Biggest problem with this place is the location and parking. Most of the time its absolutely impossible to get a spot at the building. The flow is one way, too. And its impossible to keep circling to find a spot. There are cars parked every which illegal way. In the grass, in front of dumpsters, in handicap spaces reserved for vehicles with ramps.I came for issues that prevent me walking and ended up having to park across the street and down a couple blocks just to get a place at all.Not exaggerating, its horrible.As far as the doctors go, its pretty much an assembly line. They whirl you in and out as quick as possible. If I spent 10 minutes with the actual doctor to go over my history, thats generous. Waiting room is always crowded. Late taking me in for both of my appointments, but got me out real quick - xrays and all.

I’ve had inconsistent care with Premier. One appointment took about 20 min to be seen, another took an hour. The doctor has not only completely forgotten my diagnosis, but even after 4-5 appointments they continue to assume/want to treat symptoms I do not have (pain). I had an appointment to see a specialized surgeon, waited a half hour to be seen only to have the same conversation as last visit and the surgeon wasn’t even in the office so I needed to reschedule again! Additionally, I had an appointment scheduled for a Friday morning and upon arrival I found the doors to be closed/locked without any notice.

When being asked about orthopedics and staff, I highly recommend Dr.Howard Baruch and his amazing staff. My mother has replaced her right hip on 1/19/2021 and is currently in the process of replacing her left hip on 4/14/2021. One person in particular stands out, Yesse Reyes! This woman and I have been back and forth since December 2020, she shows no limitations and is always going above and beyond! She’s very professional, intelligent in her field, has the best interest for her patients wellness and is genuinely caring! I highly recommend her as a surgical coordinator. Thank you so much for all that you do Yesse!

My mother has had two knee replacements with Dr.Baruch. Each time we have received excellent service from him and his team. The staff always kept us well informed and Dr Baruch always takes his time to explain the procedure and listen to all of our concerns. I would highly recommend Dr Baruch.

This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a Dr. Office. First, they dont tell you that your GPS may automatically direct you to 1255 Broad St. in CLIFTON. So when I finally DO get to the correct building, MY APPOINTMENT WAS NEVER SCHEDULED! Well they remembered scheduling me, but dont know what happened and they have me come in. My appt was for 3. By the time they told me to come in it was 345. I go up, cant even find the office, the place is so poorly labeled. 4 pm, I come in through the HEAVY door, get my intake packet and sit. Fill out my intake packet and hand it in, 415 pm...........I dont get seen by Dr. Mohammed (I think?) until 530!!! Now, I have been disabled for 2 years now. Been diagnosed and have been on a care plan for a long time. A change of insurance is that sent me to this place. I was absolutely mortified when he told me he was not going to give me continuance of care. That HE never prescribes patients with MY medication. Mind you, it is NOT a heavy narcotic. Terrible bedside manner. So I leave with NO meds and a script for PHYSICAL THERAPY THAT I CAN NOT DO!!! IM FRIGGIN DISABLED!!!NEVER F-ing again. Dont waste your time

My epidural steroid injection follow up appointment today was horrible. The doctor didnt even examine me or check the injection area, even when I mentioned that I was in a 8/9 pain . Walked out in tears after being humiliated by my doctor, when he said I should be moving around more and not sitting around doing nothing. He was cold and dismissive on how I felt. As if he knows my day to day pain. So disappointing.Follow up: Its now March, its been two months since I emailed Premier Orthopaedics in regards to how I was treated. Never received an apology from them. Customer service does not exist in this place. So sad.

Dr Baruk performed surgery on my knee...Everyone talked to me and asked questions bfore surgery...was very pleasant and thorough! Very Professional!! Attentive!! and most of All Caring!! Im very happy with my choice!! This is my 2nd surgery in 4yrs..No complaints! Staff its awesome! Even during the days Pre-OP with everything pertaining surgery and pre-OP testing and clearance procedures they were very helpful and on top of things! I give them 💯⭐!!!

I will first start by saying that I have worked in the medical field now for over 11 years and can say that I have had some “unique” experiences with doctors. I’m saying all that..to say that... my experience with Dr. Barry Finkelstein and Merryann was nothing short of first class. He is attentive and has amazing patience. His bed side manner and calming voice is what someone needs when they are being seen for the first time and are terrified of finding out if you need ankle surgery from a possible Achilles’ tendon rupture. I had literally called on a Thursday (it was snow storm and same day I had accident) and my appointment was made for Monday. I was seen promptly and with extreme care and concern from both Dr. Finkelstein and Maryann. I was told to have an MRI ASAP to determine if surgery was needed. They also told me that it would need to be approved by my insurance and could take a day or so... I got a call the next morning from Alice telling me that my MRI was approved and to call and make my appointment. I was seen same day for MRI and I called the next day to see if I could see the doctor maybe like next week or so .....she said we can see you today! I was shocked and so pleased to have my appointment that fast. This team is amazing and work well together. I’m very very pleased and would send EVERYONE I know to see Dr. Finkelstein and Maryann any day!

Staff were very welcoming, l love the fact that they have bilingual staff that assist me. I came to the facility during the pandemia and they take the right precautions for your safety. The Doctor its very professional and friendly, he took the time to explain every concern. I will definitely go back and I highly recommended.

Usually leaving the doctors office rather quickly is good, but not when its too fast. I was helped by a nurse, not even a doctor, which I was ok with, but Ive never been so rushed before. Didnt let me ask questions, didnt feel like they did a proper check up. The only good thing about that place is the receptionist. Very helpful and kind.

Most of the time you will find them group chatting.A few of the Exam Room staff that place your information in the computer, are cold and abrupt. They do not greet you when they come into the room. They sound like robots asking you for personal details.I highly suggest you do your research for better care somewhere else before choosing that location.

This place should be calledPremier Orthopaedics & Sports TRADING GROUP,I was optimistic when the lady gave an appointment the NEXT day when I called!!!!!I was like did I hear it right !!!!!!!My appointment was at 11.30 a.m, I reached there at 11.15 I considered I have to fill up some papers as usual. And this what has happened SO FAR, I was asked to be seated, so, here we go, l sat down there until 12.30 ( 1hour n 15 min since I arrived ) , then I asked them when do you think the doctor is going to see me? They said soon, and in 5 minutes they called me in, the lady guides me to the small room where doctors see the patients, here we go again, it seems that the time of the doctors ( may be calling them merchants will fit better ) is highly DEVINE while the patients are in pain so they have to wait !!!!!!!!!No one even bothered in 40 minutes while I was in the small room to tell oh, were sorry the doctors are really behind schedule or explained anything, then after the 40 min that was enough for me, I went out and asked to get my copay money back, the ladies started oh you did not get checked, oh were sorry, today we have only two providers ( MERCHANTS ) we could not close the deal with you, here is your cash co-pay !!!!!!!!!If you want to be dealt with disrespectfully and waste your time choose to come to this TRADING GROUP, theres nothing more important than making money, and it seems that the receiptionests get commission to get more n more patients, as I saw ( this is what I saw in front of me happening) three patients having 11.30 appointments !!!!for two providers ( MERCHANTS ) .This place for me is NEVER EVER AGAIN even if Im dying.NOT RECOMMENDEDNOT RECOMMENDEDNOT RECOMMENDED

Dr. Dorri is an Amazing Doctor and what helps make it a great patient experience is his Coordinator Catalina Sierra. She is approachable about any issue and resolves them quickly and professionally. She goes above and beyond and does so effortlessly. She puts your needs in the highest regard and takes the time to explain everything.

If I could give my experience zero (0) stars I would. I arrive on time for my 1pm appointment with Dr. Iris Grey at Premier Orthopedics in Bloomfield, NJ. This is my first visit at this facility and with this doctor. My temperature is checked in the hallway before I was allowed into the waiting room; COVID-19 precaution. I was then given about ten (10) pages of documents to fill out which seemed to take forever. I handed back the completed questionnaire and sit back down. At approximately 1:45pm, I was finally called into a room. I was asked a few questions that were already answered on the paperwork I had just filled out; then the young lady left out the room and said the doctor would be in shortly. Around 2:15pm, the doctor’s assistant and an intern enter the room, introduce themselves, pull up the images of my hand on the computer and proceed to ask me a series of questions. I’m perform a few tasks with my hand and then they leave telling me that the doctor would be in shortly. Twenty (20) minutes go by and still no Dr. Iris Grey. I decide to go to the receptionist and ask where’s the doctor and explain that I’ve been here almost two(2) hours and in this mask. I was told that the doctor had a lot of patients. I asked the receptionist how could that be; the office should be under Covid-19 restrictions which minimizes the amount of people assembled at one time. She apologies profusely and I go back to my room. It’s now about 2:40 when the doctor’s assistant and intern come back in to tell me that there was no fracture of my hand and the doctor recommends physical therapy. So almost two (2) hours wasted at Premier Orthopedics only for the Assistant to tell me what was already diagnosed by the Imaging facility. I never saw Dr. Grey and wasn’t able to ask questions or get answers from her; all I received was a referral for physical therapy. I was now in the waiting area waiting for my script. I counted about thirteen (13) people waiting which seemed to be a lot under these new COVID-19 precautions. There was NO hand sanitizer available in the waiting area and the rooms didn’t seem to be sterilized after each patient. I was asked if I wanted to make an appointment for a follow-up visit to which I declined and walked out; it is now 2:50pm. This place is the WORST!!! and from what interaction I had with the staff this seemed to be the norm...

Last week I had surgery on my left hand. Everything went so smooth Dr. Corridino is a great doctor!!! I’m so glad that I was referred to her.

Dr. Delaney sat down with us and patiently outlined the best possible protocols for our son after he tore his ACL and his meniscus during a basketball game. He is very thorough and very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job on our sons surgery , minimal scaring , and he healed very quickly. He used the hamstring to craft the new ACL., ( since he is an athlete) , and set very clear expectations of the long journey ahead of us . He is very passionate and a gifted surgeon who cares about his patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Delaney. His staff is great and worked with our insurance company to get things done.

Dr. Dorri is the most amazing doctor. He was able to diagnose me while many other doctors were unable to determine the cause of my pain. Not only was he able to help get rid of my pain, but he patiently explained everything to me in a detailed manner. I really appreciate what he has done for me and would highly reccomended him to anyone looking for a pain management guru.I’m very grateful for the care I’m receiving from Dr. Dorri and his staff.

Booking an appointment with Premier Orthopaedics was the best thing I could have done. The staff are caring and thoughtful. Dr Dorri is very professional and a great listener. He is thorough and will give every effort to help you over come your painful episodes. After months and months of jumping around to various doctors trying to figure out Why I was having severe pain in my back, Dr. Dorr diagnosed Facetjoint Syndrome. He treated me for that. After procedures I feel great. Thanks dear Dr. Dorri!

I was experiencing some pain in my finger, which led to me to Premier Orthopedics, and I couldnt be more pleased. The staff are beyond friendly and helpful, while the offices were clean and pretty spacious. My appointments were with Dr. Iris Drey; she was so knowledgeable, nice, thoroughly answered any inquiries I had, and was really invested in my well being. I never felt rushed throughout the appointments, pushed into something I wasnt comfortable with (I know some doctors can be aggressive with their prescriptions), and was just completely at ease. (A huge bonus that my finger pain is now relieved too.)

Dr.Kang is great! The staffs can use retraining to deal with patients. They not terrible, just need to be sensitive training

I’ve been seeing Doctor Groves for quite awhile. Every time I see her she is understanding of my concerns, and good conversationalist, and very helpful.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! They over book and book so many people at once. The waiting time is over 2 hours and it is crowded, even during COVID-19 crisis. I don’t see a point in waiting so long just for the doctor to see you for 5 minutes.

I received a call today to schedule my much needed hip replacement surgery from Premier Oerhopedics. I was told in May that the earliest I could get my surgery would be in August. I received no return call until today. My surgery was done in June by another doctor and I have fully recovered.

Love dr kang very nice but reception and one of the women that does xrays are very unprofessional in their manner of speaking. They look miserable and make patients feel miserable too because of their attitudes. Not everyone just few. Please hire people that actually respect patients and don’t treat us like we are stupid.

I have seen my share of doctors. Dr Xu is awesome. She takes her time with you, listens and explains everything Extremely thorough and patient. I have nothing but great experience with the staff. They were helpful with finding me a rehab facility. I had an EMG done in Jersey City but usually go to the Bloomfield office. Nothing but praise for this facility

Horrible customer service, my mom had an appointment in december for an MRI we went in and they told us we had to call to reschedule for january. We’ve been trying to contact them and they always hang up.

RUN! My experience with this place- staff, horrible and rude. When I finally got to see the doctor, he was just plain mean maybe he was hungry. Id never trust anyone who treated me that bad with my spinal column. My life.

Office staff is horrible. Rude and unhelpful. I came in as a new patient and was told I did not have the right referral. I asked them what kind of referral I needed and they told me my primary care should know, and they refused to specify. They told me if I did not get it on my own within 15 minutes I would have to reschedule. The worst part is, I called ahead of time to ask what kind of referral I needed and the receptionist told me it just needed to say my name, type of consult, and Premier Orthopedics on the referral. My primary provided me with a referral within those specifications. When I asked if they could call my primary to obtain the right referral I was told I have to do it on my own because I was a new patient. My girlfriend, who works in a doctors office, was trying to call to office to help figure out what kind of referral I needed, and she kept getting transferred between receptionist and calling service. Extremely unprofessional.

This doctors office is extremely unprofessional I had an exam that need to be done. Paper work was missing from my MRI that needed to be reviewed. When the assistant told him about it, the doctor himself stated that it was not his problem. When i told him that i heard him say it he going to say if you want to do the exam you should not have an attitude. I made a complaint to the Board of medical examiners so this problem will never happen again.

When I first attend this place they were profsssional and I thought they were helping me. Ms. Danielle Gloves shot me up with gel medication on several different occasions which did not work. Still to this day I’m in pain. I have fibromyalgia and Rheumatoid arthritis. I put in for my SSD benefits and were denied her notes were jus not accurate. I can not recommend this place to anyone. Keep ur own notes

Dr Dorri is the best of the best!! He has helped me, 69, and my sister, 75, where other doctors failed. We call him our miracle from God!!

I had a great experience from start to finish with the exception of the girl who handles the surgery setup. She was not pleasant at all.

Terrible this doctor didnt even wanna see my medical record or MRIS he gave me a prescription for motorin and thats it. Disability cant even get a hold of them to see the doctors finding. I had no choice but to rate them cause you cant write a review without it.

The worst customer service upon walking in ! Was seen by a male doctor first then by a female doctor last and was told I would get a muscle relaxer, called my pharmacist to make sure the prescription was ready before I can pick it up and they informed me they hadnt received one ! Called the office back and I got switched through to different receptionists and told they would get back to me ! They close at 5 so I called back 10mins before they closed so I can get an update, and was switched to different receptionists AGAIN to be rudely told Im going to have to wait ! As a new patient coming in I was limping and had bad pains in my left leg ! They gave no regard nor solution to my problem just left me hurting while I get approved for a MRI that wont be available for me til a week later ! STILL in pain !!!

I get transferred back and forth between answering service and secretary!! Frustrating!!!
