Not sure who was my salesperson but I went into this store looking for to switch providers. Upon selling me my iPhone 12, it all sounded great with the offers and discounts that can be applied.Unfortunately, when my bill came, that was a different story. My first bill was accurate and every other bill from then on kept changing and increasing.So after MULTIPLE calls with Verizon Customer Support (#611) and threatening to go back to T-Mobile, I was able get my bill adjusted to the correct amount that was ORIGINALLY promised by the salesman.Verizon Victra contacted me 30 days after the initial purchase to see how my iPhone and services are going, I responded to the text message and asked a question about a rebate that I was eligible for, and never received a response from them, not a text back, phone call or anything. Fortunately, I received the rebate a month later and was notified by the MyVerizon app.In my opinion, this retailer will only sell you the phone and plan sell you what sounds good but will not help you any further than that.

He patiently helped me select the right phone, along with transferring all my photos, phone numbers and data. Chris helped set up my phone correctly which relieved any anxiety. Great service today. Gentleman with a goatee (didnt catch his name) was super helpful. Every small business owners worst nightmare happened to me last night when my iPhone XS Max stopped working. I rely on it for bookings, consults, communication, directions, and more. Its my lifeline. So to say I was stressed about this during my busiest time of year was an understatement. Was also worried about a verizon store being super busy because of the new release. Victra wasnt busy thankfully they are taking the social distance thing seriously and dont let a bunch of people just swarm the store... Got a new 12 Pro and was all set up and out the door with the screen protector done for me by the associate (I suck at it lol), a case, USB-C charger, and peace of mind in less than an hour. Thanks for the great service.

Make sure you double check your itemized receipts. The rep told me that my phone purchase included two free chargers. Upon closer inspection of my receipt I noticed that I was charged $59.98 ($29.99 for each charger) for the two free chargers. When I asked the rep about the charges, he responded by stating that the chargers were in fact free and the additional costs were hidden fees and sales tax, which is complete BS. Long story short, they refunded me my money. Dont let them fool you. Theyre just trying to boost sales on accessories by deceiving customers.

TAKE MY ADVISE AND YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING TO A CORPORATE STORE THAN THIS AUTHORIZED RETAILERThis is not a corporate store and they will charge you more than the corporate store! How much more? Well for example I opened an account with 2 lines postpaid service with them and they charged me $95 for it. If you go to a corporate store or online there is no $95 charge as such.Also I was told about certain offer like $10 off my bill every month for being a FIOS customer that will be applied to my account but the condition was not fully explained as well as a $150 ‘bill credit’ for which I actually checked with customer support that I needed to apply for within the 30 days of porting. This information was not given to me.

I must say up front that I am an iPhone user.My 80 year old Mom was visiting prior to a trip to Italy. Her phone was outdated and would not hold a charge. She did not want an upscale upgrade. She wanted easy and reliable. Her chosen upgrade, Galaxy J3 something. HUGE to her.I would have been nuts, but Trevor Jackson, the sales rep, was 100% patient and understanding. He walked my Mom through all possible needs and wants. She walked away very pleased.I am thankful for this experience. Trevor is a gem and I am grateful that he knows people and product well.Great customer service!

Mr Trevor Jackson, the manager of the store was also very helpful replacing my faulty device after couple of days my phone glitching. Ive gotten my phone replaced at no additional cost and with no questions asked.Definitely recommend this place 👌

Went in to attempt a trade-in for my old phone but Andres has been more than helpful while setting up my new phone. New location, very polite staff. My favorite thing about this store in the genuine people who work there. Fabian was our service rep and he spent the quality time needed to answer my questions. I understand that in sales you have to make the sale but Fabian and the store manager Joe was intentional about building relationship with their clients.Fabian was patient, honest, and straight forward and helped me work within my budget. Not a good representation for Verizon.I was there today to ask for help to put on the protective screen on my new phone and the employee told me that he does not know how to do it and maybe I should buy the one from that Verizon store. I told him the one I have was bought from Verizon and it was delivered to my home.He was not helpful and wanted to get back on his cell phone with whoever he was speaking to. I went to the Cricket store across the street and he person was so very helpful, I am considering switching to that company.

Good evening I came into the store in Glen on Glenwood Avenue in Bloomfield and I was helped exquisitely by Fabian he sat down and took time and even offered to go outside to help me with my bluetooth in my car and I really appreciate the patience the experience was good and I will be back if I have any other problems and the funny thing is I asked him could I sign up for a course when I first came in and he said we dont have courses but Ill help you with anything you need and he did everything so I want to thank you Verizon you been my carrier for a while now

These guys at this store are incompetent and liars. I told them I wanted to purchase the prepaid Moto G6 play. I just needed a budget phone to get me through the next few months until I got a more expensive contract phone later as I was about to start a new job. Eventhough the authorized Verizon store didnt carry the Moto G6 because they are limited to certain models, I was willing to consider another phone. I told the staff that I needed to keep my current phone number. They told me that I couldnt upgrade a prepaid phone and keep the same number and I would have to get a new number with an activation fee. I said this doesnt make any sense because you can just place your sim card from the old phone to the new phone. Because I have some technical background, I knew this didnt sound right. Also, by law, you have 90 days of inactivity to keep your existing phone number. Between the budget phones they had available and the misinformation I received, I decided to decline a purchase from this store. I went up the hill to the Verizon store in Montclair on Park Street. Steve, who switched my previous paid contract phone to a prepaid phone was willing to upgrade my phone switching the sim card so I could keep the same phone number. He, also, was willing to order me any phone he was authorized to sell and have it available within one day. The only reason I didnt get a phone from Steve in Montclair was because Walmart and BestBuy was selling the Motorola Moto G6 I wanted. I ended up getting it from BestBuy. By the way; I switched the sim card, keeping my same phone number and transferred my data and photos myself. Companies need to stop hiring young cheap labor with no social skills. I wont forget I was lied to! You never know whats a customers background or knowledge base.

The representatives here are unprofessional children just looking for commission and have no idea what they are talking about. They sold my mom an iphone and incorrectly set it up which caused so many problems later on that did not take any accountability for. We had to open 3 different cases with Apple headquarters. With all the Verizon retailers around, save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

Expensive, unprofessional, and deceptive.First of all, this is a Verizon partner store, not an official Verizon store, which means they dont offer all the Verizon promotions/phones/pricing offered by Verizon. I went here to trade in my Apple iPhone for the Google Pixel 2. They charged me $680 for the Pixel 2, yet you can get this for $650 when buying directly from Verizon (thats a $30 price hike).I traded in my iPhone for a $60 credit, which the associate told me could only be used for purchasing accessories. I bought some wireless earbuds for $50, which lets be honest, I didnt need, but what else am I supposed to do with $60 at a Verizon cell-phone store? The earbuds seemed to be the only reasonably priced item here. The cheapest phone case was $30, and all the charging chords were at least $30. They even charge $45 for cell phone screen protectors, which you can get online for $5 to $15... The associate was nice enough to apply the remaining $10 balance towards my sales tax, but he explained that I cannot apply the full $60 credit to the phone purchase, I can only apply some of it. This felt like a bait and switch strategy to force customers into purchasing all their marked up merchandising.Had I traded my phone in directly with Verizon, I would have gotten a $60 gift card, which can be used to purchase a new phone, accessories, or even pay a phone bill! That means I paid $30 more for the phone itself, and could have used all $60 of my credit towards purchasing the phone, a $90 price difference in total.The representative was not knowledgeable and did not know (or simply failed to remember) to disable my iMessaging while performing my phone transfer at the store. The following day, I wasnt receiving any messages from friends who I know had iPhones. I had to call Verizon tech support, and turns out, he didnt turn off my iMessaging. That was a waste of 30 minutes of my time spent on the phone, which could have been avoided, had the representative done his job correctly.I understand small businesses need to charge more for better, customized service, but I did not receive that. This store has a deceptive trade-in policy (accessories only), and none of the 3 sales people were professional, at least for the 35 minutes while I was in the store. Plus, the salesman did not even correctly turn off my iMessaging, so what exactly did I need him for? I basically forked over an extra $90 for the convenience of having unprofessional sales people incorrectly port my phone from an iPhone to a Pixel 2. Save yourself some money, time, and aggravation, and buy directly from Verizon.
