Ive had two large packages...a 160 lb hybrid battery and a 200 lb office air conditioner. I picked them up at the bloomington yard. Both times I was treated very good and the items had no damage at all.Thank You YRC

Ordered a Dometic AC unit and paid an extra $150 for shipping. Shipping updates said Friday (6 days ago.) Saturday rolls around with no delivery so I called them. Im told that I would be contacted Monday to schedule delivery and they only deliver to my small town Tuesdays and Thursdays(alright... understandable). Monday- received the call and scheduled for Tuesday between 9am-5pm. Tuesday... NOTHING. Call Wednesday and the girl I spoke to stated she is scheduling it to go out tomorrow (Thursday). So here I am Thursday still no delivery... and I am being told it is not on the truck and wont be delivered today even though it was scheduled yesterday for delivery today. Been on the phone for an hour now. Ive spoked to 3 people and this final person (hopefully) seems to be the only help and I am pretty positive she is the one who set me up to be delivered to today. So I will be contacting the company I ordered from to get my shipping refunded. Super disappointed.

Big facility. However, it was difficult to determine where to go for outside carriers to pick up and drop loads! Having SIGNAGE would have made it easier and efficient for drivers. Also, there was a very LOBG wait period for loads to be ready. You cannot park in their yard while you wait for your load. There is little area right outside their parking facility to park while waiting for your load.

YRC freight came to the rescue pulling an item that was being shipped and had been delayed and putting it aside for me to pickup litterally in the middle of the night. The staff there are top notch, from the customer service people, to the front office staff and especially Sonny, who helped me locate my item and load me up. Cant thank you guys enough!

Hands down, worst trucking company. Shipments stay at their facility for multiple weeks awaiting delivery. Take it from me, as a shipper of many products daily and a receiver of many products daily...If I want to make sure my shipments are late, or lost...I choose YRC. This is where Customer Service goes to die.

They are DECADES behind in the delivery industry. Complete lack of regard for customers and the value of their time. Cannot ship on time or communicate effectively who actually knows where my shipment currently is, or when to expect it. They gave an 8 hour delivery window and didnt show... 4 days later and I havent heard from them. Hold times to talk to someone are 30 minutes and we you get through all they can tell me is its out for delivery.

It was very pleasant . Very clean bathrooms. Friendly people.

I only gave 4 star because as the worker side goes I saw top notch inter workings. As for being on the customer side I was picking up a shipment its worth 2 star at best. Extremely confusing and borderline aggravating just trying to find my location to be let alone actually finding someone to process your shippment. Dont advise on-site pick-up

Shipment picked up on 9/17, supposed to be a 7-10 day transit. Its 10/8 still not delivered. Ive had 3 appointments and had someone available to offload with a forklift from 10am-5pm which is what they tell you and they no showed no called both times. Well see if they show up today.The customer service hotline is nice but even when they try and call the dispatch at Bloomington, most of the time they dont pickup the phone and when they do they just tell there own representatives that they will be there between 10am and 5pm. No other info, no explanation of why the driver hasnt showed up for the other appointments. Bloomington terminal staff is extremely unhelpful and rude.

Ordered an item, had it shipped through this company, and the item became lost at Bloomington, CA location. Reordered same item and seems like its going to be lost at Bloomington, CA, again. YRC should just get out of business in delivering freight through that location and hand it over to FedEx or UPS.

Great customer service on-time deliveries!

Been waiting for a shipment (desk)since 10/5/2020. They say it was never received, yet it was scanned as received. YRC claims its lost. Had the company I purchased desk with resend the desk. Again, it appears to have been received in Bloomington on 10/18, yet Im still waiting to see the update note its been sent to the local terminal. Im begining to think something is fishy with YRC. #soannoyed

This company is BS warning dont do anything with these people

This terminal has had a shipment for delivery to Nevada since October 28th. Transit time to Las Vegas by all other carriers that I use is one day. First time I checked their website delivery was supposed to be November 3rd. On the 3rd the website said delivery on the 4th. On the 4th the website said on the 5th. Today the 5th it now says the 6th. Ive been using LTL carriers for over 50 years and never had service this bad. When I called them they said they were just too busy to be able to tell me when they will deliver. Once again on the 6th their website says delivery on the 9th.

Over packed mess no room to move

Everyone there was extremely helpful and so friendly! A friend and I went there to ship a crate to Texas and they made everything so simple and explained the process to us. The girls in the upstairs office where very professional and super nice and charming YRC is well served by having such wonderful staff representing their company!

Alot of traffic there

Absolutely horrid customer service. It has taken nearly two weeks to get a shipment delivered from Sacramento, CA to Riverside, CA. Finally, they have an available day and need someone available between 9am to 5pm which I accommodated! They never even showed up! When you call their customer service they said I should be grateful that I could be at home all day to do laundry, dishes and more!!! You cannot make this garbage up!!!

This is the place that brings you everything you need in your life. From our rail yard. To your rail yard. By truck. I mean big rig. You wouldnt have anything without theses guys out there on the road for you. Be kind to your fellow trucker!! He brings your everything from your food to your gas. To well hey... even your nail polish. Think of this. When your on road. They gotta be out there every day. Just to bring you your beer. Or hair spray. This is a union company!. Awesome company. Like I said. Think twice. Before you cut off or mess with theses guys. You have nothing without them. I MEAN NOTHING!. And they cannot stop on a dime. Drive safe around them and be courteous.

I’ll give 2 stars for the drivers. For the most part they are wonderful. Good luck getting your freight. You call they say it’s on the truck for delivery. Then you wait all day and no freight. Then the same song and dance starts all over the next day. Eventually you’ll get your freight. It might be the next day or two weeks later. Who knows. You may also get a few grey hairs in the process. Good luck dealing with these jokers.

Good freight company

I am still waiting for my package from this freight company last 2 times they called scheduled and then reschedule because it was not on the truck for delivery today Its at their warehouse When it scheduled for delivery it should be delivered as promised on time Not that it didnt make it on the truck this trip today. This is what I call bad business , after reading some of the other reviews I am not the only one with this problem

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The worst freight company we ever dealt with. The driver didnt realize he didnt load the package on the truck. Can you imagine the level of incompetence? The day of the original delivery driver didnt knock on the door, didnt even try to open the door. Didnt even leave a notice of attempt to deliver. The dispatch didnt even try to call us to set up a re-delivery like other freight companies do. I called to find out why was our package not delivered they said the driver thought the office was empty. Despite the furniture and lights on. Our door is open and he never even tried it. They promised me that it would be delivered the next day for sure at 10am. At 10am no delivery. I got on chat with them. They said that it will be between 12-1pm. At 1:30pm no delivery still. I called back the dispatch 3 more time becUse the time frames were going by and every time I was told our package is on the truck and will be delivered today for sure. At 6:30 still no delivery. I call the dispatch and a very rude person Kelsey picks up and tells me that the driver left a note on the account saying that at the end of the day he realized that the package was never loaded on the truck. She had 0 intention of helping sort this out. How can they not realize it was not on the truck!?! Incompetence at its highest. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you are buying from a company that uses them tell them to use any other company for your order. You will not get your package on time or maybe at all.

Terrible service. They accepted a BOL knowing that the pallets were too heavy for their lift gate and refused to deliver it once they had the product. They never communicated that the pallets were too heavy until the product was in their possession.They refused to accommodate our client in any way. I have never had to deal with a freight company that had such horrible customer service. We will never use YRC again.

As a LTL driver I appreciate quick and efficient service. I had to drop 2 crates over there. I was in and out in 10 minutes.Just had to park to an empty dock, wave a supervisor and voila ! Delivery done.This place is as good as it get.

Had a vendor ship two water baths through YRC freight. Order placed mid June, supposed to ship on the 17th. I call the last day of June and they tell me they were unable to deliver the items because their truck was too big to access our driveway, whatever that means. We have a large loading dock area. Person I spoke to adds me to an email service for notifications and tells me the packages will be out for delivery on July 1. Well, thats today. I had an email this morning from YRC saying that the packages were OUT FOR DELIVERY. I call once its late in the afternoon and a different person tells me that not only will the items not be delivered today but also they cant tell me when they will be delivered AT ALL. Terrible service. DO NOT RECOMMEND, especially for time critical deliveries.

Yellow roadway terminal must get through security gate with a valid purpose for business either in a company vehicle with 12 art Company ID valid shipping documents I dont believe they do any hiring here I think you have to do it online

Ive been working there for twelve yrs. now i like my job working the yard operating yard goats and trucks all night the shift goes by quick....i have no complaints and enjoy my job

Not even 1 star because the delivery guy was a LIAR. He came to one of our office to deliver a reversible white board but he told one of our employees that he does not have the equipment to move the item from the truck and he has to come back. HE NEVER CAME BACK only to find out he told their office that we refused the item. In the meantime, we were waiting and waiting and we found out the reason a week later. We wil NEVER EVER do business with YRC, EVER!! and Ill make sure to spread the word that they have an employee who is a big LIAR

As a driver and been working in this place for 5 years on July. All I can say thank God I got to have a job with great benefits and can be better how they used to be. Coming from Yellow Corp roots. This place needs to get organized and stop all these 2-3 day training and trainers being on their phones not teaching anything. I’ve sub in training a couple times and trying not to be in the phone at all. Yes it hard maybe YELLOW should give training bonuses and actually train for 2 weeks, go old school because in 2 weeks you will actually come across many situations than in 2-3 days and leave that new worker on their own with no knowledge and that how costumers get their shipment damaged or even lost. New manager just came in not long ago, I hope he ask workers what can he do to improve. When I was in the dock some newer supervisors don’t even bother checking how shipment is being stacks on the bars and also the air hose don’t work anymore and/or some don’t even reach to the nose of a 53. Pallet jacks is another one, we can’t find enough and some are broken. As a driver, costumers ask us if we can take more than what we really go to pick up or at times if they can fill the whole empty 53, I ask our dispatcher but like my relatives told me to tell dispatchers that I can drop and go get an empty and continue my pick ups and go for the drop later. Many things needs to be organized these are just some suggestions.

Incompetence is giving them to much credit. I’ve had 2 “TIME CRITICAL” shipments go through Bloomington from Southern CA to Denver. First one they put on a train. Showed up 4 days late. Today my shipment showed up there at 1:16AM, still there at 9PM. Now scheduled to show up 3 days late. Do they even know what Time Critical means?

We were scheduled for a delivery today between 9-5 and we received numerous emails to confirm delivery. We call at 4:05 see if they will still deliver and we’re told by the receptionist that all the drivers are on their route e and we won’t get delivery today. We asked to speak to a supervisor and were placed on hold and it is 4:38 and all we hear is the music. I’m surprised this company is in business. If you are a company utilizing YRC, stopnit and save your customers the headache. If there was a negative rating this company would be the one to get it!

Awesome truck drivers, those Teamsters sure can handle their rigs. Great bunch I sat at the 10-10 truck stop had lunch talked with them for hours.

If I could give them negative stars I would horrible customer service! Delivery set up for 11/19 not only do they not show up they Never bothered calling to let you know your delivery was Not coming I took a day off work for nothing! I call Carlis promises it will be on the truck 11/20 Guess what still no delivery No phone call! I have a contractor waiting on this delivery and my husband took off work today to wait for nothing!!!!!I get told call on Monday cause Carlos cant tell me when my delivery will Come!!!

First time being here and I was lost as to where I needed to drop off my empty trailor and then all of a sudden an YRC employee came over and could tell I was having this issue.The guy gave me percise directions as where I needed to go and what to do once I was there. I am new to the trucking industry and this was a great introduction to YRC!!!

Horrible company! We got here at 0700 for a preloaded trailer and 7 hours later it still isn’t ready. They will not let OTR drivers park in thier yard or go back in and use their bathrooms, so here we sit on the street and wait.

What a clusterfark. If you find the right place to check in and you are OTR truck picking up a freight load you cant even park in their facility anywhere you have to go out and park on the street you illegally

Loads never ready by appt time and they wont let you wait on the property. Yet they still expect you to be on time at cons. This goes for any of their terminals!

Weve been expecting a shipment since 5/3/17 today is 5/9/17 and still do not have the shipment. We can not get an answer when it will be delivered. Ive called numerous times and get put on hold for long lenghts of time. Also Out of the two drivers we usually get, one in particular is very LAZY, he will not get in the truck and bring loose freight to the end of the truck like they are supposed to.
