I give the mowers a 5 star rating. But the customer service as far as returning phone calls is terrible. This will be our second year using their services - but our lawn has yet to be cut this season nor has the scheduled day been established. We appreciate that theyre in school and are in activities but we were led to believe that our yard would be taken care of on the weekends while school was still in session. Yes, its been a rainy weekend spring but a return call to let us know that our messages had been acknowledged would have resulted in a much better rating. Questioning our decision to continue using the service....
