Strongly DO NOT Recommend this location for any car service. They dont do the work. I took my car for ABS sensor, Traction control light and Brake burn smell but they did not fix anything and charge me $$$.$$. Same day I drop the vehicle for the same repair and they ask me additional four hundred dollars to fix it. Dont get it if they did not fix the problem and asking additional money which was not fix.I wish there was negative rating available.

The owner and his staff are always helpful and get our cars in quickly. They also do a good job of keeping us up to date.

This place was great. I needed a flat tire replaced on a rental car. These guys were polite, understood my predicament, were sympathetic to my situation, and had me out of there in an hour or less. I would definitely use them again.

Took my truck in about 2 weeks ago to have my tires put on and balanced drove it home truck was shaking so I knew it was out of balance took it back they re did the balance (thank you but is the proper thing to do) took over an hour not waiting a hour I mean truck was in shop for over an hour techs all looked lost besides 1 or 2 guys. Guy at the desk tried using a weight falling off as an excuse which is a good point but I know thats not the situation Because I looked at how much weight was on them post pick up of vehicle and same amount of weight remained employees told me wheels were out of balance how do you make a mistake on entry level maintenance wont be back!!!

I stopped here to get an oil change on the rental car I was driving. The guy at the desk wasnt wearing a mask. He was rude. I had been looking for a place for My own vehicle, but after getting the eye roll from him. I wont be using this place for My personal vehicles

Rob, Gary, and staff are amazing! Having an Enterprise rental for an extended period of time, I have to find Enterprise approved shops for servicing and just happen to stumble into One Stop. Best accident ever!! At other businesses I’ve had to wait hours as they are required to get approval from enterprise before any work can be done. Not with One Stop! The longest I’ve spent in there was 1-1/2 hours for an oil change and new tire install without an appointment!! Great atmosphere, amazing work, and superb customer service!!
