Timmy P was the worst associate I have ever dealt with at FedEx. He acted bothered that he had customers, tried to overcharge me and then was aggressive when I went to look at my printed photos prior to leaving the establishment. Also purple is not his color, very unflattering. I will go somewhere else next time I need photos printed✌🏻

Will not come back to this location. The person assisting acted as if I was bothering him and actually figure he was the one I spoke to on the phone asking for a landmark due to being on a rather busy street after 5. Felt like I was wasting his time. Very in professional and wish I would have gotten both their names!!!! Would report to corporate office.

I had a passport photo taken and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Brittany was really friendly and efficient!

I had a problem with printout but I had great help. Good people over here.

Had to drop a couple packages off here today. Store was very clean, staff was super helpful and service was COVID friendly!

Always very helpful to box ship or help me with fedex or Kinkos related services. Way less expensive than UPS which surprised me.

Came up to print and laminate some lost cat posters, Tim was very helpful with everything, and got us out the door. Cat came home that night too. I’m not discounting Tim’s assistance in our cats return.

Slowest facility in the city. Employees are professional and friendly however speed efficiency needs improvement. Just to drop off and ask for receipt its rare to get out in less than 10 minutes.Weekends are the worst.

I was in this establishment around 10:30 am, 05/08/2020, looking for better quality color printable paper. Price was not an issue, nor was quantity. The older white gentleman, whom was behind the counter, was kind enough to help me and explained the certain quality of papers they had in stock. I went to see the products he spoke of and when I returned with a question about a recycled pack of paper; another worker (employee) approached me. He already seemed to display a negative attitude and when I inquired about the expensive recycled pack of paper; his attitude skyrocketed to a nasty disposition. He mentioned that I could purchase a cheaper brand and I grabbed the “cheaper” brand and it already had a small dent in the pack. So, I asked for another pack of the “cheaper” brand, a bad misnomer, and the same poor quality of product was presented. Furthermore, I left the store without purchasing anything and wasting my time with these workers and their nasty attitudes. The stack of paper was going to be used for a large product color presentation project. You never know who is going to walk into your place of business and spend a bulk load of money. Moreover, as a customer, the treatment and quality of service should have been better, and this process exercised across the selling lines daily. I will reach out to your corporate office instead and present my displeasure. No thanks for your time.

I try to give everybody a pass because of how bad we all had to suffer with pandemic and all but this guy Tim has got very bad attitude...just keep that in mind when you walk in..otherwise a clean well organized place

Everything you could possibly need for printing, packing, shipping and many other things as well. Basically an office away from the office. Ive been here at a variety of times, and they can get very busy, but most of the staff seems to know what theyre doing and is very helpful. You might be able to get some services a little cheaper at other places, but you get what you pay for.

I always have a good experience here but I wanted to say Thank you to David and the team there for always going the extra mile to help me. Great people and a great business!

Went in to fax some documents. When I could not get the fax to go through I returned to my car so I could make a call. I then went back into the store to use the copy and scan feature which worked fine. When I printed the receipt, I didnt look at it until I got to the car. I only scanned 6 pages and was charged for the scan plus 35 copies which I did not make. I showed the receipt to one associate and let them know what was billed. He then went to the counter to turn it over to another associate. I was asked the same question, you didnt make any copies and informed him I didnt make any copies. He proceeded to say well you came in and out of the store twice thus insinuating I made the copies. Its not about the 5 bucks but they could have went to the copier to verify it. I left the store never to return again.

Absolutely a great store, hands downs. The manager is very helpful and knowledgeable of the services. Im never in there longer than 10minutes. The store is clean, and fully stocked. I commend the young man running such a well oiled machine.

I was greeted with a smile when I walked which definitely made me feel welcome. The manager was super patient with me after I had made a couple of mistakes on my prints and needed to reprint. Very communicative and understanding about my specifics to what I needed printed for my booklet which made it a pretty stress free experience. He also offered to give me a student discount where not everybody has that. This was my first time going to this location and I plan on keeping this place in mind for prints in the future!

Walked in to get 5 prints. A older man with grayish/black hair and glasses later found out his name is David. Was on the phone didnt even look my way and stayed on the phone finishing up a call which was fine. When he got off the phone, he asked what i needed, I told him I needed few prints on thicker printer paper, he cut me off several times and wouldnt even look at my USB to see what I wanted printed and told me to no try againI have no time today maybe tomorrow. I been to this location and have seen him treat other customers this way as well. I have gone there several times to print a few things and it usually takes them 10 minutes tops but apparently he didnt have time. I was the only one in the store. Very rude and condescending . I went to another fex ex up the street and the person was so nice and gladly printed off what i needed and it took him literally 5 min minutes. David needs to find a new job or get the stick out of his butt.

Every time I come in there is someone new working and usually no one knows what they’re doing, besides the lady manager who is not nice or willing to help when she sees her own staff struggling. Worst FedEx I’ve been to. Train your staff to know how to use your equipment before they start! I don’t want to spend 30 mins trying to print 20 copies because no one knows how to help.

I drove all over town to find a place that mounted prints on foam board. They did it fast and it looked great! Super friendly too!

I go in to have a 2-3 pages printed and I am always in there for at least 15 minutes to half an hour. The customer service here is dreadful. The employees sit around and do nothing, and if you ask for help with a self-printing service, or anything, it takes them much too long to react. When I showed even the slightest form of dissatisfaction at this behavior, Ned, the man helping me, responded with a sarcastic tone and stood much too close to me, even after I backed up a little because I felt as though my personal space was being invaded.The prices are unusual. I have gone in to get 6+ images printed on 11x17 cardstock and it costed me under 3 dollars. Today I had 5 cardstock pieces printed on 8.5x11 paper and they charged me 8 dollars for it. When I asked about it, they shuffled away from the question and left after giving me my receipt.The quality of the prints is highly questionable. I have gone to get prints for my university projects done (I am a graphic design major). Often times they have to print out several copies because the paper is covered in a strange unwanted color or some other sort of ink problem.Overall, I am very displeased with this locations services.

I had an absolute horrible experience with this Office. I simply needed to print a poster for a school project and was told by two idiots that this would cost me well over $25 and take 24 hours. THAT IS ABSURD!!! Mind you, there was NOBODY else in the shop, and the employees were doing NOTHING. They were very rude and condescending to the fact that I was a high schooler and refused to help me.I would like to add, that following this experience, I went to the Walgreens two doors down and they were able to print it for me for $10 in a 1 hour time frame with honestly better quality and much better customer service than FedEx Office Print & Ship Center in Blue Ash on Kenwood Road.I wish to God that I knew these employees names because they SHOULD NOT BE EMPLOYED!!! The level of rudeness and sass that they gave me was unacceptable and unconstitutional.Please take my advice and save yourself the drive, time, hassle, and headache from going to this office, and probably all kinkos across America.Seriously, I would like to commend WALGREENS (a neighborhood drug store) for doing a better job at printing a poster than a professional, worldwide company.
