I have to say of the workers walking around, not any could help you. I heard more than once this isnt my dept.. I could tell they were shorthanded as well. Person at desk was trying her best to locate someone to help me, and eventually after 20 minutes someone came to my aid. I guess you cant blame Lowes since they are short on workers during the pandemic.

Been dealing with Lowes for decades. Ran into a problem with grill just purchased (pictured). Not Lowes fault, just a deterioration of quality from my previous purchase of this model. Returned to Lowes, explained what happened, made a return and upgraded (pictured). Thanks to Pam in customer service, was in and out in less than 10 minutes.10/10, will shop Buckhorn Lowes again.

Lowes has all the items you need for your at home projects or other projects you are working on. The store is well stocked and very clean. There is staff to help you with any questions you may have. I love to check out the new line of lighting features and new state of the art appliances. Truly the handymans best help with any project you undertake.

Tried to order countertop, woman at that section with gray hair , completely rude !! Acted like we were wasting her time. We had too many questions. She then complained about the measurements and said it’s difficult. Took 2 days to get back to us and still complaining on phone about sink size !!!!! Went to HOME DEPOT! Done in 30 minutes ordered! Ying there is amazing…. Then another young girl finished up order! Knew her stuff !!!!

Bloomsburg Lowes is not managed very well being that employees cannot make decisions, they request a manager, and then Im told the managers busy, REALLY! For crying out loud hire people who are knowledgeable and can make decisions. It is obvious the current CEO of Lowes is a real bean counter. Thank you but Ill shop elsewhere.

The only Lowes in the tricounty area with a stocked plumbing aisle. Shelves were full instead of the bare shelves with full boxes of product up high forcing me to climb a shelf of play the game find an employee for 20 minutes at my local lowes. I went to 3 different lowes based on their in-stock online information I was unable to fill a simple pvc plumbing order and couldnt get 1/5 of the list. Bloom store had it all.

Cant ever trust what is available here. On their website it says they have all these items available for pickup but they never do. Save your money and go to Home Depot.

Why doesnt this store offer a delivery service , I worked there before and was part of the delivery team , when they decided to discontinue the delivery , I found another job , they really should bring back the delivery its stupid not to have. It when every other store delivers

Just had the best experience buying a washing machine and dryer here. We had a very small space and all the options were larger than could fit. Ray in the Appliance department was awesome. He was extremely knowledgeable about all things washer and dryers. He searched the online databases until he found the perfect fit. He helped us with the order and setting up the delivery and install. He has earned our loyalty. If we ever need any new Appliance, we are coming to see Ray first. This is one of the few Lowes that weve been to where the staff is consistently friendly and knowledgeable.

Wonderful service, the rep DeeDee at the bloomsburg location was a gem, so kind, informative and patient. Bought a refrigerator and it was delivered on time, ordered from home Depot and they postponed the delivery date twice without informing me, I wasnt willing to wait 1 month for a refrigerator that I need so I cancel and went to Lowes instead, Im very satisfied with the service they offer.

I know theres a ton of product, but the products should be above their labels not just thrown around on top of old labels of sold out products. Then I have no idea what Im even spending because nothings labeled properly. Nothing on the site is accurate, which is the same as walmart next door, but at least you know how much things cost. Just take the labels all down if keeping things in the right place is too much, because the labels are very misleading sometimes

Sunday purchased a washing machine. It was suppose to be delivered Tuesday. They never showed Tuesday. Then they were suppose to be here Thursday. No washing machine. Lowes blames the delivery service said we have problems with them. Tomorrow is Friday . Heres am idea then hire a new delivery service . Done with buying anything from there again. I give this store no stars!

Although my experience started out rocky with a delivery that wasnt delivered Im rateing lowes 5 stars for the amazeing way it was dealt with. Every single staff person I spoke to was polite and did everything they could to help me!! Truly appreciate the kindness and willingness to fix my problem!!

Ordered a washer delivery was from 2 to 6 it 7 now told the store has a separate delivery system was told by XPO that they have till 9 to bring it. I’m a regular customer at Lowe’s but now….I Will GO TO HOME DEPOT NOT A HARD CHOICE

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered a refrigerator and they charged my card, do it was paid. Then it was to be delivered and they charged my card again and then it was declined. So then they wouldnt deliver it. After many calls to the credit card cause lowes wouldnt do anything on their end. I got it straightened out. So then they delivered it and and left it on my porch and didnt take my old one. Took them 3 days to take my old one. So it took me 3 weeks til all was said and done. Im taking my business to Home Depot.

Went and the cutting area was closed so I couldnt get my job done

I was looking for a lawnmower that no other store seemed to have in stock. The staff at this store were so helpful, double checked their stock before I drove there (I live an hour north) and helped us to decide which one would work best for what we needed it for. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. They answer the phone pretty quickly and seemed happy to help and not pushy.

Spent our day redoing our backyard. Bought 25 bags of decorative stone. Treated lumber and when checking out we told them we were veterans. Snowed ID and paying with a military credit card. ((Not the checkouts fault)) HOWEVER COULDNT EXCEPT EITHER ONE AS MILITARY PROFF!! BECAUSE our phones#s not in the system because its a NEW RULE!!Un- exceptable NEXT time we will go to Home depot. sorry 🇺🇸

The people that work at this location are beyond helpful! They know the store and products well and are always ready to help you figure out what specific items you need are & where they are located. Especially Larry! My husband and I have talked to Larry and gotten help from him everytime we were at this Lowes Location [ which is quite a bit because we are renovating our new place], we even specifically looked for him after he was so helpful, knowledgeable, & friendly! Seriously shout out to Larry near the plumbing/electric aisles....honestly this man deserves a huge raise! Ppl like him in customer service are hard to find these days!

Excellent place for everything I needed. Convenient on my way home from Danville. Staff informative and friendly. Normally I would shop in Wilkes-Barre or Edwardsville, but today, Lowes was ideal in Bloomsburg. Store well stocked and super clean. 2 customers were not wearing masks, which made them non-compliant and defiant. Also, ignorant to the pandemic. Management should demand masks upon entry. Waited over an hour for someone to bring out my freezer. They couldnt seem to find an employee to get it for an online order that was ready for pickup. With todays day and age there should be someone only working the online order department.

Trying to do curbside pickup. Obviously understaffed as it took 45 minutes to then to start looking for my order. Currently at an hour and they cant find the order that they called and told be to pick up today.

Needed to speak to a manager on 5/9/21on a issue I had at the Bloomsburg store. Had two staff persons call for the manager no response, waited for 15 min. Waited long enough left store!!

Ordered a ladder December 29th. Paid for said ladder. Its February 3rd and no ladder and no information available about when it will show up. Originally Lowes said January 26th. I think the unicorn mafia has accosted my dear ladder. Shop elsewhere unless you like wiseguy unicorns and invisible ladders.

I just exchanged a dryer that was delivered to my home damaged. When I came up to lowes in bloomsburg the man in appliances department was fantastic!!! He was quick and considerate and did everything possible to correct the inconvenience. Workers like this need to be noticed cause we all know this is hard to come by anymore. Mike in appliances was FANTASTIC. I was looking at washers and dryers but wasnt really sure what questions to ask. He came up and offered his assistance. He helped me decide on a brand and size, plus he informed me that there was a sale coming up, and told me what the lowered price would be and how long the sale would last. He also told me about financing interest-free with a Lowes card. He was friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable.

We ended up buying $1400 worth of flooring... but no one helped us load boxes or even offered insight... last week, at our local Lowes store, we were approached by employees and our questions were answered. This time, we had to seek the information we needed, online. But... this store still had better quality products than home depot.

My husband and I recently shopped at the Bloomsburg Lowes looking at flooring. We had 2 employees, Dennis and Scott who were very helpful and took the time to answer all our questions and explained everything about the products and the installation process. Great job! We will be coming back to purchase our flooring from your store!

I love lowes but if your looking for flooring like hardwood or pretty much any other flooring other then capet look elseware lowes has so many hidden fees its it makes you feel like your being taken advantage of. And i honestly feel like you are. They show on the sign that it cost 2 bucks per square foot to install and make it look like from there little sign anyway then everything is included but its not and they wont change the sign are lowes. For example i was going to buy some flooring that only cost 79s per square foot and i had 528 square feet i needed to cover with the product and the install it should have came to just over 1500 but ended up being 3200. It goes with out saying i didnt go through with that. That was over double what it should have costed. Just do your self a fave and buy flooring some place else unless your there for carpet.

Average Lowes has most stuff. Depending on who is working service can be really good or poor. (reason for 1star less) Have to say to the manager on 1 item i had special ordered it got screwed up and he fixed it and was really apologetic. I couldnt have been happier that day. However next day when i asked for something in a dept guy said he didnt know. I then asked to get the person for plumbing he said he was the guy :(

I bought a door lock for my basement door, brought it home, opened the package, and NO KEYS!? Seriously? So I take it back to the store where the customer service rep answers the phone 3 times while helping us. After he hangs up, he proceeds to return an item from the customer BEHIND me that came in after me. Instead of exchanging the item (which was the original plan), I politely asked for a refund and bought a lock at Home Depot instead. The thousand upon thousands of dollars I have spent at Lowes will no longer happen. Another terrible aspect of Lowes is they NEVER have lumber. Almost every shelf is empty, and when you drive 30 minutes to get there, the last thing you want is extreme disappointment.

Awful!!! Do NOT use curbside pickup! They do not pay attention or come out to help. Associates in and out, no one answers the phone number on signs and they dont watch computer to see you checked in. Man at customer service said phone system not working, but I was transferred by a person who answered to curbside pickup. I guess computer broken as well. No apology. A few eye rolls and grunts was all I got. Will not return to Bloomsburg location.
