Took almost 4 weeks to get a wheel replaced on my luggage. I had to repeatedly call them rather than them calling to give me an update like they said they would. One time when I called they said he wasnt in today and someone would reach out to me tomorrow-took 3 days before I heard anything back. My luggage is still wheeling strange as well. Would look elsewhere.

I just want to say that I never write any reports on my experience with anyone before. I would be doing injustice if I didn’t worn others about my awful experience I had at your Stafford square location with the person you have in-charge over there. First and foremost you are in business to provide costumer service. It would be nice if you train your staff in that part of you business. The person you have at this location I don’t know if its a he or she but that is not the issue at hand, its that it doesn’t know hardly any english and is more interested in watching some Spanish soap opera on TV in the back room than servicing your customers . It doesn’t end there even your phone and email service is not responsive. I had read on yelp a lot of negativity and ignored it. l said I would give you guys a chance and it proved me wrong. I have nothing to gain by wasting my time writing this but the public needs to know. I am so surprised how you are still in business.

I bought my favorite Anne Klein boots in to have the heels repaired, and they fixed the heels, put new tips on and shined them so they look brand new. I was running late and called the store, and they courteously waited for me to pick them up. What great service and craftsmanship. I will be returning, and spreading the word.

Been going to this mall since I was a young child. Its ok.. looks a little less full with people and stores these days. But great place for my Daily walk...

I am amazed that anyone in their right mind would give this mall 3 or more stars! Seriously, this mall is a dump. Stores are pulling out of here like the place is on fire, that is why it is not crowded. There have been 3 owners of this dump over the past 10 years with two of them announcing major multi-million dollar renovations! No renovations were ever done, except for half the malls upper level has glass paneled railings and the other has the vintage 1980 iron bars on the balcony railings. Oh, they put new ceramic tiles on the floor too. The vintage 1980s food court is laughable. Out of 5 anchor locations, Wards and JC Pennys pulled out leaving Macys, Sears, and Carson Pieri Scott. Half the storefronts are empty and what is left is filled with a handful of stores you would recognize and the rest being junk stores that sell stuff you would get out of a gumball machine at a truck stop.The only thing going for this eye sore of a mall is the movie theater and the bowling alley they put in. Dont waste your time going to this mall. ONE STAR. Maybe the town will level it and make better use of the land.

Stratford square mall is the best mall in the universe. i love the store icing and rue21. if you havent been there, you really need to go there sometime!

The mall has gone down hill. Everything is closing down. I dont even go to the theater because its too pricy. The bowling alley and arcade dont seem to bad. But every time I go in there it seems like another store is gone.

Nice place, I brought my Nikes here to get fixed and they are as good as new!

The movie theater is quiet compared to some others in the area, which can be really nice if you dont want to deal with crowds.

Nice clean mall always go there to meet up or chill with the fam, nice variety of stores rue 21 is my top pick ;)

Round 1 is a great place for all ages and the manager and family is very generous in philanthropy donations.RM

Not happy they sell puppies at this mall. Then they do pet adoptions. What a bunch of hypocritical jerks. Do your research before you buy a dog from a store that sells puppies. They all come from puppy mills. They end up having health problems.

Has all the major stores you would want Kohls, Macys, Sears, Burlington Coat, Carsons.Nice variety of other stores. Great entertainment movies, indoor golf, recreation facility,food court. Easy access and parking.

I was eatting in their food court when the biggest cockroach came out of the seat I was in and into the one of the restaurants. Lets just say I didnt finish my food and dont enjoy going here.

Underrated mall, takes a backseat to Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg. Great place to shop without dealing with the large crowds of people you get at Woodfield. Pretty good food court, nice theater, and the bowling alley/arcade they just added looks pretty cool, although I havent used it yet.

I went for the first time on Saturday 04/25/15 and my experience was horrible the service was just terrible a few of the employees acted as if they hated their lives and their customer service reflected that I was told they were behind on the kitchen so my wings and cheese sticks would be about 20 minutes which I thought was fair but 45 minutes later still no word so I decided to just cancel my order the employee who helped me with that showed no concern what so ever why I wanted my money back he just handed me the money didnt say anything and quickly turned his back on me later I requested 2 beer cups and the same employee looked at me with an annoyed look and questioned my request in a rude manner for? confusing me so I repeated myself 3 times saying no just two until he finally asked clearly what for? Then with an attitude he told me well I cant because theres only one ID so I said ok took my cup and sent my friend to get his own at the same time my daughter was recharging her game card the employee behind the counter didnt hear her say thank you (because he wasnt even looking at her as he was helping her) so as she walked away he yelled at her in a rude sarcastic manner YOURE WELCOME later on when I ask for a manager it turns out the rude employee who I have encountered twice already with the refund and the beer cups is the manager. At the end of the night I let them know how my experience went again with an annoyed hurry up and get out of here look all they did was try to justify their actions and said they would offer me a free bowling voucher which I turned down because free or not I will not be going back.Oh yea then towards the end of the night I hear them call my order number over the intercom... forgot about the food didnt you... Yea at that point so did I Im sure someone enjoyed that food at some point

Stratford Square is a close by mall with many store options to pick from..places to eat like the open the Food Court or Red Robin and go to a movie at the Cinema without leaving the Mall.
