I lived at 65 James St. apartments for 3 years, my overall experience there was wonderful. The apartment comes with a dedicated parking spot which is a great convenience and the parking lot also has ample visitor parking spots for when you are having company. The building is managed very well and kept very clean, you will regularly see landscapers and cleaners throughout the building. In addition to the parking spot one of my favorite perks of living there was the snow plowing service which seemed to arrive seconds after the last snowflake had fallen, not only did they clean out the parking lot they would plow out your spot if you were home to move your car for them. The building is off of the street and it is tree-line giving you a nice comfortable feeling. In my 3 years there noise was never an issue and I lived on the 1st floor. The property management is professional and attentive, the few minor issues that came up were always dealt with swiftly. The building is about an 8 minute drive to the Broad St. station with direct service to NY Penn Station, or a 25 minute walk on a sunny day. Pharmacy, convenient stores, pubs, restaurants, bagel shops all within 5 minutes of walking distance. You can get onto Garden State Parkway North/South within 3 minutes of driving at mile marker 150.

I lived here for about 5 years and it has been great. Really nice modern 1 bedroom apartment. There is great parking and as a bonus, spots for visitors. I felt very safe parking my car and had no trouble over the years. It is a great location to the broad Street shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Wonderful place to live!Management is always very responsive. We had an issue with our stove on a Sunday and after notifying the owner, he was here within the hour to fix it. They truly take excellent of their tenants.Units are large and spacious and feature modern updates and wood floors.Walking distance to lots of great BYO restaurant on Broad Street.Gated parking lot with ample guest spots.Laundry on premises (mobile pay so you dont have to worry about quarters!)Prompt snow removal during the winter monthsWe are moving because we are buying a house but we will miss our years at 65 James Street.

Modern rentals at a great value minutes walking from the heart of Bloomfield. The facilities are clean and meticulously maintained displaying a true pride in ownership. The units are modern with ample storage and you cant beat the included off-street parking. The location is as good as it gets for commuters and locals alike. Management is very responsive to all communication. Overall no complaints and highly recommended.

Highly recommend living here - we lived in one of the updated units and the work was beautifully done: gorgeous wooden floors, granite counter top with new appliances, updated bathroom, and overall a quality job (dont come across this too often in apartment rentals). When we had a leak in the wall, the repairs were complete within 10 days (fixing pipe, fixing wall, sanding, and repainting back to its normal state). Landlord is very responsive to all texts/messages as well. We decided not to renew our lease (strictly because of job relocation, or else we would have loved to stay), and the landlord was able to find a new tenant and get us out of our lease 2 months early. Overall, an excellent experience - very highly recommend!!
