If you have an older bike you are trying to keep running, and your budget keep you from stopping in at the other fine shops in town, stop by when they are open! They have a nice supply of new parts and a massive inventory of used bikes and parts. The people are helpful and friendly. I go there for parts all the time with my older bikes.

Good program for people who need free help with their bikes. Just walk up and get help during business hours. They also have self serve stations with cables attached to the tools that you can access for free anytime day and night.

Wonderful program designed to help people both learn how bikes are assembled and share the responsibility of accessing their own way of transportation. I have recommended it to several people.

Its a great place to learn how to fix your own bike or to buy a cheap refurbished bike! You can even earn your own bike for free by contributing volunteer time. (My bike cost $7 in parts. I did all the labor with expert help.)

The earn a bike volunteer program is wonderful initiative. Volunteer for 3 hours then you can get a bike for free. You have to assemble it yourself though, theyll help you in assembling the bike. The bicycle in the picture is the one I built, I changed almost all the parts after choosing the frame. It took me 2 sessions(6 hours) to finish the bicycle. I highly recommend volunteering and building your own bike, it gives you an idea of how to fix bicycles if yours breaks down at any time. The volunteers helped me a lot through this.
