Google says you close at 7, your voice-mail says you close at 5.... its 4 p.m and your phone is telling me your closed, right on!!! Good job

I wish i could give any sort of review of their service, but there was absolutely no sign of anyone during their business hours. the mall staff didnt know where they were, and the place was locked up with the screens turned off. i waited to see if someone was on lunch, but no one showed. i called the phone number on their website, and got a message about the voicemail inbox not being set upi would not recommend this company to anyone.

Went there twice this week. Someone was there both times. First day they didnt have the amount of Phillipines Pesos that I wanted but he said that he would order more and have it there the next day. I went there a couple of days later and picked up more. Very easy to exchange money and better rates than the other company in town.

Wasted 3 hours walking MOA while waiting for this business to open. Later checked their website, which states that this location is Closed until further notice. Signage at the actual storefront wouldve been nice.

Oh hell yes this place is easy to exchange at and fair because there rate for exchange is 3 times lesser than any bank you might find plus spending time driving and looking for banks on a wknd or vacation NO THAKS the deal is at the MALL.already and why you may ask your easily exchanged currency to U.S. is spent AT THE MALL.

They were having phone problems but called me back after hanging up on me 3 times. I basically went with another company as USBank does business with TravelEx ....I didnt want to hassle of driving to the Mall of America store and not having it open during reg hours as people have said they are not there at times. I found TravelEx rates better than XChange and they sent the currency right to my home and off my Credit card so if something happened I could do something.

Not a good experience, took almost 20min, fees are 10% or more. Exchange before you get here if possible. They will not work with you without knowing your life history; email address, employers name, drivers license, phone number, social security number.

No one at counter from 1200-1245 during open hours.

Walked through the Mall of America to get to Xchange of America on the Monday before the Super Bowl--plenty of out out owners around, probably domestic, but still. Got to the store and it was closed with a sign saying closed for the day. No indication of when they would reopen.
