We ordered an address mailbox in white about 7 years ago which we absolutely loved! We have recently moved to a new home and the first thing I did was order another address mailbox, this time in teal. It does take some time to receive but the products are custom made. We received our new mailbox and its even better than the first. They have added a cork lining to the inside which cuts down on the noise when you close the top of the mailbox. They even included a beautiful welcome sign in the same color! If you want something unique, customized, great quality and made in the US, then I highly recommend this company!

I just got two address plaques and the quality is great! This is the second time that I have ordered from them. The customer service is unbelievable! I will absolutely order from this company again!

We found this company online. We needed large house numbers cut into a metal plate. The company was not the cheapest, but had the 10 x 20 sign we were looking for. The product came on time and was well done. I was specifically impressed that the person who made the item signed it on the back. He/she also included a couple of pieces of candy and a note apparently from the company dog. It was quite funny and unexpected. Nice touch and bottom line, we liked the item.

The first project that was completed last fall was great. We wanted to proceed with a Phase 2 of our signage. Lucia completed the proofing and pricing process...and then nothing. She has been contacted with 5-6 follow-up emails, and we have called numerous times since the end of January. It is now the first part of March. There is no way to contact this company to prompt a response. The quality was good, pricing was good, but the customer service is the worst. We have finally contacted 3 other vendors to complete this project because Lucia has never responded to us. Not professional.

Lucia made us a three pieces as separate orders. Her work is outstanding and her professionalism is equal to the quality of the art (product). Highly recommend the mailboxes. Our post officer loves that he/she can lay magazines flat and the size fit the average box size for many deliveries.

I purchased a large circular pc. of wall art and house numbers. I loved being able to choose from so many colors in the powder-coating. The end result are 2 fabulous pcs. of art that look spectacular on the exterior of our home. The customer service of this company was outstanding and very helpful. I will purchase more pcs. and talk up this artist. Were very pleased!

BEWARE! We have contacted the firm via email 4 times with a project to bid and have never received a reply. Yet, they were happy to charge us for color samples.
