We had our tub and fixtures remodeled and everything looks fantastic. ReBath was super easy to work with. There were some material delays but they updated us weekly on the progress. When the parts came in they got us scheduled and got the work done in a flash. I would absolutely recommend them for any bathroom remodel!

Re-Bath did a wonderful job remodeling the bathroom in our 30 yr old rental condo. They took out an awkward jetted tub & tile shower, and replaced it with a beautiful new tub/shower. The shower surround looks like real subway tile, but is easier to clean and maintain. We also had a new stool and floor put in at the same time.We didnt want to spend a fortune on this project, and we needed the bathroom useable each night. Re-Bath exceeded our expectations in both respects. They completed the project quickly and the end result is an affordable new bathroom that looks fresh and bright.The installer ran into some issues during the construction, but kept us informed along the way. They were super to work with, and went above and beyond in finishing the bathroom the way we had hoped.

Great experience. During installation I decided to put another add on, they had what I wanted and still was on time with installation time. All personnel from start to finish were very curteous. I love getting free cleaner every 3 months.

If I could rate a 0, I would. The salesman that came to my house made many promises and created a contract with the work that we discussed. After that, a consultant came to take more measurements, and stated that he was concerned with some of the items in the contract, and advised that the new faucets that we had discussed for the shower and tub could not actually be replaced within the quoted amount, and I would need to instead choose options of the same brand as the existing faucets (with were both different brands). A couple weeks later, yet another consultant came for what I was told were more measurements. This time, I was informed that both the salesperson (who they stated was no longer with the company) and the first consultant had provided me incorrect information, and in order to change the faucets, I would need to pay over a thousand more to have the valves changed out, and also that the subway tile for the shower that was in the contract could not be completed as quoted, and I would instead need to replace the entire shower unit for yet thousands more. He advised the only thing they could do at this point was to cancel their contract and refund me in full, since the salesperson also had required payment in full at the consultation. After many texts and unanswered calls, I finally got a refund about a week later. This company is awful, and I would not recommend to anyone. I dont understand how it is legal to have a customer sign a contract and pay up front for work that they later attempt to extort more money for and are not able to complete in the first place.

Re-Bath redid our bathroom a year ago. Our bathroom looks good but we have had several major problems considering the cost of thier service.(1) Theyve had to come back twice to correct errors to thier installation.(2) Charged us 100 dollars to reconnect handles that had became loose very quickly with minimal use. It was either an improper install or terrible quality. Spoke with the manager asking why we would be charged 100 dollars - to no avail.(2) The heat lamp and fan they installed cause smoke each time it is used for more than 5 minutes - that sets off our fire alarms. I hired an electriction that told us we should not use it because it is a fire hazard.I wish I could give a better review, but the materials they use do not last and thier workmanship is the worst Ive ever experienced. Consider spending your 20 thousand dollars with another company.

Everything was done, but I was really concern when the rep that sold me onhave my bathroom don by Re-Bath quite the firm. So it took longer than Ithought. If I had it to do over, I would go with a local firm.
