I have a great mentor at Aerotek her name is Chelsea Smith. She is very understanding and helpful. When I first applied for a job I received a phone call from her within minutes. She interviewed me over the phone and asked if I would be willing to meet with her within that week to try to get me in as soon as possible. I accepted a job that I was well over-qualified for, was informed by an employee from the company Id have a contract through that the company was going to be shut down for a week. It just so happens that I was starting the day of the shut down. I figured this information shouldve been relayed to me while I was there so I could start the week before or after so I could still have income for every week. I had found another job posting through Aerotek and had requested to consider my application for employment at that company. I was called unprofessional for the lack of communication about the other job even though I called days before my start date. My time and money was wasted driving to this hole-in-the-wall place. I had the pleasure of working with Laura. Needless to say, I will be keeping my current job that Ive had for a year and a half. Continue your great service to the amazing people of central Illinois! While youre doing that, Ill have the peace of mind knowing I make more money than you. For the record Laura, I can tell when you called me unprofessional that you knew you messed up. Your voice trembled. If youre going to wrongly criticize, sound absolute. My condolences.

I worked through Aerotek in Bettendorf Iowa, Jake was great at getting me hired. The staff in Bloomington, they are a joke. You call leave a message dont return calls. Its like you are a problem for them. That goodness I got a job that Im making good money at, and I got it on my own. No thanks to Aerotek not wanting to help get me on somewhere.

The employment angents though resourceful and very professional are always too busy to actually get you a job. I got ONE call from my agent that I wasnt available to pick up and hqve been trying multiple times to no avail. Whats the point of an employment agency when they cant seem to get around to you?

I was employed with aerotek at a Peoria job things got slow so I was layed off. My handler Sean Slattery refused to take my calls told me I was no longer employable with there company. I tried calling his supervisor but kept getting passed around or hung up on by fellow coworkers. Then he had the nerve to contest my unemployment by telling them I was still employed with aerotek as a employee. So beware of this Sean Slattery he will do you wrong. I hope the whole company is not like that.

Well we have Jacky here at our precision planting office in Morton as the onsite HR representative. She does a great job with everything here and has great communication skills.

Absolutely the WORST place you can EVER work for. They employ people to the WORST of the WORST types of companies. They care nothing more than getting their cut of your time. Closest thing to slave labor available today. If you want a job that makes you work 10 hours, no breaks, and 30 minutes lunches, this is the place for you. Not to mention they call you 4 times a day, for nothing, take AT LEAST a month to get you ANY job, and once they do, they simply want their money. OH, and though they have offices, for some reason they like to meet you at Panera Bread to do interviews and paperwork. A very odd way of doing business, if that is what you want to call them. DO NOT waste your time. And if you have a job, DO NOT count on these people, DO NOT leave your current job for anything these crooks offer.

Extremely rude behavior, the associates at Aerotek all over US do not even know about the jobs descriptions properly and force employees to disclose personal details. Who would want to work with them unless all Aerotek hiring teams changes their arrogant attitude.

This place is nothing more than modern day slavery!!! They will look you in the eyes, lie to you constantly, and expect you to be grateful theyre taking a cut of your pay. Was told the company I was sent to would convert me / hire on after 90 days, and it never happened. You ask about holiday pay, vacation pay, and they tell you you dont actually work for them, you work for the company thats not offering any benifits. The company turns around and tells you youre an Aerotek employee and go talk to them. Nothing but BS and pass the buck. Ive come to the conclusion only desperate people would ever consider working for a place like this, or people who failed to read the reviews on this place like I did. I will warn everyone I know through social media, word of mouth, and any other means to steer clear of the no good slave labor camp. And yes, I found a direct hire job on my own, and these people will not get the common courtesy of a notice. I just wont be there that week!!!

This is THE WORST Staffing agency that I have ever dealt with IN MY LIFE! Natalie was very nosey and digging for how much my current wages are. She was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and ACTING LIKE A DETECTIVE. They dont even have direct hire positions. She then brought up some FALSE ACCUSATION that her coworker Bob wrote in 2012 because I accepted a job over theirs, but never started the job, and I notified them professionally. THEY ONLY WANT YOU TO WORK FOR THEM. BE AWARE. I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER CALL AGAIN! I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM A ZERO STAR IF I COULD!

Beware of this company!! They practice Bait and Switch tactics they tell you 6 month to hire, and then when time comes, they tell you 18 months.Make them put it on the contract.
