station like your competitors. Starbucks should earn my business and you shouldnt make me feel trapped to buy their coffee and I shouldnt be forced to beg.

The rooms were not only amazing and beautiful, beds were comfortable. I loved the desk space for my laptop as well as the nesting table that I pulled for my sons to use their laptops. The pool was refreshing after the hard times we were encountering there as we had a family in the hospital. The staff was so helpful and treated like we were the only people in the world, attentive, caring, compassionate of our situation, and accommodated all of our requests and needs immediately. Even making themselves available to talk if we needed an ear. Our housekeeping service was exceptional and wore a smile the whole time and treated us respectfully. Even those walking in the hall smiled and said Good Afternoon expecting nothing in return. The kindness was unlike anything Ive ever had anywhere Ive stayed. If I ever would relocate, I would think about the Cincinatti/Blue Ash area just for the people. Thats a community and a great bunch of individuals. Thank you for blessing us during out difficult stay of losing my brother-in-law. Highly recommend this place.

Last minute plans for a travel baseball weekend at the Cincinnati Reds Youth Baseball Academy. The hotel was easy to access from the main road. The hotel was clean, comfortable.

We have stayed at this location several times since it is near some of our family members. It is always clean and well maintained. Love the option to sit and chat in the lobby any time of day or night and the chance to have coffee or wine or beer in the evening.Love the breakfasts we have had there. The beds are super comfortable.The staff goes out of their way to help.

Weve never felt more comfortable and pampered at a hotel! There were sports teams staying at the facility while we were there and the staff was wonderful about letting them enjoy their stay without getting out of control. This made the rest of the guests stay totally enjoyable! Housekeeping was on top of every need! I requested a couple of cocktails at the bar that the bartender, John, had never made before. He had a cheerful attitude and was happy to try making them for me... delicious! If we ever needed anything in the evening Lisa was right there for us and the other guests with a smile and making us feel welcome to approach her. We enjoyed our breakfast in the bistro, too. Kathryn delivered delicious dishes (breakfast sandwich and oatmeal) to us and was quick to get anything that we needed. Kathryn and Lisa were a great team. They went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed and at home. Overall, it was a fantastic stay! Well be returning and recommending to our friends and family! Thank you!!

This location was extremely clean & newly renovated. The staff was extra friendly & helpful. Great price for the accommodations quality.

The staff was wonderful. Everyone from the front desk to the servers were a delight.Our room was clean and very lovely. I would recommend this hotel to all. We had a wonderful time.Easy access to downtown. There are a number of restaurants nearby some within walking distance.

The staff at this hotel is excellent. I travel every week and really look forward to staying here. The hotel has everything I need for my business trips: nice rooms, fitness center, and great food in a low key friendly environment. The cafe always accommodates my food allergies and died so with a great attitude. It makes travel less stressful and almost a pleasure!

Over experience was good. Shower wouldn’t drain and The gym was terrible. But the people made the experience better.

We have stayed at the Blue Ash location for the past 4 years when we visited our son, who is at college, in the area. We have always found the location, staff and amenities extremely nice. The location is centrally located to the Cincinnati area and is very easy to access major highways that are nearby. Great value and accommodations!

The staff at the Blue Ash Courtyard is very attentive to each and every guest. They always ensure that my stay away from home is enjoyable; my preferences for a room are always met. They greet me with a smile and welcome me home. The food is very good; breakfast is outstanding. The GM and Asst GM are one of the best teams I have seen when I stay at Courtyards.

LOVE the beds! Very clean hotel. Very nicely decorated. Fire pit in back was amazing.

Stayed here after a conference for one night, was like being in a daycare with kids running up and down the halls yelling and screaming. Seems like this is a kids sports team hang out. Would not recommend this place if you are looking to get some peace and quiet. Front desk really didnt seem to care about the disruption or even keep the teams rooms in one area.

Ive never felt so disrespected and racially profiled in my life. The woman working second shift was rude and a terrible representation of guest services...

Nice staff. Nice rooms. Good beds. Thin walls. Do not get a room near back on trash day. We check in late when here for holidays and we have had house keeping knock at 8 and 9 am. Put the do not disturb sign out!
