This place treats you as a number not a person. Also why do you want people to fill all the necessary paperwork like you already took the job? How do you know I even want to job or good for the job if you havent even interviewed yet? This whole operation could be better if they actually would talk with the people that came in first instead of rushing them to start filling out papers. Maybe if they did not have a certain number of people to hit to make their day, they probably would treat the people that are looking for a new/better career with more respect.

They lie and they dont know what they are doing

I worked two weeks and was expecting my check for the first week on the Thursday of the second week. Everyone else that started with me received their checks. I contacted the office the next day only to be told I probably didnt set up my card properly. They had me call the card company which confirmed I had set it up properly which I already knew. I called the office again they tell me there nothing they can do because it looks like they already paid me. A lot of phone calls and days go by and still no money. I talk to payroll and they said that my account with them had been merged with another ex employee and that my money is on that persons card allegedly. I still do not have my money and this was resource mfg fault. Joke of a place to work for I do not recommend this place especially if you have bills that need paid and kids to feed!!!!

I was working at catalent and was going through ResourceMFG and I called their corporate 3xs about my situation. I was on 3rds and had been harassed for months and told the supervisors about even my supervisor and nothing happened. I was actually sat down with one of the two who I was bullied by and was told we need to be better or the both of us was going to be sent home. People on other shifts from higher up would call me trouble there. But would never listen to my side and the ones that did seem to not care…..ResourceMFG left me a voicemail saying not to come into work on may 13th and to report to their office the next morning, so I went and I was told that they had on camera of a box that contained marijuana and paraphernalia that was in my possession. I asked to see the camera bc I do not use....They(Matt Peace and Heather) said not until inspection was over And that they wanted a drug screen, I said let’s do it, and Matt peace from ResourceMFG from Bloomington stepped out of the room we were in for 5 seconds and came back in and said catalent doesn’t want the drug screen anymore that I’m just suspended until after investigation. As I stated, I don’t do drugs, so I thought okay I’ll be back soon. Instead heather called and said my assignment ended over a policy violation....So they lied to begin with by saying that they had me on camera and then they said they wanted a drug screen then changed their minds whenever I was willing??? And I told Matt peace that I was going to get an attorney and he then grabbed my arm and told me to get out and to not step foot back there or catalent property. I didn’t do anything wrong. They’re very unfair on 3rd shift and let some get away with anything while others they find any reason to get them gone. Do better catalent and ResourceMFG. This is y they’re constantly hiring bc they’re not fair. Although they claim they’re all about fairness

If I could give one star I would. Very unprofessional! I was supposed to start my new job today. I already have one and was going to put my two weeks in. Thank god I didn’t, bc they knew I wasn’t hired and didn’t inform me at ALL! I had to call and even then it was hard to get ahold of them! I will steer clear from these people and will be getting ahold of corporate @Catalent and letting them know how they handle getting employees. The main branch manager is rude. He doesn’t want you calling to check up he wants you to text, and if you do you never get a response. I will post some pictures to back of my review! Super unprofessional

I worked through ResourceMFG at Boston Scientific. ResourceMFG was always good about helping when you needed anything and good about working with you if something serious came up in life and you needed a little time off. I lost my babysitter and was gone for a week, and they never held it against me. I would definitely recommend them to other people.

They have payed me accurately 6 times out of 12. The rest of the times i have had to call on my breaks from work because of available time. They are very friendly, but i could have (and wish i had) gotten my same position through 2 different companies. They recently started offering $350 for referring someone, but honestly i wouldnt want to insult my friends by having them go through what i have had to deal with.Edit: Noticed the reply, but Im here to let you know no one has tried to follow up with me.

I had my interview with them on a Tuesday had a job Wednesday and they never contacted me for 2 months and didnt respond to my calls. After 3 weeks they just started sending my checks in the mail. Its better to just get a job on your own than with resource.

Messed up my hire and i have to wait an additional two weeks to start.They also almost never answer the phone.

Worst staffing place Ive ever been too. Ive been to the Lebanon, IN branch and they were pretty decent. Its just the secretaries at this specific branch. Rude and are liars. Wouldnt place me anywhere despite plenty of references and good job history. Avoid this place like the plague. I never heard back from them after waiting on the background check. They told me that it must have been the courts that are taking too long and to just wait for a phone call. Background checks are done through a database like E-Verify, which means theyre definitely lying and just didnt like me. I have several choice words Id like to ad to this post to describe their staff, but I cant. Use your imagination.

I went through the Bloomington, IN location. They got me a job with Catalent and I have no complaints what so ever. I dealt with Jennifer and Carrie and was treated better than I ever could have hoped for. A+ All around

Do not go it is a waste of time they dont check your work experience and make you take a questionnaire. I answer the questions truthfully with the best of my knowledge and still got rejected. some of the questions involve use of drugs and faking a work-related injury which i have done none of the above yet they said my answers were too consistant. So they would rather let liars and cheats work for them than honest hardworking people. You are better off finding work somewhere else.

Never answers the phone and barely have jobs when you need one. Not many workers there that know what they are doing.

The worst place Ive ever been too. My wife and I went there looking for work, after I got laid off work suddenly and we needed to find something quick to take care of Bills and our daughter, they interviewed us at the same time, which was a little weird, and then had us take a drug screen test, and a computer exam. They then told us they were going to get us both on at tasus and gave us pay cards and told us what our schedules would be when we start. They said they would give us a call when to start after they got our backgrounds back. A few days went by and no call so we called them. They said they would call back but never did. So I called a every day and they said the same thing, and then one day I called and they said they cant hire both of us because of our schedules with our daughter, and said that they are only willing to hire one of us, we agreed and I told them I would be the one still interested. They said great and that my back ground came back good and that they would call me the next day to tell me my schedule. They never called so I called, and they told me they were in an interview and would call me back. They never called back so I called them every day for two weeks and they kept lying everytime saying they would call back. I tried to call all day today and it said call rejected. I think its f**** up that they couldnt just tell me they didnt want to hire me instead of leading me on and wasting my time and their time. I really hope this post stops someone else from wasting their time with such an unprofessional place.

ResourceMFG is a great place to work, they offer opportunities for employees to better themselves by offering online certified courses as well as free college credited courses. The leadership and culture of the company is FANTASTIC!!!

When you call in it sends you to a head quarters, full of people who are very hard to understand. They tell me im not eligible for re-hire and that I could try again in 6 months. They hung up on me multiple times when I asked to get transferred to the office I was needing to speak to, leading to a good ol game of phone tag. Then after numerous times of trying about an hour later I was finally transferred to this division that told me I was in fact eligible to be hired. Also dont have many job openings, they say they always have new stuff but they never do. Poor communication, they all take their job as a joke definitely the non English speakers at the headquarters.

This place is a joke Everytime I call oh we dont have anything and when I go in theyre placing tons of people its stupid fired me for being hospitalized over my liver didnt pay me or my roommate our last checks and took money from her check without her knowing even changed her legal tax forms without her present place is a scam me and my roommate both have filled complaints and reports to the B.B.B hope this place gets what they deserve shut down do yourself a favor and stay away from this joke of a company also super rude snobby staff that cuss and act like children while they are supposed to be doing their job me and my roommate are personally in the process of getting them shut down for at least a dozen elegal acts towards us alone

Employment Plus is a joke. I know a few people, including myself, who have applied with employment plus for various positions. It amazes me that they will place people in positions that they have no experience with, but they will give you the run around if you actually have experience. I know a couple people who have applied for positions at Cook Inc. and Printpack, and they used fake urine from Stimline or someone elses urine to pass their drug screen. Those people got the jobs, and are working now. The girls in the branch are just plain rude. They all have bad attitudes, and you can tell they are unhappy. If you dont like your job then find another. They chose who to send to jobs based on whether they like you or not. It doesnt matter if you have 10 years experience, have never missed a day of work, and would work for minimum wage if you had to they dont care. I will be reporting them to the BBB. A company with such poor customer service skills does not deserve to have awards from the BBB.

I agree with some of the previous posts, Ive been checking in with Employment Plus for the last two solid months without any success of finding a job. Im also disappointed with their staff not following up with clients that could lead to jobs for the applicants. Maybe this is a practice that you need to put in place?
