Everyone here is so great. They’re all sweet and helpful. I sent her for my braces and just got them off and I get nothing but compliments on my smile. Dr. Patel is great had my braces on for two years and he he remembers everything about me and is absolutely funny. If you want a great practice with great people this is the place to be😃😃

I went to this office to have a cleaning and saw Annie. I have braces and have a really hard time with keeping my teeth clean. Annie was really nice and gave me some pointers. I am excited to go back!

I can’t begin to let you know how amazing every person that works at Blue Ash Smiles. Coming from pediatric care with a child with a chronic illness, I was struggling to find dental care that would work with us to remedy issues. BAS has and continues to have a plan that has been amazing for her mouth and one that continues to monitor and look forward. They’ve been so amazing that I brought my 12 year old here too. Honestly the care far exceeds that of pediatric care and I wish I knew this earlier. They are a blessing!

Had a filling fall off and stopped by the office to see about an appointment to have it cemented back on. They checked with Dr Dan to see if he could do it while I was there and YES he could. I have been a patient at the Blue Ash Smiles office for over 12 years. Several of the doctors and staff have been there over that entire time. The office staff, nurses and doctors set the bar, not only for dentist offices, but for any medical office. They are always genuinely friendly and exceptionally professional. I called Blue Ash Smiles and explained what was going on. The young lady was so kind and professional. She gave me an immediate appointment for the very next day. Blue Ash Smiles is a professional, friendly dental office. My husband and I became patients of Dr. Petricone many years ago, and I have never had a negative experience with my dental work. He is gentle, reassuring and pleasant. The hygienists and admin staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Never have they kept me waiting past my appointment time. I appreciate the fact that they do not overbook.

I actually had a chipped tooth and needed a dentist to see me. I was recommended by a friend to go here. My regular dentist was out of town and I could not get in for at least a week. This office was so nice, I told them the problem & they got me right in. I saw Dr Dan, he saw the problem, fixed it and I am very pleased . Not sure why my daughter comes up on here but I saw him. I loved them from my very first appointment. The staff were exceptionally nice. Appointments scheduling times are fast and easy. The wait times are less than 5 minutes. The entire staff make you feel welcomed on arrival and when checking out. At first, before going to this office, I was a tad nervous about getting my extractions. Dr. Dan was great! I was actually excited to go back to complete my dental work that I’ve held off for years! In two months I’ve had 2 extractions, cavities filled, and braces applied. I wish I’d gone to them sooner.Thank you for all that you do.

Got ortho and dental treatment here for years - best dentist Ive had!

In 1 hour they billed me 3k and sent me on my way with my daughters treatment. In other words. The service was quick, the treatment plan is clear, the staff and doctor was nice and I feel confident about our new ortho.

I love Blue Ash Smiles. I don’t love going to the dentist (who does), but they make it so easy and calming. You get to watch tv, which you get to pick the channel, and you get head phones. Sue is my go to lady. She is amazing. Super gentle, knowledgeable, and makes sure that I am always doing okay. All of the Doctors are also incredibly knowledgeable and have good bed side manners.

Dr. Kyger was so good with my son! We had an emergency and he didn’t skip a beat to help us. He was really good at keeping him calm and was very quick with the procedure. If you have a toddler that doesn’t like the dentist (mine doesn’t even like to get his hair cut) this is where you need to go, if he can make him be calm through a emergency tooth extraction, a simple teeth cleaning is probably a smooth ride. Definitely go see him and his wonderful staff!!

She only sees me every 6 months but remembers details about my life that weve talked about in previous appointments. The other hygienists are sweet too. My preteen son has no problem going to the dentist because they make the experience pleasant. Dr. Pick is the sweetest man. Hes gentle and makes the procedures go smoothly.
