Easy fast oil change. Nothing fancy

The guys who did my oil change this morning were kind, quick, and very helpful!They got all the ice off my hood in case it came up and broke my windshield, filled up my tires and made sure I was squared away otherwise.Outstanding customer service for sure!

Had to come in to fix my brakes. I was going to schedule an appointment, but were able to get me in right away. Discussed with me the issues and options and were honest. Definitely will go back again.

I would like to give this place 5 stars but not one of the 4 employees were wearing a mask.

I called 4 places to get an oil change quickly. They all had at least an hour wait. when I called Mister Lubie, the guy said they had one person, but are first come first served. I hurried over and was able to drive right in. I sat in my car and they did the oil change and offered to change my air filter and top off my coolant. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. (closer to 5). They told me how to reset my oil light and I paid. It was a little more money than other places. (41.99 for the oil change and 19.99 for the air filter). But I dont have time to schedule an oil change. I get random times free from work, so this was perfect and quick. WELL WORTH the money for the level of convenience.

Lovely staff and always super helpful. I started going here because they pointed out an issue with a friends car and did their very best to fix it. *Walmart basically broke the oil filter nozzle tip off INSIDE*

Really quick, never had a wait there. Just pull up and drive out in 10 minutes. A little more expensive but if you are like me and suck at planning and appointments it is worth it.

Neither mechanic was wearing a mask, including the one who was standing a foot away while talking to me and taking my credit card.When I called him on it, he claimed that his health allowed neither a mask nor a shield. If that is the case, he should NOT be working closely with customers. Hes putting us and himself at risk.

My wife and I had started going to this location recently and were pleased until todays experience. Last time I was serviced here the gentleman told me to come back about half way till I was due because my older vehicle, with higher miles, had been bone dry with oil waiting the 3,000 miles, and hed take a look and top it off if needed. So I went back, pulled up, and someone came out and told me they were getting ready to go on lunch and itd be 30 or 40 minutes till they would be servicing any cars. I was completely shocked, 99% of service or retail companies rotate their employees for lunch so customers are not affected and business runs smoothly. I dont know who is running this location but it doesnt take a masters degree in business to know this. I was turned off by this lack of customer service and wont be back, also, my wife will not. It only takes one bad experience, especially when it can be avoided with common sense, to loose customers.

If I go here it has to be an easy and pretty decent experience. Anything automotive makes me anxious, but at Mr. Lubie im a little less so. Staff is nice.

Great service, always! These guys dont try to pull wool over your eyes selling you unneeded products or services. They are professional and courteous individuals.

Went in for a full service oil change. Left $48 lighter with my oil fill cap sitting on top of the valve cover, oil leaking everywhere, no filters checked, no diff check, no fluid checks, windows not washed, tires not checked, lubrication points unlubed. The techs had a f it attitude when I asked them why Im paying for tasks they arent completing. I asked for the manager and they gave me a disconnected number to call. Beware these crooks. They could ruin your vehicle.

They dont stand by their work! Avoid! Didnt put back all 3 clamps on cover to oil filter underneath car, dragged on ground within 3 weeks, had to be towed to garage to fix. When I asked what they would do to keep my business, manager refused to admit theyd done anything wrong; kept mansplaining why it wasnt their fault, never apologized, didnt make any offers to keep other than hell check the clamps in future! NEVER going back there for sure!

Quick,and easy oil change but they dont reset your car reminder so ive had my car telling my i need an oil change for 3 months before i went somewhere else to get another one

Nothing too good or too bad. They do the job, its fast, I get to stay in the car. They are thorough but its on the higher side for cost. The guys are friendly but if you are not from the area they could come across with a creeper vibe.

Stay away from here. Their prices are high and employees are rude. I simply wanted to supply my own oil and filter and was rudely told it would be $35. That is way too high, Sears will do it for $15.25. I ended up just doing it myself.

Rude employee, refused to offer prices until I agreed to have oil changed. When I said I would not get oil change until I knew the cost I was told either get it done or leave.Asked for a district manager or corporate number and he refused to give it to me...Will never go here again...

I should have looked at how theyve been call action sued on wthr 13s web site....THEY WILL RIP OFF PEOPLE IGNORANT ABOUT CARS!They tricked my wife into getting a sludge treatment to clean the valve covers (lol). Well when they did that a mile down the road her check engine light came on and they accepted no responsibility. It took me $300 and days of labor to figure out when they did that they clogged the oil control valve at the valve cover. All I had to do was clean the sludge off the sensor but it cost me to figure that out at the dealership.The manger became hostile says its our fault for letting the oil get low and wont let me speak to anyone else.

Got my 1986 cj-7 jeep quickly and efficiently and did a great job! I highly recommend this place!

Service was awesome but $60 for an oil change???

I would highly recommend staying away from this establishment as I took my work vehicle and to have the oil changed and they change the oil and told me that my transmission was a little bit low on fluid and they were glad top it off for 499 but I said sure go ahead Later on that day I lost all oil pressure I pulled over to check my fluids and I was 2 quarts low on oil in the oil smelled really weird and look very weird so I looked under my vehicle and noticed that it was leaking oil from the drain plug I went ahead and got the oil in the filter and replace my oil and whenever I replaced it they had forgotten to put the gasket back on the oil plug they know that I took out was very thin and dark red and smelt like transmission fluid so my conclusion was that they accidentally put transmission fluid in with my oil and luckily they forgot to put the gasket on her I never wouldve noticed I called Mr. lubie and spoke with the manager of the store or assistant manager Im not sure what he really is and he is shirred me that they would make it right they do whatever they had to do and that he was going to talk to his regional manager and give me a call the following day to let me know what they were going to do about this situation well I never received a phone call so I stop by I took a sample all the oil that I had removed and the manager put his finger in it and smelled it and said yeah thatl so I stop by I took a sample all the oil that I had removed and the manager put his finger in it and smelled it and said yeah thats Oil and was a real jerk he asked me what I do wh Oil and was a real jerk he asked me what he should do about this situation I asked him what did did he think he should do about the situation and he told me that all he was allowed to do is refund my money for the oil change I asked him to have his regional manager called me and he said that he would I have yet to receive a phone call and thats been three weeks ago in the meantime my old sending unit is when out I have replaced the oil three times since they put transmission fluid in my oil and every time they oil looks a little better but still has transmission fluid and it I am taking my vehicle to a certified mechanic to have the issues documented and I have contacted a lawyer and it appears that I will have to sue this establishment since they dont feel as though theyve done anything wrong not only that their customer service is terrible I will never take a vehicle to quick change oil place again Im sure there are some that are good but Mr. lube be on W. 3rd St. in Bloomington Indiana is terrible
