Probably the best & cheapest engine oil you can ever get around Twin Cities. The manager of the place was out of town when I visited, and the regional manager who was handling the store temporarily was patient enough to answer all my questions and able to get the service completed quickly though there was only one staff member working that day. They are local & need our support to make sure they are in business at these prices. Love to visit again any day.

I went in to get two tires replaced and they forced me to replace a sensor that I did not ask for and that’s not even legally required to have on that doubled the price by a very pushy sales rep. All the while I instructed them to do this as quickly as possible because I needed to head in to work and it took almost 2 hours just to change 2 tires. If your reading this NEVER COME HERE for anything they will attempt to scam you!!!!!

If I could give No stars I would.This place is going down the hole and taking advantage of there long term customers.They tell you something that they’ll do and then you come up your car and surprisingly they didn’t due it. When I tried to reschedule to have it done they gave me a run around answer.That was it for me… off to find another car maintenance place. If you want to waste your time and money go here!

I ran into one of the best person who helped me today. His name was Don Darnell he is the store Manager at Big O Tires in Bloomington. I typically dont write reviews but I felt it he should be recognized for his out standing service. If you are looking for someone to talk to you about your car weather is just a question or you need tires or any other service to your car. Don is the man I would recommend him highly. Honest out going really nos the ins and outs about cars... Thank You Don and keep on doing what your doing Great Job!!!

UPDATE: Got in contact with store manager and issue has been resolved. He was really nice about everything!I bought a coupon card from my friends son for his baseball team. I noticed there was a good coupon on there for 50% off an oil change at Big O Tires and thought great, Ill use that one for sure. I scheduled my appointment online and when I go there today the guy said they arent honoring the coupon. Puzzled, I asked why and he came up with some excuse that it was never approved. Says well Ill give you $15 off ($40 total so $55 original cost). Nice, but not why I drove across town. I have a Big O Tires right next to my house and because this was such a great deal decided to drive across the city to go here. Then when getting the oil change they said the filter was bad and showed it to me full of leaves. So, they install a new one. Nice to see when I get out to my car that ALL the leaves from the filter are now on my floor that I just had cleaned a couple weeks ago. All in all, it was a terrible experience and I was over charged for a service that was supposed to be a good deal...and they made my car really messy. Very disappointed and upset.

My experience with Big O Tires was AMAZING!My mother and I are from out of state and were on a long weekend trip to the Mall of America. We were shocked to find we had a completely flat tire in the hotel parking lot Sunday morning. We had the flat taken off of the SUV and put on a smaller, temporary spare we had. We were looking to find a shop that could inspect the tire and perhaps repair it or put on a new one. We were not expecting many shops to be open (it was a Sunday), let alone be able to schedule us in to look at the tire at the last minute.After a quick Google maps search, we called Big O Tires, which we had never had any experience with, and Bo, the store manager, said he would be able to look at it and see what needs to be done by the end of the day. We dropped it off and went about our day as we had planned. We received a call that afternoon saying they had repaired the tires valve issue and that we could come pick it up. When we arrived we asked if it would be possible to have the tire put on the car for us if he had time and he said absolutely with a smile. He pulled the SUV into the shop and 15 minutes later came back and said its ready to go!. My mom, fully expecting to have to pay for all of these services, approached the counter and pulled out her wallet when he told us there was NO CHARGE! We almost had tears in our eyes from the kindness of this gesture. Not only did they repair the tire AND put it back on for free, they also had the spare put back in the undercarriage of the SUV (that was something we were not expecting at all).We all know that sometimes shops take full advantage of out-of-towners in a sticky situation like ours, but this shop didnt and there is something to be said for that.Bo and staff, thank you all so much for everything you did! From now on we will be getting all our tires from our local Big O.

Overall, the service at Big O Tires was a great experience for me. The mechanics were attentive to my car-related needs and addressed the mechanical conflicts head-on. The check-in process was effortless and straight-forward. I had arrived at Big O Tire at around 9 AM early in the morning and was assured that my car would be worked on an hour later and that promised was kept. I was immediately informed about my defective radiator/coolant repairs. Within a couple of hours, my car was serviced properly. So I would say that my dealings with Big O Tire were tremendously positive and productive.

I went in to have my winter tires put in. They managed to find time that aligned with my schedule. Service was quick and I was out in half the time they told me it would take. Steve was accommodating the whole time and advised me that I might need to get a new winter set next year

They did my alignment on my car in less time than they said it would take, great customer service. The only thing I could complain about is that they took my hum device out of my cars port for the computer and forgot to put it back so I was slightly confused about if the piece was left from them or not. No biggie though just had to ask and they apologized for forgetting to put it back. We are human, no harm done and will be coming back in 6 months that get my tires looked at.

Abi and Kelly were amazing. Rotate, Balance, and Alignment In under an hour (with an appointment). They were not only fast, but also super helpful - giving me suggestions on things about my truck I didn’t even know about. To be clear, they did not try to sell me things I didn’t need, they were simply being helpful to me as a customer. I appreciate this so much. Keep up the great work!

I finally found Big O after having really bad experiences other places. I drive for a living so my car is in for maintenance much more often than the average driver. The people at Big O have always been amazing! The tires I purchased have a warranty, & the warranty replacement process has always been super easy. Everyone is so friendly & knowledge. Caleb is especially amazing. Hes always really accommodating & does a great job communicating everything thats going on with your vehicle. I recommend this place to EVERYONE!

The guys that were there were amazing!! They thought they fixed my vehicle but when I drove off it turned out it was not 100% yet. So we called them back and they offered to pay for our towing bill if necessary (thankfully it was not) and to fix whatever was wrong with it the second time. It cost a lot to get it fixed but they didnt charge me the second time I came back. So thankful for them!!

Ive had better service. Couldnt do my alignment the day I got my tires?! I make an apt for the next day, get there and they tell me their behind again and wont take it for another hour. There was no cars there at all, couldnt even see employee cars. Idk whats going on there but alignments aint one of em.

I stopped by Big O Tire on Sunday while all other major service centers were closed. The staff was very friendly! They were happy to inspect my vehicle and provide me with quality advice. The mechanic did a great job of explaining to me why my brakes were failing. I will be returning for an oil change!

After years of going there, I am a bit disappointed with my last visit. Only wanted an oil change. Now I find out that they no longer offer regular oil changes, but only synthetic/blend or better. And at an additional cost. Well I guess that works for customers with newer cars. Then when I remember to remind them that I want the tires rotated as they usually do, they say that they look at the tires to determine if it is needed. I asked them what that means and she tells me that if for instance the front ones are 4 thousands and the rear ones are 6, then they would rotate. I said isnt the purpose of rotating to prevent this? Left me wondering what sort of story this was? And finally when I get my receipt, I noticed that the mileage did not match what was on my odometer. He just brushed this off as a mistake by someone in the back. Really? Have things really changed this much since being bought out by Big O? My drive train guarantee requires that I maintain regular oil changes. I am now pondering whether to seek another provider? Would You?

I never review stores but Bo and Taylor at Big O saved me from having to cancel and road trip/family reunion. They were super helpful and exceeded all expectations. I tried a few other tire shops before them and they were all busy and wouldnt be able to help me or even tell me my options. I will be going to Big O Tires from now on!

Walked in front door and it smelt like cleaning supplies, glad they keep clean in waiting room.

Super friendly staff. I called in a day early to get an alignment package and they offered to balance my tires as a part of the package. There was something weird with one of my wheels (I knew this before going in) and they were super transparent about the difficulties in trying to balance that wheel. I will keep coming back here time and time again as long as their communication stays as transparent and honest as the last visit.

I called and made an appointment for a headlight bulb replacement, oil change and tire rotation; during that call I also let them know my car is a Saab. When I arrived at 3:40, I was informed that they do not do oil changes on Saabs, or that they could but it would cost double. The headlight bulb was guesstimated to be the cost of the coolest plus $40 labor. I do want to give the female employee credit for trying her best despite her colleagues.

Bo Rafati who took the time to consult on each of the services I needed, and in fact explained that I had plenty of tread left on my tires that I was prepared to replace. You saved me $$ today. I will be sure to come back to Big O Tires when it is time to replace those tires. Oil change (synthetic), new brakes and a free check-up, cant beat it! Happy customer.

I had purchased tires about a year ago from this location. I found screw in the one of my tires and decided to call the store to see if they could repair my flat. I got an appointment for later that day. I brought the tire in and the friendly sales associate told me it would be about half an hour or so. I left and returned to the store to get the repaired tire. I know that I did not purchase the extended warranty and expected to pay for the repair. I was astonished when the associate handed me the invoice for a total of $0.00. After purchasing the tires, a year ago, I did not expect to have a flat repaired for free. I will be making future tire purchases form Big O Tires and especially the Bloomington location.

Caleb at the desk is great with anyone who came through the door. My car was having major issues and they got me out of a grind. I can’t thank them enough. Will definitely be back.

I would give 5/5 but when I got there, on time for my apt, they weren’t open and there was 5 people outside waiting. Come to find out the manger had a stroke. Other than than that they got me in quick and the service for four tires was about 2 hrs. All in all I’m super satisfied with the service.

Made an appointment online for an alignment. I have bigger tires on my truck but there was an option to select your tire size. I selected my tire size and confirmed my appointment, about an hour later I got an email back confirming that I was set to go.I then thought that they We’re going to be able to align my bigger tires, but when I went in the gentleman at the front counter said that my wheels were too big. I wasted my time going in just to have them send me right back out because my tires are too big for them.

I came in needing brake pads and rotors - it had gotten urgent and my brakes were making a very loud scraping noise. I arrived at 5 pm, and they got my car right in. In just over an hour, they had fixed me up and I was on my way. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, and even went so far as to loan me a vehicle so that I could pick up someone from after school care before that closed. Im so happy that I stopped in, and will definitely continue to see them for those types of auto needs.

Everyone has knowledge about some things, and car parts are not one of those things for me! I came here hoping that by the grace of God, I would be able to get some help. I was in luck! Keshawn was very knowledgeable and was able to find me the exact car parts I needed!

I had gotten a tire change at Big O Tires in lakeville. The next day my sensor was off and in fact broken. I called Big O Tires in Bloomington and they got me in immediately. Tyler got my car in, jacked it up, changed the sensor free of charge, and got me out of there in 20 minutes. Absolutely amazing customer service!

Taylor is awesome! Took care of my girlfriends Audi and I came back to him for the tires on my aftermarket wheels because I knew he would do a great job.

Picked up a set of 4 tires. They were affordable tires for an economy car. They didnt last 25K. I went in to see if I could get a little consideration because of this on the next set. In other words Id buy another set and try again and pay lets say half. It was if I had the plague. I got treated in a rude way. Not willing to stand behind the tires at all. I had one repaired too and that didnt hold either. Just go to Walmart they are just as cheap. If you want better tires then go to Costco. One and only purchase from NTB or Big O whatever you want to call yourself.

We scheduled an appointment online and when we arrived it had not come thru on their system. The manager Caleb did all he could and fit us in later that day. He managed to get us taken care of and even honored our online coupon.

Dropped my truck of to get an oil change, wheels balanced and rotation..... They did the oil change but did not do the rotation or balance!!! Called and asked why they didnt do the work and was told if it was on the paperwork they did it. Would spend my money somewhere else next time!!!

I had purchased 4 tires back at NTB. It was on April 25 2016, car had 57,358 miles on it. Today I was going to rotate my tires as I have noticed road noise. The tires are almost bald. My car now has a little over 80,000 miles. Had a death in the family so had to drive out of town a bunch . I called Big O today asking about tires manufacturer warranty and miles etc. Gentleman on phone stated I didnt not have road hazard so nothing is covered. I stated yes I know that but whats the manufacturer miles warranty. He stated back, not so friendly at this point I dont know as he already had looked up my account and seen what kind of tires I have. Im In sales myself and I understand bad days and or rude customers. I was just trying to figure out what they are rated for. The Big O employee then states I have to bring the car in and they have to look if I took care of my car and alignment. At this point as Un professional as I was treated on the phone I would not step foot in there. Funny when I needed tires and paid good money they where all nice and friendly and had all the answers. Now, not so much. Customer service is number 1. Hope they figure it out. I will be telling people about my bad service with Big O.

I was disappointed that BIG O did not have the semi syntheic oil that I needed for my Honda car. Just the expensive blend. I purchased my tires at BIG O knowing I could get free tire rotation and thrt proper oil change. Well I did get the proper oil change just not what I could get by going back to the Honda dealer.

When I delivered my car to Big O Tires for an oil change, my car made sound. When they returned it to me, it did not make sound. No blinker noises, no radio, no no seatbelt dinging, no car phone - nothing. I left the location, by the time I got to the light at the end of the block, I realized my car wasnt making any noise, and I brought it right back and informed them my car wasnt making noise. The mechanic who performed my oil change walked me out to my car, got in, and just started spam pressing all of the buttons in the car trying to make something happen when it was clear he didnt know what he was doing or how he caused the issue in the first place. I was told by the front desk person that I would have to take my car to Lupient to determine the issue that THEY caused and then once I have that information, theyll reimburse me for any charges I have to pay to have my car fixed. Our local Lupients car dealers wire mechanic is out until July 8th, and even when he comes back, his hours are inside of my work hours, so I will probably have to take a day off of work to take my car to a dealership and fix the mess that Big O Tires made. I made my frustrations known to Big O Tires and was met with general indifference and forced apologies alongside attempts to stave off responsibility for the issue. I am EXTREMELY upset. I paid Big O Tires $70 to break my car. 0/10 would not recommend to anyone else, 0/10 would not return.

NTB got bought out. Tire industry repair sales, well reset your expectations. If you are here your tire went flat or you wore them all out. Nothing to look forward to. Great workers are not going to make it better. Throwing time and money at it will fix it.

Honest, friendly, funny, reasonably priced AND they do amazing work! They dont try to talk you into work that you dont need done, they always take the time to talk to you about your car and they make sure you understand everything that they do and why. Thought I needed a new battery but they said all I needed was a charge!

Im not one to write reviews on here, but I felt compelled after the terrible service I had with these clowns.I previously purchased a set of tires from NTB before Big O bought them out. I called last Friday to see if my free lifetime rotation carried over to Big 0. The woman I spoke with, lets call her Hannah, was clearly pre-occupied talking to another coworker. After I gave her all my information she began to look at my account while still conversing with her coworker and then put me on hold. About 10 minutes later Hannah picked up the phone and asked me if I had been helped yet, to which I replied that she was looking into my account to see if my free rotation carried over from NTB. She replied that they do free rotations but didnt have any openings that day, so I scheduled one for 9am on Tuesday. So I show up and drop the vehicle off at 9am, the gentleman that helped me asked me when I needed it done, to which I replied anytime today. I work 2 blocks away and wasnt in a hurry to have it completed immediately. Well, 5pm rolls around and I still havent received a call to let me know the service is completed. So I called them up to check on the status and of course, Hannah picks up and lets me know that they havent had a chance to start on my truck yet. I ask her when she thinks it will be completed, she mentions that they close at 6pm but the technician is willing to stay late to finish it. So I show up at 6pm just as the tech was walking to my truck, I chatted with him for a minute before trying to go inside. The door was locked, but another technician that was standing in there opened the door and let me in. Moments later, Hannah comes out of the back and is loudly taking to this tech about how she told her kids she was going to be home early because she was late getting home last night and now it looks like shes going to be late getting home again tonight. I heard this and looked up and shes just staring at me as if it was my fault they couldnt finish a scheduled 20 minute job in a 6 hour window. If I could give rate this 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service.

Came in for an oil change and mentioned I was in a hurry. The manager immediately went into the back and spoke with his team. I was out of there in record time. Very friendly too.

First time here and was a great experience, didnt try to sell me or upcharge me on anything. I always get worried being a female blonde when I go into these places so I was pleased with the service and only took 45 mins:) for sure my new favorite stop!

I will never go back! Wanted a simple tire swap from all seasons to winter tires as I only have one set of rims, and for them to be rotated. I asked for a call when the work was complete. Never got a call back and they closed the shop leaving me stranded. Banged on the door because I saw a light on hoping to get someones attention. Owner showed up after the police were called. They lost my keys. I had to Uber home and back for $45 to get my spare key which the rude female manager refused to reimburse me the following day. They never rotated my tires like I had asked. Had to return the following day after they found my keys and to rotate my tires like I had initially asked. Fast forward 4 months to when I want my winter tires swapped back out for the all seasons and 2 different shops cant get the lug nuts off. I have a VW with lug nut locks. Big O used an impact gun on the lug nut locks which should never be used. Lug nut locks need to be hand tightened. I truly believe the rude female manager intentionally over tightened the lug nuts due to our sour interaction when I returned the following day, either that or it shows the incompetence of the techs at Big O. I now need the lug nuts drilled out for $250 because 2 lug nut keys have been broken trying to loosen the lug nut locks. The female manager was extremely rude and refused to acknowledge any of the mistakes that were made let alone even apologize. I called back to speak with the regional manager and the current manager said it was my fault I didnt bring it in to them to have fixed. Who in their right mind would take their car back to have it fixed when they had an awful experience like I had?? If this isnt telling, I dont know what is...I purchased the all season tires from NTB which is now Big O giving me free tire rotations, but I would rather take it somewhere else and pay to have them rotated then to bring it back here for free! Stay away!!
