Recently renovated and the renovation was done very well! The AC worked well and the shower had good hot and cold water. Perfect location to many restaurants in walking distance. The staff was very accommodating and helpful with everything. The hotel has a very good sized conference room that could easily handle 20-25 people. Ill definitely book here again when I come back.

Staff is very polite. Night concierge I have interacted with the most. No issues. All of them are accomdating and polite. Any thing [within reason] or any issue [with in reason] they resolve swiftly. If they phone rings they are on top of it asap same wirh guest too.

The service is exemplary. The staff went out of their way to do whatever was necessary to make our stay better; it was greatly appreciated.

If I could rate this -5 I would. This has got to be the most filthy hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The first room my boyfriend and I were placed in had left over chipotle from the previous guest in the refrigerator.. so we proceeded to call down to the front desk to request a different room. Second room looked cleaned until I walked into the bathroom and found urine stains on the toilet seat. You would think the hotel would have kept the rooms much cleaner especially with Covid going on right now. Front desk lady was nice other than that place sucked.

Yes, it is still a bit under construction, but not any inconvenience for us. Room was updated, but bring your own Netflix password, they do not have one to use. Bed has a pedestal, kind of high if you are older...However, staff is very nice and attentive. We had a very nice, good breakfast. Thank you to the staff for helping to make my wifes birthday very nice.

I stayed at this location for a few nights and really felt like an appreciated Titanium Member. The staff was very personable and accommodating with all requests. The location was close to shopping, entertainments, and restaurants. Although they were doing construction, it wasnt too much of a disturbance. The updated rooms are very nice! I thought it was a nice touch receiving a bottle of water with my name on it. My only issue was that the room still had some leftover dirt from the room update.

Even though the hotel is under some remodel construction, service was top notch. Room was quiet and comfortable. Feather free room was provided. Mark in the lobby restaurant is top notch.

Our experience at this Courtyard far exceeded our expectations. Andrea and the rest of the staff went above and beyond what we usually experience even at the “finest” hotels. We are grateful.

The location is great. its next to a bunch of Cafes and restaurants. They could do better with the cleanliness of their rooms and hallways. Also the first room I got had a faulty AC but they changed the rooms when we complained. The towels were not clean and had hair on them which was disgusting. Otherwise, good value for money I guess.

So impressed by the service we were treated to! Both evening and morning front desk attendants, Michelle and Kiana could not have been more welcoming and accommodating! Top notch service and a great stay!!

We recently stayed because my daughter had a call back audition at a nearby high school. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out we felt like we were visiting family. We were treated like family and felt perfectly at home. Michelle was awesome !

I checked in on a weekend recently to celebrate my nieces birthday. The hotel was family friendly, the staff on duty were very pleasant and helpful and we were close to a variety of restaurants. All of the kids have different tastes and there was no shortage of food options nearby. The pool had late hours for the kids to enjoy. The only thing missing was that the hotel did not have breakfast on the weekend, but again there were plenty of options nearby. We got good rooms and they were not expensive. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with children for a quick weekend getaway!

For as old as this place has been around its still pretty nice and roomy on the inside. Its also very clean which is always a plus whenever I stay somewhere. The interior in some places you can tell has been updated which is always a good thing that they keep tabs on stuff like this. Its close enough to the mall and other local attractions so Id stay there when I dont want to drive home at 2am.

All orders were fulfilled in a timely manner. The location was nice as well. I recommend having bottled water and make the coffee in your room if they are closed. Thanks guys!

Huge balcony with chairs. Only issue I encountered was after the staff cleaned the room.... They took all the towels and didnt replace any. Had to call downstairs to have towels delivered. I know, I know, life is rough. Overall I would return and recommend to others

We were all in town from all across the US for a funeral. The staff at the Courtyard were exceptional at helping us all find great rooms and spaces to be together, grieve, celebrate, and mostly just relax. The front desk team helped accommodate changes in rooms, while the restaurant team prepared meals and coffees that helped us feel very much at home. We upgraded to the suite rooms to provide some private space for unwinding and gathering after events, and that provided precious family time. We would highly recommend the space for its feel, the staff, and the overall accommodations.

Overall cleanliness was good. Lobby and common areas nice and recently updated. The rooms are very dated, with black stained carpet due to excessive wear, peeling wall paper, stains on walls etc. The A/C was not great so the room was stuffy. Dated decor, bathroom design. Given the amount of competition out there I would not recommend this hotel unless there are no other options in this price range. However the service was wonderful and employees were friendly.

My husband and I were met with smiling faces welcoming us. We were checked in and settled in our suite without any concerns. The layout of the suite was spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. We appreciated the choice for the white linen bedding for the coverlet/duvet. The modern decor of the rooms were bright yet calming and very inviting to just relax.The Egg White Frittata, one of the Cafes breakfast choices, was healthy, low cal and simply delicious. With all the staff we encountered being friendly and always smiling happily, we knew our stay would be great. Thank you Merriott

My family and I stayed at the Courtyard Marriott Bloomingdale for my nephews wedding and extended stay to visit the area from September 14 through September 18. The entire staff was very courteous and very accommodating for family and friends attending the wedding from out of town. Laura at the front desk was very welcoming throughout or stay and suggested local restaurants and places to visit during our stay. Rooms were very spacious and very clean. I will definitely come back to this hotel for my next stay.

The hotel is a great location. Close to train station for catching trips to downtown Chicago. The service is awesome! Everybody is so helpful and accommodating. The pool and sauna is good. Our room is always clean every time we get back to the hotel after a day of leisure. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Chicago.

Every Marriott brand seems to have a purpose and so does the courtyard. This one keeps up with the expectation of an courtyard in terms of the interior and stuff the only difference is the staff is really helpful and go an extra mile to make you feel welcomed.

Everything went perfect during our stay at the Bloomingdale Marriott. Check-in was easy and the Clerk was very friendly and helpful. The Room was clean and and furnished nicely, fast internet and nice TV. The Bed was comfortable with nice Linens. The location was Great close to the Shopping Center and Many Restaurants. The Pool and Work-out Room looked nice but we didnt have a chance to use them. The Hotel also provided Food and Drink (at cost) but as we were visiting relatives we didnt get a chance to do this either. We will defiantly stay at this location again.

If the coffee machine is clean, youll be surprised how good a cup of coffee it makes. Lobby restaurant/bar is excellent. Staff is really excellent. All were polite and helpful. The room was very clean, except the coffee machine, which I easily cleaned out with one of my Clorox Wipes and ran a cup of water thru to rinse. That was my only concern during stay.

The room and hotel were very clean and fresh. I fell asleep faster than planned. Head hit the pillow and bam - I was out. My room had a balcony overlooking trees and a lake. Watched geese fly over the lake at sunset. It was peaceful and relaxing. Also, breakfast was just right. Coffee in room and the in-room toiletries were quality. The Jacuzzi was clean and hot. I cannot complain.

The entire staff are very hospitable. The rooms are extremely clean and the staff makes you feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. I had an issue where I reacted to the sheets due to my very sensitive skin. The manager addressed my issue, washed my sheets in a milder detergent, and replaced my bedding with it. I didnt ask for assistance. We had a casual conversation and I mentioned my condition. She immediately addressed it. Ive stayed at many hotels and have never had such service and attention as this one. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel!

This is a great place to stay, a home away from home. The people are very nice and accommodating, the outside is well lite and clean. The room are nice and offer good internet. Only two things I would like to see change, offer coffee for free like all of the other places I stay and the direction of the beds. I prefer to have my bed facing the TV instead of the windows.

Clean and modern. Only problem is the food service is not open to get coffee when you want it. I recommend having bottled water and make the coffee in your room if they are closed. Otherwise it was a good place to hand the hat.

We booked last minute due to a change in our tour route. We were accommodated quickly without being charged an arm and a leg. Hotel is in beautiful shape; very clean and staffed with friendly accommodating staff. 10/10 would book again!

Marriotts are the best. They are not actually the best, but they are like the McDonalds of hotels if McDonalds tasted good. Very consistent, comfortable, and friendly. No complaints, would stay again.

Very clean. Loved the pool area. Pool was a good temperature and the hot tub was just right. One of the better Courtyards I have stayed at. No surprises. Lights worked, bathroom was well stocked and I liked the little refrigerator. Fireplace was taken out a few years ago. Missed that.

We stayed for 2 nights over the Thanksgiving holiday and found that after driving over 5 hours to get there, the bar and restaurant were going to be closed for the entire period of our stay. Although the hotel staff knew in advance that this would be the case, no one bothered to mention it at the time of our booking so we were left having to go out and find places to eat in an unfamiliar area. Also, the entire place was/is under renovation so be prepared for lots of noise. There is also a $10 per night parking fee that was not mentioned at booking. If you want to use a pool you will need to go across the parking lot to the Residents Inn (dress warm). The tv signal gets disconnected if the wind blows too hard. Finally, the housekeeping staff left us a notice under our door that they would only be emptying trash and replacing towels between 8-noon but were already gone at 11 a.m., before they made it to our room so I had to call down to the front desk. Again, no mention of this little detail was made when I was making my reservation and no discount was offered or given for the inconvenience of it all. Very disappointing!

I would highly recommend this facility when you come to the area on business or pleasure. The facility is well maintained, the amendments are excellent, the staff if professional and cordial - makes you feel you are a special guest. The facility is located near major thoroughfares that allow access to the suburban area, Chicago itself, as well as the airport. Besides the availability of food on the premises, there are a number of excellent dining facilities in the immediate area. I will consider this facility the next time I travel to the area on business or pleasure.

Staff always treats me and my colleagues incredible! They are all go out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home. When checking in the staff is always smiling no matter the circumstances and are always friendly throughout the trip.

I recently spent 9 nights in this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and well decorated. The staff were professional, helpful and friendly. Although breakfast was not included, the on-site cafe provided a delicious menu and service was fast and efficient. The Starbucks was great, too!

This hotel was perfect for me! The staff, lobby, Bistro and rooms are all in great updated condition. The staff went out of their way to accommodate an early check-in, the lobby offered multiple flat screen tvs that allowed me to watch shows or news while I had dinner or on channels unavailable in my room and the Bistro food tasted great! The menu is very limited, not a full restaurant but for its purpose it worked well, slightly overpriced for being what it is, but food was excellent and delivered to my room if I wanted to skip the sit down area. I would recommend and stay again anytime!

This was the worst hotel experience in the 44 years I have had as a business traveller. The hotel was under construction and a mess. The workout facility was shut down. The rooms had no heat. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked even though the room had been redecorated.People making room reservations should be notified when a hotel is under construction as part of booking.At a minimum there should be some form of compensation for the inconvenience.

I’ve stayed here a handful of times and have never had bad service. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well stocked, the hotel is lovely, and the staff is fantastic. Good breakfast in the AM. My daughter and her friends stayed before and after Prom, and the staff was very accommodating. Very well worth the money, especially for a ‘budget’ hotel.

I requested maid service after 2 PM due to the fact that I work nights and am used to getting up at noon. They didnt come on a few days. It was partially my fault. I should have called the front desk and said Id be out of the room. Other than that the stay was very nice. The maid service was very good when I did receive it.

We reserved a room with a balcony online but when we got there, there was not one available with 2 queen beds that we needed because of our kids. Room was decently clean. The hot tube was cold water, the pool was warmer. The fridge didnt have much of a freezer part and our ice cream melted within the first hour being there.

This was a very comfortable stay. They are getting ready to do room and lobby upgrades which will make it even nicer. Staff was very friendly.

It was neat and clean, but service was lacking. Here for a memorial service. Boomed two rooms together and asked for rooms near one another on the same floor. Confirmed this upon check in, but when Uncle checked in, they had given away his confirmed room. No do not disturb sign in the room. Second time things like this have happened in this hotel and while we love Marriott, will not be back to this particular Courtyard.

We had a quick getaway last Friday (04/14/2017). We checked in around 9pm. After get to the room, my wife found there is no HGTV available (she is HGTV fan, watch it every day)). I contact the gentlemen at front desk, he help to try to restart etc., but not working. I appreciate the gentlemen’s help and gave it up. 10 minutes later, the gentlemen called my room, he checked other room TV, and found a room has HGTV channel! That is a very kind service! Really make us feel Courtyard is the top notch hotel in the country. Last Friday we had very good experience at your Bloomingdale Courtyard! Bloomingdale is a nice city too. Thanks to the gentlemen and Courtyard!

This hotel has a super friendly staff and is a beautiful property. It is very well situated to shopping and restaurants. Glendale Heights/Bloomindale, IL is a nice suburb. All is all, we had a great experience there.

Nice lobby, but my room was not great. It was clean, but it seems like the a/c was making the room humid and the capet was quite used. The shower head was squirting everywhere but on me. The personal was really nice and helpful.

80 degrees outside, the pool area temperature was a stifling 90+, we could barely breathe in there. I reported the issue, 1 person said the system was broken, the other said thats just the way it is. One person said we could open the door for better ventilation, the other came and closed us in. With 4 children who only wanted to end there trip swimming... I ended up checking out an hour or so after check in. The rep who checked me in not even a few hours before never even asked why we were checking out. The poorest customer service I have ever experienced. They clearly didnt care, as long as they got their money. I will never visit this location again and honestly after our treatment, I will be less likely to stay at any Marriot property.

We were freezing on check in and inquired regarding getting a hot tea or cocoa, and the desk clerk offered and then made us some within a few minutes. Above and beyond I thought.Has a different sort of breakfast offered wherein they bring you a made plate - no choices. Hearty but not exactly health conscious ( eggs, canadian bacon, toast, tater tots, juice/ coffee). It did not seem that more was available for my every-hungry teenager.

I was moved from the Residence Inn to the Courtyard on a business trip reservation. I was a little frustrated after driving for 6 hours. When I got to the Courtyard to check in the young lady was very friendly and accommodating. She made you feel she genuinely wanted to help you instead of this is my job. the room accommodations were very nice and clean. I would reccommedt this hotel for any of your stays. I dont think you will be disappointed.

Our multi-generational family spent three wonderful days over Thanksgiving at the Bloomingdale Courtyard. This is a small, friendly place with excellent accommodations and facilities, and a professional staff that went out of its way to make sure we had everything we needed. We are retired and do a lot of traveling. This hotel experience was among the best weve ever had.

The excellent experience started with Peter when I checked in who greeted me by name and welcomed me back, which I found impressive since it had been a year since my last stay. It was a quick overnight trip for business and I opted for a Starbucks coffee in the morning for my reward. The service was prompt and personal. I wouldnt stay anywhere else when Im in the area.
