I love this nail salon! I wasnt able to get the artists name but she did a great job! 10/10 Would recommend.

I love the pedicurists! They are great with polish and pedicures. Its always so relaxing and my nails look so neat and amazing when I leave. Ive never had a long wait time at this place. They tend to you quickly and do a good job.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. When I came in I asked for a very simple flame design and the girl said she could do it. From the start she went in with the wrong color and it took three tries to get her to understand the colors I wanted. This wouldn’t have bothered me much cause I understand that there was a language barrier but she started catching an attitude. When she got into the design it looked awful. I asked if she could curve the lines more and she brought another tech to help her understand. She goes in to fix it and starts off okay but very quickly loses it again. When I try to explain she brought in the salon owner who tried to tell me the squiggles she drew looked good. When I tried to explain why I didn’t like it. She told me to leave and proceeded to buff the gel polish off, cutting up my cuticles in the process. I’m still in shock.

Awesome experience. Clean and the best staff! My old nail tech moved here. Versatile design offerings and quick service, even on a busy day.

I love this place so much. I’m 13 so when I get acrylics they typically come off in about 3 to 4 days to a week. But at Queen nails, they are so nice. I got my acrylics done about three weeks ago for only $30, and they are still on. With the good prices, amazing people, and good quality nails. I would write this a 1M / 10. This is a Great place to go if you’re young like me or even if you’re an adult. This is my new favorite place and I will be going here from now on.

I definitely enjoy coming to Queen Nails they always get my pedicure right. I actually took my best friend from the Bronx and she enjoyed her pedi and loved the gel color options. The only thing was my eyebrows didnt come out how I like it. I usually go to Brooklyn for my eyebrows. All I can say is if you like your eyebrows thin they do a good job.

I have the pleasure to always get Vee to do my nails, pedicure and eyebrows. She does an awesome job.

I had THEE BEST EXPERIENCE!!! Im not from this area... And my friend found this salon on Instagram! The woman was extremely nice! & she did the Designs on my nails exactly the way I wanted it! I didnt wait long either! From beginning to end I was so beyond pleased with not only the service but the environment as well! I DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND! & I will now be a regular with this salon!!!!

I went here on a referral from a friend.. They seemed rushed to finish the service. They did nothing to care for my natural nails before added the extensions. My nails came out okay. The shaping could use some work. I am hoping the next salon will be able to correct the shaping and care for my cuticles.

I lost Annie for a while and I recently walked past this store and I have never felt so much excitement seeing her. Annie’s job is outstanding. She always takes her time and makes sure my nails turn out the way I want them to be.

I did powder (SNS) nails on Friday, July 6th. Initially I was going to give the salon 5 starts for the attention to detail, fair prices and awesome brows. But my top coat peeled off by Saturday morning, and now, 4 days later my nails are chipped and looks like I did it them 2 weeks ago. I asked the girl if she knew how to do them because she asked another woman questions about the powder. She said yes and let her continue. I live put of state, but the woman who did my brows said theyll give me a discount when I go back. Well see. My brows look amazing, just mad I wasted money

The polish for a Reglar manicure was So Cheap. Came off 3 days later as I was washing my hands

I love my nail tech Annie shes super sweet and does a great job everytime! I had lost contact with her for a bit and we reconnected over Facebook. It light up my whole world. Visit Queen Nails its very clean, they follow covid-19 guidelines/ disinfect after everyone and appreciate their customers. All the staff is very polite as well.

This is the second time i came here and the gel chipped off both times after 1 day. Cheap and fake gel polish.

I have been going to Queens for about 14 months now. My daughter referred me there. I love this shoppe. The owners are professional, kind, and fair. They always try to accommodate as many as possible without take by anything from any customer. The skill that they possess allow every customer to be happy with the end results. Life is short and my philosophy is dont waste your time and energy aggravating anyone. So if your time is too precious go someplace else. Business owners are under pressure to please everyone. One over anxious rude person can spoil the calmness and atmosphere for everyone already getting their nails, toes, or eyebrows done. If you cant stand the heat get out the kitchen and the nail shoppe. Me...I love Queen nails so much I will wait over an hour or more to get my nails done.

I wish I could remember the lady name who did my nail for a older lady she know her stuff and it was my first time my nails look good for a month no refill I love this place

They dont social distance. I was scheduled to get my nails done and she took someone before me at my appointment time and I was there early and before that person.

I was at Queen Nails today! The young lady that did my nails was very friendly and gave me some great nail advice about keeping my nails healthy. Sometimes I bring my own nail polish, but they have lovely colors too, so many to choose from.The manicurist have me a beautiful manicure with all of the trimmings. I have been going there for a few years now and will continue.Thank you Queen Nails!!! I give you 4 stars!!!💅🏿💅🏿💅🏿💅🏿

This place is horrible. They will leave you waiting and not even acknowledge you. And they are overpriced. A waste of time. Don’t even bother!

The only reason I give them 3 stars is because I love my nail tech Bianca. In the beginning the owners both husband and wife were pleasant. Now, I have children and need to bring them both at times and I always tip well over what I need to because I know how kids can be. But the wife has terrible customer service. When I mean terrible, it’s terrible. She has no manners. I bring snacks and games for my kids so they stay out of the way and she never has a pleasant disposition about herself. My own children feel uncomfortable. If it wasn’t for my nail tech and not wanting to find another place I’d never go.I dread going there to do my nails bc I know I have to put up with an hour of her whispering under her breath and her nasty demeanor.

I had a great experience there today for my second time. They have really good prices for certain designs. And they do a good job. And they are quick💕

First of all the owner KIM has no clue of what customer service is. I picked a color from the gel polish which was a nice color on the sample hand the girl painted my nails and it looked all patchy and ugly KIM said if I can change the color I have to pay 15$ more on top of the 25$ Which to me was weird usually at the other nail places Ive been too is $10. Ive never had such a bad experience as I had at this place. KIM IS ALL ABOUT MAKING MONEY AND BOT SATISFYING THE CUSTOMER.

I actually like it there.. only people who touch my nails there is Vikki and her husband.. they are super nice... and I never had a problem with them.

I have been here twice, the same person did my nails so i had no problem. i tell him exactly what i want. The first time i asked him to put the acrylic right next to my cuticiles but some werent so it looked like i needed a fill in, but the second time he did all of them perfect. Prices are normal and they were all nice. Hopefully it will continue

Do not go here I called asking for the price of “acrylic manicure” the guy on the phone laughed at me an said he never heard of that before and I said I mean acrylic nails he told me to go somewhere else then kept laughing at the fact that I said manicure and not acrylic tips. They are rude and turned down business. Never had a nail salon be so rude in my life

My nails are horrible. They polish doesnt even cover the entire nail. I have white spots and air bubbles. They lucky I was desperate on a Sunday. Then they started talking about me because I wasnt satisfied & kept trying to correct the nail tech. They definitely need a customer service training. I wont return

I just walked in to get my daughter a pedi/mani done for her graduation & you are absolutely correct. The owner has no customer service skills at all. He said they have no workers & basically showed us the door. We could have waited but he just didnt want that, SMH.....

Honestly, the pedicure was a joke. The older lady was very rude and does lack customer service skills. It took forever for them to do everyone’s nails just for an average outcome. I waited an hour to be serviced and the salon was empty. They charge $25 for crystal fill in but the sign says $18. I wasn’t going to argue with them because I had somewhere to be, I just know not to go back. Pearl nails and rainbow across the street is way better.

If they stop 🛑 joking around d with their friends then frowning at the customers, I would’ve given them a better review. I like to know you respect my dollars 💵. They expensive too! A damn mess. Why the hell was one of the women doing her eyebrows And lashes while customers were present ? DaFUQ?

This place is disgusting! Very disrespectful staff.I went here and not only did the mess my eye brows up...they poured a large amount of wax on my hair and tried to clean it off with baby oil and when I tried to defend my self, instead admitting wrongs, they blamed me for pouring the wax on my hair.....Do not go here...they recently change there name because the last name they went by was also spread with bad reviews...This is how you treat people that work hard....Disgusting people I only hope that this business get recognized as what it is a disgusting place!

Never coming here again On December 15th i did my nails it was a Saturday the following Saturday my pinky nail was already falling off when i was watching dishes i never had my nails fall off in a week the lady did a poor job and it was a waist for my money 🤬

Would’ve gave them no stars but Google wouldn’t allow it. Will NEVER return to this salon again!!!! They were very unprofessional,ignorant and all around rude. The woman did my feet and had nail polish all over my skin,polish was very poor quality so i asked her to fix them. She refused to fix them and only wanted to give me back half of my money 🤦🏽‍♀️ HELL NO!!!! So after i cursed her out the owner finally decides to step in and and give me my full refund. Terrible place!!!!! Don’t even bother wasting your money here.

They are definitely worth the wait. I have tried many places in Belleville and Bloomfield, but they have by far exceeded my expectations. Dont get discouraged if there are alot of people before you, it just means that are that good!

If there were negative stars, I would give them that because they dont deserve 1 star. I have been dealing with Vicki and T for many years, since they were at Kimmys nails. When they moved to Queen Nails, they became worse and VICKI became EXTREMELY MONEY HUNGRY! Its pathetic how money hungry she is and thats very distasteful and bad for business. I went for a gel pedicure last week, which keep in mind is supposed to last at least 3 weeks. Well, my gel pedicure did not even last 3 days LITERALLY!! I called and told Vicki what happened and she said to come and theyll fix it. I asked her whether shell charge since it didnt even last 3 days, she said as long as its the same color she wont charge. I told her thats fine but I did not want the same person since she was new and didnt know what she was doing...so Vicki said OK just come in! When I got there, two women who got there after me were serviced before me, which I let slide, so Vicki came up to me and said just wait until shes done and shell do it. I told her that I told you when I called, I did not want the same person because she does not know how to do a gel pedicure and you said OK. Vicki says, I already paid her when you did your pedicure the first time, if you want someone else, then youll have to pay again. I told her that she told me on the phone that the same girl wont do it. Then to top it off, she tells the girl to take off only the ones that were messed up...LOL....Really?! They were all messed up, chipped, etc. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I told that girl to take ALL of them off and redo my entire pedicure. I refuse to give them my money anymore, especially that everytime you go its a different price and they want to start charging for every little thing. I gave her FREE LEGAL ADVICE, which I couldve charged for, when she was going through something, and she has the nerve to overcharge me (a customer whos been with them for a very long time)....I DONT THINK SO, VICKI!! It s not so much T, her husband, but its VICKI! I have a lot more stories about Queen Nails, but Ill share this one for now. I WARN YOU, if you want distasteful customer service and a poor quality nail job then go here. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT QUEEN NAILS!!!!

I called for an appt for my daughter and I. We are preparing for a wedding. Upon arrival, they had someone to take me, but I was looking for a color. Another client arrived and they skipped me. I finally sat with another woman, but I needed my daughters color. Another client arrived and they skipped me again. This was my 3rd visit to the salon and I will never return. They were condescending and I didnt like for my 3 year old to experience this type of treatment.

Overall poor experience. Worse part was the manicure. She did not do much that can be considered a manicure. My 8 year niece could have done my nails for that matter. She left much of the cuticles there. Painted over my skin, very sloppy. When I tried being polite about it, she thought that nothing was wrong with her work. I didnt push the subject. The equipment is old and dirty. It took 2 hand driers to dry my nails. The nail polish is of poor quality. The polish has bubbled up shortly after getting my nails done. I would not recommend or return.

Worst place I have ever came to get my nails done! The Staff incredibly rude its unbelievable.. came to get my nails done on a Sunday the lady doing them took 2 hours even when I told her I have things to get done. she offered me gel 4 more times after I had refused the first time. 2 of my nail had popped of within a few days and when I came back to get them fixed an older lady laugh in my face as she spoke to her colleagues about how It had popped off she had then applied the Arcrylic mix on and as soon as another customer walked in I was told to move so she could help that other customer I am completely disgusted with their services I will never come back

I have been here a few times. The staff are very rude and they never charge me the same price for the same service. The gel polish is cheap and barely last an entire week with out getting chipped or ruined. Customer service is lacking. For an area with 4 other salons sitting in a 2 block radius, they really need to get their stuff together.
