Very disappointed with my experience. Going through a divorce and desperately needed help to cope. Mr. Ball focused most sessions on his own experiences and frequently forgot what my situation was. I did not feel listened to at all. Looking back I feel very taken advantage of, especially after I found counseling elsewhere that was very different than the experience I had with Mr. Ball.
