Brodies Auto Body !OMG this was the BEST auto repair experience I have ever had. I had a passenger side mirror that needed to be replace. I picked it up and had to get it painted. I went to Brodies Auto Body Shop and met Mike the owner.I explained to him what I needed and he said no problem. He asked me to leave the mirror with him and he would call me in a day to tell me when it was done. That was Wednesday I got his call Friday morning and he said to come on in. I got there and Mike asked me sit down for a few minutes. I gave him my keys and not 7 minutes later a guy walks in and says to me your car is ready and waiting for you. I asked Mike how much it was to paint and the installation.He told me to just give him what we agreed to for the paint job. And that he was happy to help me.WOW ! Brodie’s is the best in the business. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I have been taking my cars to Brodie’s for over 16 years. My friends and family (as well as my clients!) have also used Brodie’s and feel the same way. I love my cars - and take a lot of pride in them and I know they are in good hands when I turn over the keys to Brodie’s. Mike is wonderful - responsive, kind, knowledgeable and makes sure the job (no matter how big or how small) gets done correctly the first time. Robin is amazing - always available, knows this business like the back of her hand, and knows how to get the job done! I never have to worry about the insurance company not allowing the proper repairs to be made or the proper parts to be used. Robin guarantees that the stress is off of me and she is a pro when dealing with the insurance companies to make sure that everything is agreed to in a timely manner. They are quick, efficient, and always have the car ready on time (or sooner!). The car leaves their shop looking brand new! I would never go to anyone else. Mike and Robin are a dream team!

The owners are so welcoming, I felt as if I knew them my whole life! Absolutely thrilled with the amount of professionalism and care they gave me, I will most definitely go back again if I need car repair in the future. I dropped my car off Monday morning, it was done by 3pm, and I was able to have my car for work the next day (:6 out of 5 stars for going above and beyond!

I recently visited Brodys auto body shop. This shop excels in five ways. First, they offer a high level of service, going beyond just doing the repairs. For example, they helped me rent a car, and even cleaned the inside of my car and gave me a car wash. Second, they do high level quality work. Third, they are dependable. They will finish with their work when they say they will. Fourth, they have a friendly staff. Fifth, they offer their service at a very reasonable price. They are willing to give you a break on the cost of the repairs. Overall, I highly recommend using this body shop

Let’s it face it accidents happen; it leaves you feeling helpless and not knowing where to turn. I called Broadie’s and was told to bring the car right over.I had called the insurance that evening. They gave me the name of an adjuster and said he would be calling me. The next day I called Broadie’s to let them know and they stated he was already here , took pictures, and did all the paper work. I truly was in dis belief that things could run that smoothly.They were truthfully...Efficient, Reliable, Honest and Awesome!My car was done to perfection in a week! He didn’t do what he suppose to do !!! He put on old broken grille ! When I showed him he yelled on me and walk a way !! He lied to me about the money that he told me ! So very bad experience unfortunately !!! Terrible behavior,terrible job and most terrible thing is laying to the costumers !!! This is too much !!! This is unacceptable !!! Please please please be carry full !!! All I can say !!!

Never used this auto body shop in the last 40 years of living in thearea and now that I have it will be my go to shop. Im very pickyabout my cars and hoped that when I got my car back that everythingwould be perfect. I wasnt disappointed. Mike Rohdenburg will takecare of you no matter what your concern is. Painted the entire front bumper of our car did a beautiful job, noticed a slight defect a couple of days later, brought it back to mike..no questions asked took care of it. Very satisfied!! Lazo

Brodies has repaired 2 of my vehicles over the past few years. Both experiences have been great. Robin is always cheerful and helpful. Any one I have had contact with there has been very pleasant. Today I had the opportunity to meet the owner. He took time to chat with me while I was waiting for my car. Their work has been beyond expectation. Thank you to the entire Brodies team. 👍

I had some body work done, owner was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I paid out of pocket and received a number of quotes in the area, he was by far the most inexpensive. Very fast turnaround of 3 days made me happy and he even had it washed. Ive lived in the neighborhood for 26 years, never needing a body shop but Brodies is now my go to place.

I recently had dealings with Brodies Auto body after my vehicle had been towed to an adjacent Tow yard that they work with through State Farm. My Brother in law who is barely 18 was pressured into authorizing work to be done to the vehicle after he had an accident. No work was physically done but when I called to have the vehicle moved to a body shop of my choice, I was rudely told that he was a policy holder ( not an owner in any way) and they would be preceding with the work. We are still working on further details but the fact that they tried to take advantage of someone who doesnt know anything of these dealing and is so young is disturbing. To be continued...

They are terrible I called them and they wouldnt take my car because of the insurance company when I was going to pay cash and I had the money in pocket to pay them if you have not good enough insurance dont come here plus the lady on the phone was giving attitude
