Went here to get a haircut for my son on 9/8/21. The only reason we stopped by is because they had the doors open. Guess it was because it was a nice day, and not because they are open for walk-ins. The woman that was in there had one customer in the chair, and no one else was there. I asked if the business was taking walk-ins today, and she said no. She gave me a business card with the web address on it. I told her I already tried that, and according to the website they werent available for appointments till September 28th. Which is fine except they had the door wide open which in the barber business or any business is kinda like a universal sign of welcome come on in. Im upset because even though she looked like she was almost done and had no one in there waiting that my son couldnt get his hair cut, because they werent taking walk-ins for whatever reason. In my opinion very unprofessional and unwilling to do their job.

Awesome clean establishment with a good classic barber atmosphere. They take the appropriate time to make sure your hair is done CORRECTLY unlike some other chains. Very personable barbers with reasonable prices. Ask for Allie, she is stellar! There is a reason she has a loyal following of clients in town.

I cant say enough about bold & barber. A modern barber with that old school charm. It felt like cheers the first time i walked in. Plus at their prices and their easy to use online scheduling. Im sold!

I like Mike, the owner. Friendly, good conversationalist. The first several visits you spend with a new barber can either make the experience good or make it awkward. Lots of barbers arent great at meeting and making friends with new clients. Mike is comfortable enough with conversation and at initiating conversation with the client that it doesnt become awkward. His shop is an attractive setup. I like that its unique to him, and that hes sort of got a theme going on. His prices are competitive. Ive been to cheaper places and also more expensive places. I used to visit a barber who gave a great cut, but cost too much for me to be able to manage going on a monthly basis. I was hoping to find someone who could be more affordable, that I could enjoy visiting and conversing with, and who I could also trust to consistently give a good cut. I think Mikes my guy. Hes good, hes kind and sociable, and also affordable enough that I can handle going to him every 3-4 weeks.

I am very picky when it comes to who cuts my hair. Mike has been cutting my hair for a while now, so I was pleased to hear he got his own gig. I went in today to BOLD & Barber and was very pleased with the experience. The atmosphere was really cool and everything looks very nice and clean. I like how you can schedule your appointment online. I got seated right on time and he remembered how I like my hair cut. As I was getting my hair cut, we discussed life and what’s new. If you’re looking for a clean fade, I highly recommend BOLD & Barber. The price was very fair and I left a nice tip as a thank you for helping me look my best. I like getting my hair sharpened up every couple of weeks, so it’s reassuring having a barber you can trust.

Mike gives the freshest cuts in town

I called the shop to see if I could get in as a walk in. I explained I was only in town for one day.The owner took me in and I left with a great haircut after a very short wait.Not easy to find a barber open on Monday’s either.Would highly recommend the Bold and Barber for a really good haircut, neck shave and a very reasonable price.

The BOLD & Barber is a nice shop. Its very clean and contemporary looking with good light, yet it retains an old world feel about it. Mike has done a great job at this new space. Ive been going to Mike for years for my hair cuts. My boys get cut by Mike and Ive always had a great clean haircut. I would highly recommend giving Mike a shot at a cut if youre looking for a change up barber wise give BOLD & Barber a call, you wont be disappointed.
