I just came in and got an oil change and battery check done and they got me out in less than 10 minutes.Maybe 7-8 minuteswouldn’t go anywhere else again, great price and great customer service as well.Thanks a lot to John and Rolando for the great customer service experience. I will be back

My Colleague referred me to Jays. I needed to replace my xenon light on my 2011 Mercedes. Dealer wanted to charge about 100 (1-hour )labor, but Jays did for half the price an din less than 30 mins. I was very pleased with the customer service and the waiting room as nice and cool. I will be going back when needed.

Got an oil change last week and now after having my car for for over 8 months my stabilizer link suddenly broke. Strange

John was so helpful and very attentive. He explained everything in detail and kept me updated about what is going on in my car. I go to the same place every time and I have never had such a good experience. I would recommend this place 10/10 to anyone

It was quick and I didnt even have to get put of my car. I did have an issue after but they responded quickly. Everyone makes mistakes (not sure if it was theirs), it is how one responds to it that counts. They said they would take full responcibility which I appreciate. My car is fine now.

Good price for an oil change when theres a sale. Staff varies from super nice to just neutral. While I understand personal emergencies arise, it was frustrating to drive 23 minutes there today and find it closed. Ending up getting taken at a Jippy Lube.Employee does not wear any mask if thats a concern for you, by the way.

He was on time, and went above and beyond to further educate me on my car (Im a newbie so he was able to show me where my fluids were, how often Id need to get them changed, and why they were so essential to my car functioning well)!

Have been here twice now and will go back again. Justin did a great job, quick, clean and professional. Incredible deal for the price, less than what I could buy the oil & filter myself! Enjoyed talking to Justin & mostly talks about the owner and what a great guy he is, which is probably the best sign of well run business you can have.In regards to the reviewer above who says only one quart was drained, obviously has never done an oil change themselves. Itd be more difficult and messier to stop at one quart & try to get the plug back in than it would be just to let it all drain.

Costa oil did a oil change for me but did not fill it up all the way with oil. Found out that they only had filled it up halfway.... almost ruined my car. Shameful! I am very disappointed in their service and will never be using them again

The first time I went there I had a great experience. Quick and friendly service with a great price. I went there today. Got there 15 minutes before they opened and there were 2 cars waiting. I left at 9:15 because they hadnt opened yet and I had to go out of town at 11 a.m. Ill go back again because of my first experience.....I went back today to get an oil change and found out the guys that did it somewhere else cracked my cover. Justin went above and beyond to get me a new one. THANK YOU SO MUCH

Wow, wow this review is long overdue. Ive been coming to costaoilss for 2018! They are super professional, reasonable in terms of price, and great mechanics. When I moved out of state for a few years, before I paid for a repair, I called Ryan to check in with them. Now that Im back in the area, this is my preferred repair shop. In most cases, I pay about 1/4 of what Ive been quoted at the dealership.

The wrong filter was used on my vehicle which caused the oil to leak . My car no longer works because the engine locked . Owner hasnt even called me.

While it was very affordable and fast they left the oil plug on my car barely hand tight and the new oil I paid for leaked out all over my garage floor. Edit: looks like the owner reads these reviews so I will add some information This happened Saturday December 7th around lunch time. White Mazda CX-5.

I feel bad for forgetting the gentlemens name but it was the one with a buzz cut and earrings. I wanted to comment on the stellar service I received as well as the cheapest full synthetic oil change Ive ever bought. I was out in minutes and couldnt have left happier. I will absolutely be returning.

Had my oil changed yesterday at Costas in Bloomingdale. Done in less than 5 minutes. Had my car at mechanic today and he said oil was not changed. It was a dark charcoal grey color. Returned to Costas today. They insisted they had changed the oil. Blamed the dark color on engine debris and oil pan debris 50,000 miles on engine. No refund. Maybe they drained 1 quart and put one new quart. Now I have to pay for a REAL oil change somewhere else. Avoid this place. Thats how they can charge 14.95 cause you arent getting an oil change!

I went this morning to get an oil change, I arrived there at 9:05am, there was only one guy there, he came out, asked what I needed, and then apologized as he mentioned he was running late, and because of that the machines needed 30mins to heat up/turn on. I left as I started worked at 10am and I couldnt wait long. Such a bad experience for the first time. .
