Absolutely phenomenal! Dont waste your time going anywhere else! They are extremely kind, patient, and they love to teach you more about the industry. I always get my jewelery here. I have been going to this jewelry store for about 2 years. I will no longer go here anymore. He recommended me to go through a loan company called Acima Credit. I paid this loan off which costed me over 2k May 7th, 2020. I still havent received my jewelry from him. I told him to cancel and refund me. He said the company would refund me. I called Acima, they told me he has to refund me since the loan has been paid off. He now has my number blocked + I know he has it blocked because I called from my work phone and it went through perfectly fine. I also still have not received my refund.

Dont have them set up account with Tempoe, its a scam, I was told 6 months as as cash, still charging my account, they want me to either return the item which I paid for or pay an additional $497.00 .. TOTAL SCAM

Got a great watch here for a really cheap price! 4 stars however.. I walked in the mall to exchange it and I found the place had its gates closed.. If youre closed on a Tuesday at 2pm at the very least put your hours on Google. Seems like an odd time to be closed in the middle of the week and the middle of the day.
