I have been waiting to write this review. I took my car for service on Tuesday, August 31, 2021. I dropped it off as you will be waiting for hours for your vehicle to be serviced. The car was ready for pick up the following day. However, due to the storm I picked it up on Thursday. When I went to inspect my car, I notice the vehicle wasn’t starting at all. Despite me paying my $900+ service bill. Due to the time, I was advised to come back the following day. Friday, I arrived early in the morning- I waited for approx. three hours for them to tell my my battery had died. I dropped the vehicle off Tuesday and the battery was working fine. Now the battery isn’t working. For a new decent battery my bill would be $300+ that’s w/ the alleged discount. I had enough. Asked them to charge my battery and took it to Auto Zone for a new battery w/ a 3 year warranty. Every time I come to get my car service at this dealership it’s always a problem. I only had my car for one year, so I been to this dealership many times and always leave w/ a headache & a dent in my wallet.

I went into Lynnes with the idea of leasing a 2021 Hyundai Sonata, and I left with exactly that. Staying within my budget was extremely important for me, and everyone there did absolutely everything they could to make that happen for me. I was there for about 3 hours total, staying an hour after their closing time, and there were absolutely no complaints at all. Highly recommend Lynnes Hyundai to anyone.

Treated us with class, respect, and just had a nice friendly feel to the whole place ...Not interested in ripping you off for the most money that they can make, instead making sure that you drive away happy and satisfied in one of their vehicles.....Our salesman was Ariel and he was exceptional as far as we are concerned. We ended up buying what we went there for and are extremely satisfied in our experience with Lynnes!!!

To start off on a positive note, Billy the salesman not the manager, was the highlight of my experience. He was simply an absolute pleasure which is why its so disheartening to say the rest of the experience went downhill. Billy was as straightforward as possible, kind, outgoing and most of all patient! That man deserves all the kudos and recognition possible. He made me feel like my wants and needs were heard...that is until his manager, big Bill, decided he needed to take over when his presence was neither requested nor needed. The deal went sour over literally $100 that the dealership could have easily eaten and chose not to because they misquoted me. Lynnes Hyundai lived up to the atypical dealership notoriety for charging unnecessary, exorbitant fees despite their alleged transparency. Tacking on an over $2000 fee for a mandatory/non-negotiable warranty is not transparency. Which in fairness they were willing to work on it/meet me half way by asking me to pay a $200 fee for turning it down however in working with me the dealer fee suddenly went from $699 to $799. Am I going to live or die for that $100 no but the principle remains in I was told and quoted the dealer fee being $699 and suddenly because I am refusing to pay for an unnecessary warranty I now need to cough up an extra $100 for the dealer fee. We all know dealerships play games. They could have easily presented that extra $100 better but no they chose to flat out show their greed. May the public call me cheap (definitely am not) but I do not appreciate my intelligence being questioned especially when I know numbers well and had I not reran the numbers myself they would have never mentioned the dealer fee going up an extra $100. I had cash on hand too which was made known. Always read through everything folks. Prime example of how places like this try and fool you.

My car was recalled so I made an appointment at Lynnes Hyundai on a Tuesday to have the problem addressed. An appointment was given for that Thursday at 8 a.m. The option was given to drop off the car the night before making an early morning drive unnecessary. I left the car prior to Lynnes closing Wednesday evening.Thursday afternoon Service Associate, Lisa Rodriguez, called advising the replacement part required for the recall wouldnt be available until Monday morning. I was told I could either leave the car at the dealership or if it was needed for the weekend, I could pick it up.Opting to leave the car there I asked they give it a safey-check. True to their word another call was received that afternoon letting me know what needed attention and its cost. I agreed to have the work done. Monday the car was ready as promised.I would not hesitate to return to Lynnes Hyundai for service in the future if necessary. Everyone there from the valet to the cashier (and especially Lisa Rodriguez, the Service Associate who kept me abreast of the What? Where? and When?) with service-oriented professionalism every step of the way. Thank you.

Very bad service. They made us a decent deal earlier. We handed over all the necessary documents. They even took a down payment on the deal we decided. The next day, they came up with all sort of nonsense to divert us into a different deal. Extremely rude staff, especially the finance manager. Do NOT recommend this dealership to anyone.

The service staff is very courteous and the technology (text alerts, emails, digital appointment setting option etc) are easy to use. My advice is to always drop your car off and do not wait. Even when you stipulate “waiting” you’re still there 3-4X longer than if you went to another service department. My appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation was at 7:30am, they opened the gate at 7.40am, and checked me out at 9:20am. If I knew it would take 2 hours to do this I would have just dropped the car off. Overall nice facility as long as you have the time to wait.

Friendly service but a bit unorganized. I asked how long when scheduling the appointment for a recall issue and they said it shouldn’t take too long. On arrival, it was 3 hours. They provided a ride home(nice) and said they would contact me when ready. I said I needed the car by 3:30. I called around 2:45 for status and it was just finishing up. I got a ride there and picked up the car. No real discussion about what they did. Left and made my appointment and got a phone call and a text 1.5hours later telling me the car was ready and asking if I would be coming by to pick it up.

They lure you in with a price but then you see all the fine print. I was immediately put off by this VIP nonsense they add to each car which add $3000 to the price and most of what is covered is covered by most insurance policies and then the icing on the cake was their advertised price includes a veteran and loyalty discount which they will add on to the price when you dont qualify. So right off the bat almost $4000 in extra charges (not including the normal taxes and doc fees) and they get super defensive when you call them out on their tactics.This place was the worst dealership I visited in my car search. I cant imagine what other nonsense I would have seen had I gone forward with the deal.

It was a very unpleasant experience.I called on 9/18/21 to make an appointment and was told it would be 9/19/21 @9:30 AM and the cost would be $43.00When I arrived on 9/19/21 the service person advised the appointment was for ,9/20/21 after a discussion he agreed to do the service and that it would be 20 minutes.I went to the waiting room and after 2 hours I went to the service person and ask what was the status was and he advised the car had a recall the required additional work he did not tell me what the work was.I went back to the waiting room.I had to ask what the problem was and he told what it was.All the time I was waiting he never came to tell the reason for the delay.When the work was done the bill was $ $108.12.I advised him of the price I was quoted and he advised he could not change the price.When i asked why he told me the work would take 20 minutes when it actually took over 2 hours he denyed that he advised 20 minutes.Needless to say I will not be going back to Lynnes.

I made an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time. On the day of my appointment I arrived 10 mins early. I was told to park my car and wait in the waiting area for my car to be serviced. Four hours later, I was told the technician was not in today and that I would have to reschedule my appointment (4 days later). I was livid. I made an appointment… if the technician was not going to be available that day, why have me come in to give me the run around?? The next day, I called to speak to the service department manager who was unavailable. I called back again the day after next and the service manager was unavailable to speak with me again. I left my name and number for 2 days and still have not heard back from anyone. Still waiting for this to be resolved.

I Paid Over $500 To Get My Car Serviced. “PRIOR” To Me Taking My Car To Get Serviced, It Was PERFECTLY Fine. “AFTER” I Noticed When I Reach About 60mph My Car Would Start Shaking. Furthermore, I paid for an oil change as well, (note: oil needs to be change every 3,000 miles or every 3months) one month in, and I had about 2,000 miles left, already there’s no oil in my vehicle. Had I kept driving, I would’ve messed up my motor. This place do not care about your car!!! Look at other reviews, I see stories similar to mine. This place is a scam. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! They won’t be getting a penny out of me!

Extremely dissatisfied with the kind of treatment I received today , especially from the finance manager! Although the rest of the team seemed to be trying to cooperate, the finance manager walked off on me and spoke with utter indifference . Had made my down payment and done all prerequisite work, but when I went in to get the car, the deal had fallen through. I was expecting them to work with me on the rate given the amount of stress, time , energy, fuel, money I had spent in going back and forth to their showroom only to realize the the deal had been refuted . It could clearly have been told over a phone call. I took time off my work as a health care professional only to go get the car along (deal had been finalized, down payment had been made on the day prior,, and I was told that I’m only left with one “interview” “rest of the work is done so was called to the office ‘) but when I went there to pick up the car the final time, they had turned an entirely different the deal on me . I had expected better service or atleast Treatment -if anything .

I went to Lynnes Hyundai to purchase a car ,I was not able to read the purchase contract before I signed the contract because the finance manager asked me to sign on the computer monitor that was transformed into his office desk. I said no, and he said to me that the contract will only be bound after I have read and agreed to all the terms of the contract. After signing the contract, It was printed for me to read, after finishing reading the contract, I noticed some misleading statements such as:1/ I am a teacher at the time of the purchase of the car when I clearly told him that I am a UBER driver .2/ The term of the contract was wrong. Instead 72 months he putted 75 months.3/ I did not put any down payment, however the contract stated that the I have putted $500.00 as a down payment.In light of all these lies I rejected the contract to my surprise, the finance manager told me that I am bounded by the contract because I have signed it before he printed out for me to read it and also that his friends at Well Fargo bank helped push the deal through. I called Well Fargo, and I asked them to cancel the deal with Lynnes Hyundai because the deal was full of lies.Thank you

Im always saitsfied with the service provided by their service department however my biggest issue is the crazy long waiting period for a simple oil change.I literally sat in the waiting area for a little over 2 hours today just to have my oil changed. Thats the only issue I have with them otherwise theyd be receiving 5 stars opposed to the 3 Im leaving.All in all, I would highly recommend them just be prepared to do some waiting.

1. Overcharged on the service - (Diagnostic fee) -First day Service rep informed me the diagnostic fee will be $140 plus tax on the first day but was charged $180 plus tax.2. Overcharged on the service - (Wheel Alignment) - I received a call from the service rep on the 3rd day I dropped of my vehicle that the technician will finally be looking at my car and was provided a price of new tires and wheel alignment. The price provided for 4-wheel alignment was $129.95 on the phone. Prior any services other than the diagnostic I told the rep that I have a coupon saved on the phone for the wheel alignment service ($109) and asked her to please apply that coupon, I will present the coupon when I will come the pay for the services and receive the car which she told me will be fine. She had already left when I went to pickup my vehicle the same day and no coupon applied.3. Service rep first confirmed they had tires available of a specific brand and got a call later 20 mins later they don’t have those tires available.4. Took 3 days to replace 4 tires and perform alignment on the wheels. The very first day upon scheduling the appointment I confirmed if the have time and availability to replace 4 tires and alignment and they responded yes, they didn’t even perform diagnostics on my vehicle for two days. I was just being told “hopefully today we’ll have someone check the vehicle”I always service my vehicles hyundai, toyota, ford & honda from different dealerships. Comparing from other dealerships I visit in NJ and NY I really think their team can do a little better to provide excellent service.

UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE DEPT. stay away from this service department. I bought a cheap quality car like Hyundai (first mistake) now I have to deal with low quality people who works here(second mistake). Rude and unprofessional service advisers. Both Tom and Luis don’t have any customer service skills. Your local mechanic shop will give you a better service. Their call center is horrible as well. They keep transferring you one person to another. You have to talk at least 3 different people before you can reach out to service department. They never give you a clear information. It sounds like nobody knows what is happening with your car. They Never return calls. Never explain you what is going on with your car. Tom keeps saying he is too busy. What a great excuse for low a quality service. It was a horrible experience. I guess you get what you pay for it. I will never lease a Hyundai again. I tried to report them to Hyundai Corporate but they did not really help me as well. Again cheap car = cheap service.I don’t recommend Hyundai brand and this place for your service needs. Don’t rely on These paid 5 star reviews.

After being shown a car, the dealership decided to raise the price by $2000 on me. The price was advertised online at $13.5k. After test driving the car I sat down with the sales staff and they told me all the prices online included discounts that didnt apply to me. There is no mention of this on their website. They added on $500 because you are not a repeat buyer, $500 because you were never in the military, and $795 in lot fees. This is false advertising. Beware that the prices of their cars will be $2k+ whatever is listed.

If I could give a negative I would. My piston blew out of my engine in February. It was tired to Lynnes Dealership because it was the closest. It took the dealership 3 and half months to get me my car repaired. NO loaner. Stopped giving me follow up and the car sat there for most of the 3 months. The battery died, the dealership refused to comp me a battery stating wear n tear caused my battery to die NOT IT SITTING IN THEIR DEALERSHIP FOR 3 MONTHS THROUGH 2 WINTER STORMS AND OTHER INCLEMENT WEATHER. I had tonpay for my battery.. Hyundai Corp also took their sweet time. Nothing was done until I started complaining 2 to 3 times a week. I came to the dealership and tried to speak to the sales department. I was interested in trading in my car for a new Hyundai. They tried to give $5,000 less than what my car was worth. Then after repeatedly telling them I was not getting a good deal.. the supervisor tells me I should never buy a Hyundai again. Thats the customer service you get at this dealership, thank god I will never return there. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Wish I can give 0 stars.. customer service inexcusable. They send their customers in a 360 promising a call back but I wouldnt hold my breath for that call back as they’ll leave you stranded for a week+. Whoever runs the place really needs to reevaluate the whole staff no joke. They really need to do better

It’s really hard to say anything positive. I bought a 2019 Hyundai Ioniq Electric that according to the salesman and the window sticker was supposed to get at LEAST 124 miles EPA but I am getting 70 or 80, even with heat and Ac off driving on cruise in eco mode. There is clearly a problem with the battery and the climate control and I cannot trust the car in warm or cold weather and don’t dare use heat or ac except in extremes.Lynne’s has had my car, hardly driven because of this problem for 33 days now and they refuse to send me the service bulletins or proof of the diagnostics done to the car because Luis “does not have access to email or a scanner.” He said the car checks out, having only serviced the defrosters and that Hyundai said I should be ok with TWELVE miles EPA. He was just harrassing me, talking over me and demanding that I pick up the car. Since I can see the car status on my phone, it is sitting unlocked and they have not even recharged the vehicle battery in all this time so I don’t have enough range to get home. I asked if they would charge it and Luis said it is not the dealer’s obligation to charge the car.Over at Hyundai national customer service, Steven was very concerned and escalated this case on day 23, about 10 days ago and gave me a “new” case number that sadly, turned out to be phony, assigned to a different car from a few months ago I think to get me off the phone. I was asking Steven for proof that the dealer had a qualified electric vehicle mechanic and he said there was no way for the manufacturer to verify that they were a full service dealer. I called Hyundai again at day 30 and still no case manager had been assigned. They did call the dealer to see if they were qualified to service electric vehicles and they said yes. We will see.The kicker is that both Hyundai and Lynne’s have refused me a loaner car every time I ask. Is there a good lemon law attorney out there?

My experience here was amazing everyone was a joy and welcoming I wish I could remember the guy who serviced me because he was great he even offered us pizza because it was a little bit of a wait being that it is a holiday weekend it’s all about the customer happiness here they will make sure they workout a good deal with you so you can walk off the lot that day with the car you wanted I walked in with a 2017 Hyundai Elantra and walked out with a 2021 Hyundai Elantra

This is another dishonest dealer, got a call saying my abs module was bad, after a $3000 quote the first thing I said is I wanted to bring in my own part and have it installed. I was told by the service manager the part was coded with my vin and it will not work in any possible way. After a few phone calls to other dealers I was told this was not the case and it just had to be reprogrammed to the car. They kept pushing the issue that it wouldn’t work. I ended up paying $300 for the install and the programming . Meanwhile I found a module for $75. Shame on this dealer for all the lies they told, I wonder how many people they got with this scam.
