I strongly recommend you go anywhere else for repairs. Six months ago I came in needing new sway bars, which they installed and I went on my way. Fast forward to five months later, and my car is shaking so much I fear it may fall apart.The reason? Apparently the sway bars they installed were so overloaded with grease that they ruptured and I already needed new ones. Also, they affixed several screws so poorly that parts of my car had been banging around for who knows how long, causing who knows what kind of long-term damage. On top of that, when I took it to a different place I found that Erics overcharged big time--the second place I went to, Honest Auto Care, charged a fraction of the price to replace the sway bars AND fix the problems Erics technician caused in the first place.The cherry on top? When I reached out to Erics asking for a partial refund (less than half of what I spent there), I get back a passive aggressive email saying it was somehow -my- fault for taking my car to a different repair shop, because apparently I should have somehow known the car was suffering from shoddy repairs. Suffice to say, Im already in contact with a small claims lawyer.Avoid if you can!

I recently moved to the area and my check engine light came on. I initially chose Erics Repair because they had great reviews and they were 0.5 miles from my apartment - so I could just walk home if my car needed to stay for an extended amount of time. I have had conversations about the diagnostics of my car with Isaac, Ron, and Eric himself! All three of them clearly explained what was going on and patiently answered all of my questions. I NEVER felt belittled or dumb. Eric even talked to my dad on the phone (my fellow young adults know how that is)! I was given honest recommendations on what was worth fixing. I can tell they care about their customers and will never pressure them into costly repairs for the sake of their profit.I will confidently continue to go to Erics Repair for all of my auto needs and recommend them to anyone and everyone. They will take GREAT care of you!

I called Erics Repair at 8:15AM asking what availability they had to replace a u-joint on my Ram 2500. (I spoke to Eric, who is terrific) He gave me a ballpark estimate before I even brought it in. Service was completed the same day and came in below what the previously generated estimate! Excellent service.

They were honest, professional and fair. I asked them to replace the rear brakes but, after inspection, they informed me they didn’t need to be replaced yet. Honesty in the auto repair industry is hard to find. I’ll be taking both of our cars to them going forward.

Went in for an oil change on my company leased vehicle and came out with new tires on top of the standard maintenance. Erics Repair is a shop local to me that I found while googling something close by. I thought Id be stuck with bigger chain shops that would going to nickel and dime me until they met sales quotas, so Im always willing to try the local guy with glowing reviews.Eric himself greeted me, understood that I dont want my car restored to brand new and promised me a 10% discount for being a first time customer. It means a lot to me that he was hands on at delivery and was available for the rest, including catching up with me when I was picking up the vehicle instead of sending another employee to run interference.Eric was friendly, the shop was great, he cares about his reputation, and Im very happy with the work done. New to the area. Didnt trust taking my car to a dealership, but wasnt sure who to take it to.Some research, and a lot of people in two local groups mentioned Erics, so I decided to take my car here.My car was smoking, leaking oil from somewhere, and had a lot of noises.Dropped it off on tuesday and I didnt need it back till thursday evening...Tech Ron is 60+ and hes been doing this since he was 17 iirc, and he has been at Erics 5 years Iirc. He did a full inspection, very detailed, and found a few other things wrong I had no clue about!Ive got out of state plates, and one thing keeps seeing happen is I get ripped off across the country. The worst case seems to be what the issue is... Worst case here would of been a bad head gasket lol(which it wasnt). He took vid and pix of each deficiency. I could see it all in a report on my phone. Even showed the pic of the battery test fail, and each pic was date/time stamped. He gave an estimate and it wound up being even less! Ive had the issue other places the estimate is the lowest figure and always something seems to happen to add a hundred bucks or so.Ron was exceptionally: honest, experienced, and professional! plus, it was done before needed it back!!I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK FOR ANY FUTURE MAINTENANCE.
