GCE is WORST company to work with!!! They DONT care about Employee. Their management style is poorest and management thinks that by giving you a JOB, they did favor to you and employee should work like SLAVE.NO, NO, NO. Dont even interview for such company even at higher PAY.I show, they literally tortured one employee over something.GCE work culture is not less than hell.

If I have 0 star option for this company I will definitely give it. Job seekers be aware and stay away from this company. Their recruiters are all located in India and most employee working in their headquarter, which is a small grocery shop like one floor building, are from India. Their recruiters will contact you and do a first round technical interview with you. They want to do the interview as soon as they receive your resume which makes you think they are hiring people right away. But you are wrong, after that interview recruiter would contact you back telling you they would like to offer you a job, and negotiate an offer with you with a number you are happy with, but you need to do another interview with their clients. They first send my resume to a big pharm client and leave me out there for 2 weeks without any update. After I contact recruiter back they told me they can submit my resume to another pharm company and do interview with them. Luckily I did finish 2 rounds interview and again there were no updates at all. Recruiters were seemed not willing to follow up on my interview and each time when I asked for status they just told me they would provide update the next day. Now it has been 4 weeks since the last interview and it seems they totally forgot me. It has been 4 months since my first contact by their recruiter and I really feel shame on them.Dont waste your time with this small CRO and go and apply to any big CROs where you can get treated respectfully by their HR and hiring manager. Otherise, you will loose other better offers and your valuable time in job market.
