Imagine IT is an awesome IT partner. They have helped us with so many projects, and they are very proactive in solving issues. Its great to have an IT partner on top of their game. When we call with an internet issue, they can see the issue on their system and get to work right away by calling the providers. They also help us establish systems to work with our compliance regulations. They are also great advocates for our best interests regarding tech projects and requirements that are more complicated to understand. Theyre great at explaining things too and helping us understand different aspects of our tech needs. The people are also great to work with!

We have been partnering with Imagine IT for the past few years for our business needs and couldnt be happier. They address any technical issues that we have in a very timely manner. However, the amount of issues that we have been having with our IT Systems has gone down significantly with our proactive partnership, so we need them less and less which is amazing. This saves us a ton of time and the team can excel at their areas of expertise.

Imagine IT has been a partner with our company for a several years. We have two main people we work with and they are the best. At the help desk they quickly escalate the issue if they are not able to figure it out. They are knowledgeable and very friendly. I enjoy them teaching me how to do things not just fix them. This helps me trouble shoot. I know our company is thankful for this partnership. I also like that Imagine IT asks us to give feedback on every ticket. It can be a lot to fill them out but I know they care and strive to be better. They are very good at listening to us and work to get a solution even if it takes time. Very knowledgeable technician wasted no time making changes to enable expeditions software installation. This was in spite of the fact he encountered unusual circumstances with a corporate laptop. No whining, done quickly. Thank You

Josh Hanson was extremely pleasant on the phone to work with and he came up with a better way to remotely log in that would make future issues we have a quick and easy fix on their end as well. A win/win!!
