Our AC went out and a technician came out soon after we called. When he determined it could not be fixed, a salesman came out soon after. He dropped off a few different estimates by evening, and we made our choice to have both our AC and furnace replaced. Shawn did a great job showing us our options and detailing the costs. The next day we made a down payment, then Brad called and scheduled us in a reserved spot for emergencies on Thursday, two days later.Brett, Chad, and Gage worked hard all day in the rain and the job was done around 4:00 pm.

I had two dual (primary & backup) sump pumps installed - one at my home residence and one at my rental house. Deron was excellent at helping me select the proper system for each house and answered all of my questions. I was promptly scheduled for the installations. Mark did the install at my home and was amazing. 30 years of plumbing experience was on full display! Very skilled and very detailed and precise in his installation. He answered all my questions and did an amazing job with not only the installation, but the clean up. At my rental property a very nice young plumber (Ryan) really took his time and also did a great job! Both plumbers were really polite and very respectful of me and my property! I was looking to find a new HVAC company when my AC went out. Wm. Masters responded quickly and provided options. As I was on an original furnace that was pushing 35 years and was in need of repair as well, it made sense to replace the whole system. They kept me updated on the order and timeframe. There was an issue with the furnace upon install and they stayed on it to make sure it was right. Great experience and highly recommend!

Ive relied on Wm. Masters for yearly furnace inspection for a number of years. My experience with their customer service and technicians has always been satisfactory. Recently, my AC unit stopped working properly. So, I opted to replace both the AC and furnace. Shawn was my contact person during the whole process. With summer arriving with its heat and humidity, I cant tell you how much I appreciated that. We had discovered a gas leak on the outside of our home and had to have the gas turned off until repairs were made. I contacted Wm Masters first thing the next morning and a technician was there by early afternoon. He assessed the problem and we discussed options. Once we agreed on a course of action and the repairs were made quickly and correctly. Less than 24 hours after discovering the gas leak the repairs were made and the gas was turned back on. Outstanding job! Shout out to Karen in the office as well as Phil and Mark in the field. Top notch service all the way!

Gary did a wonderful job today checking our air conditioning system; he did all his work very efficiently in a very friendly manner. He got rid of a mouse nest in the outside unit and stuffed steel wool into holes to keep the mice away. Our air conditioner will definitely last longer! I had two rooms that lost power. Josh quickly diagnosed a loose wire in the second outlet he tested and within a short period of repair time by Josh and his apprentice the rooms lit up and everything was working.I cannot say enough good about the service I received from Wm. I would gladly give 10 Stars if I could. I have been calling for plumbing services all day, no response from anybody. Then I call Wm. Masters at 12:10pm. Not only do they answer and get me scheduled in same day, the plumber shows up in less than an hour! Everything serviced and done before 1:30pm! They serviced my majorly clogged toilet and garbage disposal, everything runs perfectly, and the cost was WELL BELOW WHAT I EXPECTED. Saved me serious money compared to what I was told it would cost via research.Also ask for Tyler. I have had so many repair men over the years act really condescending and rude if I do something to cause something to break (I am human, come on lol). I had called for plumbing services for faucet repair and it was quick one , done in less than 45 minutes. But when it came to charges they charged me for 1 and 1/2 hours and also charged me for more than doubled for parts $110 for cartridge which cost $50 in market . I almost felt like like I was robbed when looked up price online. I would not recommend it to anyone one as they charged me unreasonably high.

Mike and Phil first came at the end of October to remove old cast iron and galvanized pipes in our house because of clogging and leaking (in the upstairs bathroom.) They installed new copper and PVC pipes to replace the old. It was a huge job and required a lot of creativity to make it all work in the space they had.We are so impressed with Mike and Phil and how hard they worked to make our plumbing work. They even took out and capped old pipes in the basement just to make the basement look less cluttered with pipes. Each day they were conscious of making sure the areas they were working in were cleaned up. They are friendly and polite and we enjoyed working with them.After a few months of remodeling, Mike and his assistant were back today to install and connect the toilet, sink and shower to the plumbing. Again, they were polite and friendly.We are looking forward to getting the final touches finished in the next few days so we can reclaim our bathroom and take a shower!

We have used the company before, so when we decided to replace our HVAC system we got quote from Masters and another company. Shawn (Project Specialist) came out & did an excellent job talking with us & giving us options. The other company did the same. However, we chose Masters based on the proposal they presented. Shawn followed up, handed us off to Barry (Project Manager) & later Jonathan & Zac did the install. We were very pleased with how friendly, courteous, & professional everbody was. We need to have some light switches looked at, a dimmer switch installed, 3 fans replaced, wired floodlight and move a light in dining area. Josh arrived early, familiarized himself with what we were doing and got everything done. Very professional & explained what the issue was with the light switches and what was causing an issue with an upstairs fan.

I was very pleased with the job that Shawn and his group did with the installation of a new furnace & A/C unit. Right before the bitter cold weather hit last month, my 30 yr old furnace finally gave way on a Monday night. I called Wm Masters, since they had been servicing my units previously, and they came out that night to let me know the status of my furnace - DOA. After getting 2 other quotes and a LOT of education from all of them, Shawn was able to give me an excellent price on both new units. He even treated me like a valued customer and worked to get me on the installation schedule for that Thursday, since Id already been a couple of days w/o heat. His installation crew did a fantastic job of teardown of the old and installation of the new units. Since they already had the furnace on-site, they were able to get that done that Thursday. The A/C unit came in Friday, and they came out that same day to install it. I was able to get a service call on Monday, ordered on a Wednesday night and by Friday I had the new units installed and working beautifully. Im extremely happy w/ my experience!

Great experience beginning to end. Old furnace stopping working on a Wednesday evening. Wm Masters was at our home by 11am the next morning. Decided it was more cost effective to replace our 25+ year old furnace. They were at our house at 8 am Monday morning to install the new furnace. Had the old one removed and new one installed/completed by 4pm. Considering our house is very old, I was also pleased with their creative solutions (venting for the furnace and draining for the built in humidifier). Havent felt this much room to room consistency regarding temperature since we bought the house. Thanks for a job well done!

I can’t say enough good things about William Masters. I won’t use anyone else because they are hands down the best at listening, explaining, and getting work done quickly with quality. From the girls who answer the phone to the crew they are all so knowledge and kind. Mark was great at explaining and finding a problem at my rental home and so great about checking in with me and walking me through what was done.

Called for an estimate for replacing my dying HVAC. By that same afternoon had an estimate with 3 options to choose from. Once the order was placed they called with daily updates on when the shipping company said they would receive it. They ended up having big issues with the shipping company (not their fault) but kept me updated every day and after 4 or 5 days of not receiving the furnace they offered to install a slightly larger furnace they had in stock at no extra cost from the original quote. Next day Shawn, Jonathan, and Zach got both AC and furnace installed with no issues at all and cleaned up beautifully when they were all done.

I am not the type to leave a bad review, or even a review in general, but I was very disappointed in the service I received a couple of days ago. A tech named Marc came out to my house after I had a huge leak from my washer, and he just insisted it was my washer. Didn’t do any pressure tests or anything. Just looked at the hoses to my washer and assumed from there. He was only at my house for about 10 minutes and I spent $122.

Our brand new system was not heating properly. Gary (FIVE STAR EMPLOYEE) came and fixed a problem. It was not straight forward and he had to do a bit of research, but he made it work better than it ever had!. He came back the next day and changed the filter and rec-hecked the system. We were warm and snug after his dedicated service! Thanks for the GREAT experience.

It was a cold snowy holiday weekend with an ice storm.They were efficient, meticulous, and resourceful in getting my problem fixed as soon as possible. I highly recommend WM Masters services and will definitely be using them in the future when needed. Irecently moved into a house in Bloomington IL and needed an electrician and plummer to come and fix a few things. Both the plummer Tyler and electrician Chris H showed up on time, were professional and friendly, and were able to answer all my questions! WM Masters give you specific half an hour time windows for the service calls, which meant I didnt have to wait around wondering when theyd show up, and I loved that. I had a leak in my upstairs guest bath shower and issues with my breaker box wiring. Both problems were fixed relatively quickly and effeciently, the issues got checked to make sure they were actually fixed, and Ive not had any thing come up since! Payment was very easy. I knew the rate upfront and received an itemized bill that was easy to understand. WM Masters has a great service and everyone did a great job!

Brad Snow came out promptly and diagnosed the issue with my air conditioner. He was a great technician and had a great personality. He not only fixed the part, but he took the time to clean out the air conditioner and make sure that the temperature coming out of the vents was satisfactory to me. I was charged a very fair price and the service call was a fair price as well. Overall, it was a great experience and I truly appreciate Brads professionalism and great attitude!

The two techs showed up on time, well groomed, in a marked company vehicle, wearing masks as well as shoe covers when they entered my home. They were polite and behaved like guests. Yes, they did the work and quickly. But what really impressed me was how they took the time to explain the issue (low hot water pressure) and how they fixed it. After they left, it was like they were never there except for the receipt and working water pressure. They had wiped up any water droplets they caused with their own towel and even put back all the things that were under the sinks even though it was me who had removed them. At one point they needed access to my water heater which was in the basement. I had to turn on lights as we went down there and to my delight, I later realized that when they had finished they even took the time to turn off the lights. I highly recommend this company and will forever use them if this is how they conduct business. Way to go guys!

We arranged to have a sub panel installed in our garage. Not only did Randy come up with a creative way to address our tricky installation, but he did it in a timely and professional manner. We highly recommend Randy and Wm Masters, and will certainly use them on future projects.

08/12/20: Chris and Josh did an outstanding job. They installed canned lights and multiple outlets in the basement. They noted that the LED lights can be dimmed and asked me if I want a dimmer switch installed. Not part of my original request, they installed an additional outlet in my living room and successfully trouble shot a problem I was having with under cabinet lighting. They then ran wire from the basement to the garage and added multiple outlets for my shop and installed two ceiling fans. Everything looks great. Chris and Josh were pleasant to talk to and they frequently verified with me the next part of the job before proceeding. This is the second time I have used Wm. Masters and I recommend them to anyone.May 2020: We asked three different companies for recommendations and bids for a failed sump pump. Wm. Masters was the only one to not only give me a realistic recommendation but they already had a bid prepared on their first visit. They answered my questions before I even asked them. They proposed a backup up sump and WIFI alarm system that met every whim I was looking for. Both Plumbers were were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I now have peace of mind that I will never be caught off guard again with a sump issue. I highly recommended Wm. Masters. Thanks

Brad has serviced our HVAC system for years. He’s always on time, conscientious, and thorough with great customer service. On Christmas Eve the old furnace had developed a cracked heat exchanger. Daron quickly gave us an estimate for a new furnace and had it installed before the end of day. The installers were very professional and got it installed in no time! Recently had our outdoor faucet replaced. We were concerned about cutting a hole in our basement ceiling. Tyler took the time to measure and cut a small rectangular hole in order to switch out the faucet. Tyler only cut what was needed to do the job and we were so pleased that we could easily cover the new hole with a vent cover. Weve had other plumbers not care so much about this step and cut a much larger hole than what was truly needed. Great job Tyler! We really appreciate your prompt, courteous and expert work.

Jonathan and Aaron did a great job of removing our old furnace and AC and installing our new Trane system. They carefully explained everything they were doing and cleaned everything up when finished. Very professional, competent and courteous as well. They get an “A” from us.

200 dollars for two pounds of frion never found leak. Same problem 2 weeks later and they would not warranty My invoice number was 33531 be very careful when dealing with this company. I am a local union guy trying to use a local respectable company.Was willing to pay for extra parts just not another supposed diagnostic fee.Was told no warranty after 2 weeks even though first time they found nothing.Unit is only 3 years old.Was told I would have to pay another diagnostic fee,even though they found no leak 2 weeks ago
