Deron came through in the clutch as the RealFest festival in Dunn Meadow last week lost access to a tent at the 11th hour. As the event coordinator scrambled to find an alternative that would effectively cover the artists and their equipment, Master Rental organized a prompt delivery and seamlessly placed the tent where and when we needed it. Fantastic customer service; highly recommend.

Rented a 20x30 canopy tent over Memorial Day Weekend 2021. Equipment was as expected. My issue is I was told by Fawn at pick up that the Damage Waiver fee was not something you can opt out of. This is the kind of equipment I would have gladly taken the risk to not pay for this additional peace of mind......its just an extra way for them to collect more money. It bothers me that I specifically asked if I could opt out and was told no. 1-1/2 weeks later they finally call me and explain the only way I could have opted out was by providing a Certificate of Insurance which I could have done for free with my homeowners insurance. Its just another way for them to make more money and they dont really understand their own processes. On top of that, its June 8th and they still dont have their rates updated for 2021 either! There are better options in town and I will use someone else next time.

Rented a bounce house and popcorn machine over the weekend. They were easy to rent from they did exactly what they said they would do. The only problem I had was the popcorn machine. I called on Monday they tested it for themselves and immediately refunded all my money for the entire popcorn equipment. I had a great experience with them overall. Would definitely recommend.

Poor management, not enough employees. Had a large tent that needed put up that truly required more workers then what was sent. The owner Deron was not organized or well put together. He endangers his employees by not having enough people in his crew to safely do their work. They picked up my tent late. Had to use then in a pinch but would not use again.

These guys are great, Ive worked with them many times. Last night after an event I needed to jump start my car and the staff were kind enough to help. Wish I could give them an extra star for kindness, THANK YOU!

(Happened 5 minutes ago) - There was a miscommunication and my reservation was made for a week prior to when I actually needed the equipment. They (Shane) moved the reservation immediately, no questions asked. Great customer service. They have always been helpful, kind, and understanding. I will be a repeat customer for as long as I do business in Bloomington. Well done.

Extremely unprofessional employees setting up tents and tables for our events. Over the summer we had an event with several tents and tables needed. There was a man working who seemed to be high enough he could barely function to do his work. A younger male covered with tattoos was clearly high on something that sped him up and was heard calling another male n**ga countless times.

I needed a tile scraper at the last minute when the one I picked up from another rental place couldnt scrape plaque off a tooth. I walked in, picked one up with two brand-new blades, and left with a perfectly tuned up model that worked like a champ. Friendly, knowledgeable staff made it a well rounded experience. Thanks guys!

You just cant depend on anything or anybody in this country anymore... I have all the materials ready to go. Order a piece of equipment to be delivered today and got call saying the equipment is broken and cant be delivered.. preordered it Tuesday. Didnt even offer to give you something else to do the same job. Just a refund or reschedule... never ever will I rent from master rental. Btw it takes 5 days to get your money back. Even tho it takes them 30 seconds to take it from you..

Rented bounce house from these guys over 4th July.... What was suppose to be a Blu monster water slide turned out to be a little kids slip n slide!!! This all was noticed after I set the inflatable up and blowed it up, what a group of disappointed boys I had. So I contacted them saying you guys sent me home with wrong bounce house?!!! Oh will refund you, but after returning it they charged me for use since I blew it up?? Unbelievable how I was suppose to know u sent me the wrong bounce house!! You heard the the song faith, hope and love before? This place is the furthest thing from any of those 3!! Save yourself time and money! DONT RENT FROM THEM!!!

I had my 3 children at Dale Graber’s July 4th party...I have to say it was some disappointment how these guys treated us, very dishonest group they have here so look out RENTERS!! Dale didn’t even mention his mother is a Widow and this didn’t matter to these guys!! There manager can comment all he wants but this is the honest truth that dale said!!! MANAGER TOLD HIM THEY WOULD VOID OUT HIS CHECK THEN THEY CASHED IT!!! THIS PLACE IS ALL ABOUT THERESLEVES LOOKOUT!!!

Coolest, most friendly place to rent just about anything!!! Awesome staff, auper helpful and polite. The delivery team they have is just amazing, no matter how many last minute changes i have, they are super calm, polite, and accomodating. Just an all around awesome experience, i would recommend them to anybody needing to rent anything!!!!!!

Run from this place.Southside is better than here.Walked in door they are too busy answering phones. Once I see them continuing to answer phones vs waiting on people right in front of them. I have to say something about it before getting helped.Rented chainsaw and brought home.Cut three saplings notice saw was not right.Stopped using call next morning spoke to Eric.Nice guy very helpful said sorry bring it back in.I get there and the owner and or manager.Didnt get name but Im assuming Dick!!Has the nuggets to scold me cuz I didnt stop soon enough. WtH Like I could hurt his pos saw lol.Still scolding me telling me I should have called in the after hours.Calls me a child.For the record I was not being nasty cuz I was told already Id get a refund on phone so what would be the point.He asked what happened. So I told him.Thats when the scolding began.While he is doing refund.I said a few comments like a beaver could have chewed threw it faster to add to his displeasure. Why not at this point lolEnd up getting my money back.Thankfully for him and more importantly me I never have to do business there again.Lifes to short to deal with people like this. Save headache either pay someone with the tool or rent anywhere else.Peace out yall

Tread very softly if you make the mistake renting here like we did!! Lots of my friends have learnt the hard way, LOOKOUT RENTERS!!!
