Ive been a customer of State Farm insurance and Julie Chapman in particular for the past 3-4 years (car, home, and life). I have found their rates competitive and their service superior. Since contracting with them for insurance I have needed to obtain comprehensive collision insurance for my car twice. Each time I experienced that the service they provided during the car repair process was helpful, professional, and quite frictionless. The service I received from State Farm during my times of need definitely made the overall experiences feel less stressful and like less of a hassle overall. I am grateful and would recommend them to friends and family.
