Very nice, organized, patient and Excellent instructor.

I called to register for an exam and when I arrived the representative could not find me in the system. To make matters worst he said he was just covering and really had no access to anything or even knew how the process worked. He attempted to call the site “manager” for over an hour to get instructions and she never answered or called back. As I began to get frustrated he began asking questions on what number I called to register, who I spoke to, was I sure that I called their test center, etc. as if I was the cause of the mistake. As I began to get frustrated he told me “you’re too suspicious and aggressive” as if I have any reason to appear at a random test center to take a test. Eventually, I contacted another local facility and they were able to take me on the spot. This facility is disgraceful and was a complete inconvenience for me. It is unbelievable that someone can be left in charge who doesn’t even know how to access the system and couldn’t even get an answer from someone who did!

Went to take a test and I had to wait 30 min for someone else to be done so I can use their computer even though there was many other empty computers. Not a professional place
