I just finished my 2nd class in Yoga Foundations for the beginners. Jennifer Nielsen is the perfect teacher! She is great in providing modifications if you cant do everything, she explains everything and you can tell she loves her job. Glad I finally took the plunge to start Yoga.

The Healing Triad in Bloomingdale, IL is an amazing, peaceful place to learn the practices of meditation and yoga in a very comfortable environment. I attended my first yoga class not knowing anyone. I immediately felt welcome and knew that this was a place worth my time . The instructors are devoted to their areas of expertise and are always willing to share their vast knowledge. I attend yoga and meditation classes regularly and have experienced reiki and massage treatments. I can honestly say that my mind is calmer and more welcome to new ideas; my body is stronger and my spirit has been nourished and renewed.
