Tony is very helpful, professional and also honest! I totally have no idea why there were weird sounds in my car at first. But Tony did a very excellent job! He kept driving for test and test every possible reason! And finally found the cause. And he honestly helped us fix it and save money for us! Thanks to his great job my car is perfect again!

Tony , Stacy and Cameron are very pleasant, respectful professionals which is greatly appreciated. Tony replaced a couple of doors after someone hit our car. He also had to do a bit of trim and paint repair. He did an excellent and timely job. I paid out of pocket and the final cost was 1/3 and 1/2 of the other two estimates I received. I highly recommend this shop for not only the quality and cost.But for the overall service experience. These are really good people who treat you well!

Incredibly friendly but unforgivably negligent on quite possibly the easiest repair in automotive history. Only a few months after they replaced a splash guard (aka fender liner) in the front passenger wheel well, it popped out and made contact with the tire. There was nothing I could do about it because I was in the middle of a 500 mile drive. Every single screw had fallen out (or were never used in the first place?). The tire shredded it, and I had to find another body shop to replace it rather than risk driving another 1000 miles (I was on a long road trip) before asking Tony Kinser to redo their work. I sucked it up and paid for a new splash guard in Brooklyn.

I had my RAM 1500 into Tonys for a slide off damage to my right hood, windshield, and roof. They were backed up, but managed to get me taken care of as quickly as they could. The truck looks like show room new, and better than factory! They are very friendly and courteous and very understanding about everything, and gave me a super clean truck back! Highly recommend anyone to use them for any body work needed!

The aftermath of an accident is often costly, time-consuming, and difficult to navigate, so if it ever happens again (God forbid!) I would choose this one amazing outfit to fix my car. Friendly, professional staff. Answered all my questions and didnt make me feel stupid for asking them. Gave accurate estimate for cost and time. Accommodated our work schedule for pickup. Great experience. Worked with our insurance, prompt service, quick turnaround time.Struck a deer on 3rd Street and had fender, door, and bumper damages. Other shops estimated a couple of weeks before they would look at it. Kinsers shop said to come by and they would give me a time and cost estimate, upon seeing the damage they were able to get it in after only a couple of days. They did all the work with the insurance adjuster, taking the photos and such. Would use again.

Two other shops said the hinges on my sagging 13 year old cargo van door could not be repaired. One said the only fix was to buy a new van!Took my van to Tony and he immediately described how the door could be repaired. What an outstanding place! Skillful, friendly, and -- the prime characteristic needed, especially in this business -- absolutely honest and genuine. I have taken my business there for years but never been happier than today. My car had minor collision damage, and instead of saying, Sorry, its more complicated than it looks and sticking me with a big bill, they said, It was actually very simple and they didnt even charge me. While you shouldnt expect something for nothing, even from the nicest people, you can count on reliable work and excellent value.

Tony & Jeff are the BEST!!! I have a 2011 Land Rover and the back seat got stuck! I called around Bloomington and no one would even look at it, and I definitely didn’t want to drive to Indianapolis to the Land Rover dealership knowing they’d over charge me! Jeff said bring it by anytime and we’ll take a look. I did and 20 minutes later they fixed it, free of charge!!! I’m bringing all of my cars to them from now on!

I had a quite negative experience at TK body shop.In short, I was not treated courteously and I have to call them every singe time I wanted an update on my car.They said its going to take one week to repair my car then on the last day they told me (and again I called them to find out about this) that its going to take another week.By the time we went to pick up my car on the end of the second week (and again I have to call them...), they said they finished the job but the engine hood was still misaligned. Eventually they agreed to work on it again the next Monday.Besides, the total cost is 500 dollars more expensive than the estimation and I have to go though an ugly negotiation on the price.

Our daughter had an accident in Bloomington, we live in South Bend. All communication between us and the body shop was very professional; Jeff handled all of our questions with respect and candor. They worked seamlessly with our insurance companyBut the most amazing part of the story was that once the car was repaired, Tony offered to drive it to us for free; Bloomington to South Bend round trip is 400 miles. That was above and beyond, and then some. The logistics of us getting to Bloomington were daunting, so we were relieved, to say the least.The car looks great, and while I dont really want to have another accident, Tony proved to me that Bloomington would be the right place to have an accident.
