I visit this store frequently and find friendly assistance every time I’m there. The staff are all helpful , friendly and know their store. The manager, Jim, knows me by name now and is sure to say hello every visit. He manages the store very well, always knows where to find what’s needed and always assists with kindness.If they don’t have what I need they take time to call other locations or order it for me. They are awesome!I would highly recommend a visit!

The store manager was quick to reach out to me after I’d had a not-so-great experience with customer service. His caring and concerned attitude has made me willing to give the store another try.

Love Jerrys in Bloomington They have most of whatever I need and are in a convenient location next to Cub Foods. They are super helpful and will even order something in if it isnt available. Weve even had our snowblower serviced at Jerrys prior to winter. Completely recommend their services, products, and expertise.

It doesnt make sense why I cant duplicate a key i i copied at this location!! The manager in the back pete knew and acknowledged that i got the key copied there and he refused. Then he cant even copy a key for my mail. Worst customer service.!

We were looking for a light switch, and they had one. The employees knew which aisles had what products. Someone is usually available to answer questions, so thats a plus.

Pete was great - very helpful finding the right tool to connect a 3/8 socket head to a 1/2 inch breaker bar. He stuck with us to make sure we have the right tool for the job. He’s definitely not a surgeon.

Nice little hardware store. Tight aisles but its got what you need. Plenty of yard bags as of mid October. Even picked up some windshield wash for my car.

I going to Jerrys all the time the Bloomington location the people have a lot of noise and are very helpful. Mark the mechanic in the back has the most knowledge if you really have questions about small engine or small engine repair hes been very helpful and I to to buy all of my outdoor equipment from these guys since theyve been so helpful and knowledgeable their prices are also very competitor friendly they arent any higher than anywhere else like a big box chain at the big box stores you will never get that kind of customer service

Walking to the store, and some girl was on her cell phone at the front counter. She barely had time to look up and answer my questions. She was too busy with her phone. Next I stood at a counter for about 10 minutes waiting for help. (they should have a bell or something)When someone came to help me out, he acted like I was infringing on his personal time. He said in order to do what I needed he had to find someone else. He walked as slow as possible without showing any sign of urgency. I have gone to this hardware store several times. Its time I get the same feeling. Like I am interrupting their free time. Sometimes I need something, and I forget about these experiences. And then it happens all over again. Im sure a lot of people have a 5-star rating for this place. But if you are in a hurry, and you want staff I dont act like youre interrupting their free time, I apologize but I have to give them one star.

Nice local hardware store!They offer many repair services here, unlike the big box stores!But be prepared, the wait times to get your items back can be pretty long depending on the time of year!The staff is knowledge and willing to help point you to the right direction too.The prices and selection are adequate for a quick shopping visit for most major things you need.

Small hardware store. Great place to grab something quick rather than going all the way to a big box store. Selection is a bit limited and prices are higher than the big box stores but thats ok because of the convenience. They do a great job sharpening lawnmower blades too but sometimes you have to leave them there for a day or two.

Went to buy a charcoal grill summer 2019. One of the floor sales personal, Bill, said that charcoal grills were not for women. Very inappropriate. Will not be going back. Contacted the corporate office via email and to their credit, they responded and apologized.

This Jerrys location is full of knowledgeable employees who have experience using the same products they sell. Quick turnaround time on blade sharpenings, and even the youngest employees have a solid grip on the home improvement basics. Beats going to Home Depot or Lowes any day of the week.

They have a good selection for the size of the place. The help you receive generally depends on the age of the employee. People over 30 are knowledgeable and helpful, the teenage help tends to be checked out mentally most of the time.

I went in looking for a specialty light bulb. They didnt have it on the floor so they went to the back pulled out some old boxes of tiny bulbs, matched what I needed, and didnt even charge me! Love this place!

Hardware store is fine and full of helpful employees. No issues there. The small engine shop,though, leaves a bit to be desired. I went there on 2 separate occasions for parts for carbs on 2 different small engines, and both times they just offered to sell me whole new carbs instead of what I needed. There is a better option in Bloomington, namely on on Portland and American Blvd, who happened to take care of me on both occasions.
