I tried to use another oil change location for two days in a row and still couldnt get in due to staffing shortages. So today, I went to the Penn/American Blvd. Jiffy Lube location in Bloomington (even though it was a bit further of a drive) and was greeted quickly by two different technicians (the third technician was already servicing a customers vehicle). These two technicians quickly pulled up my information from my license plate from my visit at another Jiffy Lube location, and were incredibly friendly, courteous, professional, and fast. They answered all of my questions and completed the oil change quickly and for a good price. I have never had such ease in getting an oil change and was impressed with how quick, friendly, and professional this team was! I will definitely be back to this team of technicians again, even with the longer drive.

The guys here were very friendly, quick and efficient. C.J. was personable and made me feel important with choosing my own options. The manager on duty (I didnt catch his name) was complementary and easy to work with when I had questions. Will definitely be returning!

Oil change was quick, easy and convenient. Reasonably priced for the service and they applied a coupon for me.Tire rotation was a mistake. They ended up putting some of the tires back on in the same spot (instead of rotating them), and damaged my car in the process. There was a new grinding sound (caused by a bent backing plate rubbing against my brake rotor) but they told me they couldnt identify the source or do anything about it. Had to go get it fixed at the dealership.I would have recommended getting an oil change here, but I no longer trust them to properly service my car, as I spent time and money here only for my car to be damaged and in worse condition after.

Oil change was typical and fine, but the staff should really watch how they’re talking since they have us keep our windows down. Had my child with and heard a ton of cursing, so had to say something to them. After that another employee continued to curse and act extremely bothered by another car pulling up to get serviced even though they were open for 30 more mins.

They actually said my air filter was fine, they didnt try to sell me something (refreshing). Very nice and treated me like a valued customer and not a number. By far best Jiffy Lube experience Ive had.

This is by far the BEST Jiffy Lube Ive had the pleasure of visiting. The crew is super kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and go above and beyond to provide the absolute best service. I live 30 minutes away and will gladly go out of my way every time I need servicing just to visit this location. 10/10

I had to get my oil changed some months ago and because I could not get in at the dealership in the time frame I needed, I went to Jiffy Lube instead. They got me in right away. I didnt even have to get out of my car. They changed my oil and replaced my windshield wipers quickly and efficiently, even though it was near closing time on Christmas Eve. Great Service!

Jiffy Lube is the main reason my 2005 Yukon Denali XL doesnt burn oil and runs like new even with 308,000 miles. The GMC LQ4 is an AMAZING engine if you give it the love it deserves with regular oil changes.

Communication is key in customer service.I came in and all I was told twice was you are supposed to park in the back since I had a baby and did not do this they pulled in another car that came in after me. I sat in the lobby for 20 minutes with no other communication; they did not take any of my information, didnt ask me what kind oil change I wanted, nothing. I finally left, wasnt going to pay for an over priced oil change ($45 plus fees) without getting any customer service.

I honestly dont know where the bad reviews are coming from. This is the best service I ever received ANYWHERE in the U.S.They drive your car in for you while you wait in the waiting room sipping some coffee or tea,They check your tire pressure, they vacuum your car they clean your glasses, they checkout air filter and they dont pressure you to buy stuff They really care about maintening your car! They go above and beyond seriously. Juan just cleaned my air filter and installed it back. 3 months before I was at valvoline they were pressuring me to buy new wiper Blades and air filter.I love this location really. Its a 5 star service for a very reasonable price.Tips:save money when you come for an oil change between 7 am and 10 am.

I enjoyed this place immensely because they were able to get me in and out in a timely manner.They also provided the information needed for me to make a good choice on all the recommendations and were able to explain the cost right up front.The one associate even asked if I wanted to use any of the coupons that work in current running. I took use of one of the three and it saved me a lot of money I appreciated that associate sharing that information since I did not bring in a coupon slip he had it in his office ready to go.

I took my car in for an oil change on a weekday around 5 PM and it was a great experience. Evan was my representative who took great care of me. He helped me get the best deal possible for my oil change. The oil change was extremely fast and had coffee in the waiting area. Evan updated me on how long it would take and what they were doing. We waited in the waiting area for maybe 10 minutes. I would say we were able to go into and out of Jiffy Lube Bloomington location in 15 minutes. In one past visit it took about a hour, so I was ecstatic when this change was at a good discount and done in a short period of time.Thanks and well see you again!

Vehicle was not put back correctly and was killing with in 6 blocks of leaving the oil change and air filter replacement. Another 2 trips back and forth, no answers and was told to bring it to a full service shop. It took the full service shop a few minutes to see a sensor cable was disconnected during the air filter change. We own a small company with 7 work vehicles and we will not be bringing any of our vehicles back.

Much better then the first time I had went to jiffy lube.I able to drive in my car on my own able to sit in my car which I wanted to do, and actually felt more comfortable.the only downside is having to hear that the discount that I had gotten almost did not cover synthetic oil, took them several phone calls to finally get the approval to give me what the discount was intended for.

I am SUPER impressed by their service. I was super hungry so I ate my lunch there and they let me finish my meal before entering in all my info. Every service person there was fantastic! I used to only go to Valvoline but now after experiencing what Jiffy Lube offers (vacuuming, washing windows, drive car in/out, open car door, etc.) Ill be dedicated to Jiffy Lube. Props guys!

They change oil, but there is a lot of room for improvement. Here are three of many. 1. Pay attention to who is in line and take control of FIFO. This did happen but because I let the person that arrived before me go first 2. Turn the music down, not off but down. 3. Post the prices in the garage area or have a quick conversation for the different services. I was surprised to pay about $30 more than what I typically pay. 4. (Bonus) if you are going to ask customers to wait in the lobby spruce it up.

Stopped in about 30 minutes before close. Employees were young but courteous. I was greeted as I pulled up to the garage entry, they drove my van in and walked me to the waiting room, and fully explained everything that was included in the vehicle service. They didnt try selling me extra crap, they let me know I had a light out but didnt offer to charge me $20 to replace it, they washed my windows and vacuumed, and didnt try to tell me my air filter needed replacing. All in just over 7 minutes. Highly recommended.

I went to a different jiffy lube and they failed to properly secure the air filter in its housing unit. We stopped at the Bloomington Jiffy Lube on our way out of town and Juan was amazing. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and even provided me a new air filter. He ensured everything was working properly before sending us on our way. Will definitely be coming back to this location!

Hey I came in the first week of April and had a full oil change with air and oil filters changed after I came back and got my air filter my car is getting louder and humming at low and high speeds I am frantic because until I came there for my oil change I could not hear my car at all when I drove !! You only knew it was on not from engine noise but because you’re driving what is it that happen did they hit a part and now it needs replacing or put in the wrong fluid into one of my engine containers when I went in to check my fluids they were under there pumping in more fluid for something and now I’m wondering if the didn’t use synthetic oil and the right filters or what happened but my car was great till this happened .. can anyone help me? I went to the jiffy lube in south town the one in Bloomington MN

I have been going here for years. They are very helpful. They always let me know what can be put off when I was low on cash, and what I could get for free somewhere else. Nicco did a good job the other day. I tend to not wait long, and the waiting room is clean and comfortable.
