I called to schedule my first appointment with Verneice prince . I talk to the Lullica who creates the schedule . I ask Lullica can I talk to Verneice about my concerns before I come in. Lullica person desk said no and so I reach out to the counselor on facebook . The counselor responses and then after she calls her boss and tells them I contact her on facebook . Monday was going be my first appointment Go somewhere else . This counselor is a fraud !!!

Not sure why they have so many bad reviews... but this place is a lifesaver. I have made so much success in the past few months. I owe it to this place and the amazing counselors. Yes, it is volunteer based, but they honestly do care so much. They do everything they can to help in the middle of a pandemic. Amazing place!

This is a needed resource in a community that lacks the amount of available counselors for the population. They are pay as you can, not sliding scale or free, so they operate on donations. Those needing counseling or groups can attend regardless of their ability to pay. Luella and Don are tireless advocates for the community.

Super unknowlegdeable. Luella actually hung up on me when Itold that her suggestions werent working. Please spend the money,and see a real therapist. Signed: the daughter of real psychologists.

I wish I could leave a review less than one star. This place is absolutely dispicable and I would not recommend it to anyone. The counselor Kim is trying to get her clinical licence. She does not deserve it. She is scum of the earth and loves to ruien lives. Dont let the cost fool you. It may be free but it comes with a higher price than money. I will never return and I highly suggest, especially if you have children, DO NOT GO HERE. Highly unprofessional. Always late. Door always locked. Bad advice. Just over all one of the worst experiences of my life. DO NOT GO HERE.
